๐Ÿ”ฅ Off to week 3 we go with the start of Day 15! ๐Ÿ”ฅ Couldn't be much happier with the progress so far. All my cuties are developing nicely, gaining lots of leaves and the stems are getting more robust & thick every day. I now turned up my SF SE3000 to around 70% with 50cm distance. Halved the amount of Rhizotonic and now started adding Cannazym. I'm still going slow with watering and only upped the amount to ~ 250 ml. What I'm so far most pleasantly surprised with, is the fact, that all 4 cuties look the same. Super, super strong genetics here from Mephisto. ๐Ÿ’ฏ Looking forward to see their progress in the next few days. Stay tuned for updates & thanks for reading! ๐ŸŒฑ

Suffered a lot due to heat stress flipped light down to 350W as tent was running at 95f pots had also dried back to much and this seemed to really effect onset of pistil growth also ive started with expload today also taken ec higher after waiting a little at 1/4 strengh nutes until they bounced back watering is now at 48 hour intervals also all popcorn bud sites are being pinched off each watering also still having a 20% run off and discarding that .

Vedremo cosa uscirร  a sto giro.....buona terapia a tutti ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ†“๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ†“

So this grow wasnt to bad considering it was my first indoor auto grow. For the most part I am satisfied with. However I will stick with the high end genetics from here on out as I want to grow the dankest of the dank and this is what I enjoy doing so why not do it the best way possible with the best names in the game. Stay tuned to see what ๐Ÿ”ฅ Iโ€™m growing next!!! Thanks for tuning in and as always stay Smokey my Friends!! ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ’จ

Apolo F1 Mission Diary - Week 4: The Symphony of Growth Continues! Greetings, fellow cultivators and stewards of the green kingdom! Week 4 of our Apolo F1's journey has unfolded with a crescendo of growth, as we continue to shape this botanical masterpiece. Join me as we explore the ongoing ballet of bending, leaf manipulation, and the new addition โ€“ topping! Our Apolo F1 has truly become a prima ballerina in the art of controlled chaos. The mainlining technique continues to guide the branches into a dance of elegance and efficiency. Each bend and twist is a stroke on the canvas of growth, ensuring even light distribution and robust development. It's like watching nature paint its own masterpiece! Leaf manipulation adds an extra layer to our botanical canvas. Gently coaxing the leaves to bend and expose more surface area to light is like unlocking the full potential of each leaf. The result? A foliage symphony that's not only beautiful but also optimized for photosynthesis. Our Apolo F1 is not just growing; she's composing a green opus! In a bold move, I've decided to top our flourishing Apolo F1. Topping is like giving her a stylish haircut, redirecting the energy to create multiple colas and enhance bushiness. It's a calculated risk, and judging by the vibrant response so far, our green virtuoso is ready to embrace the challenge. The stage is set for a richer, more complex growth performance! The nutrient-rich serenade persists with a TDS of 390 ppm and a pH of 6.0, ensuring our Apolo F1 has a nutrient banquet at her disposal. The temperature remains a cozy 20 degrees Celsius, providing the ideal backdrop for this botanical performance. Beneath the soil surface, the root rhapsody continues. Roots are not just anchors; they're the silent applauders to our botanical spectacle. Their dance beneath the surface ensures our Apolo F1 remains anchored and well-nourished. As always, a heartfelt thank you to Aptus Holland for crafting the nutrient symphony that fuels our green odyssey, and to Royal Queen Seeds for gifting us the botanical star of this vibrant show. Join me in the next chapter of our Apolo F1 Mission Diary, where we'll witness the continued symphony of growth and the unfolding drama of a topped and trained botanical virtuoso! Until then, may your gardens flourish and your green endeavors be evergreen! As always thank you all for stopping by and for supporting me on this journey, i am super passion about growing and fell blessed to have you all with me on this new journey

Loved growing this. Sang its praises rhe whole way through because it just looked like a beast. I like the pretty Cali strains but I always find the yields are close to frustrating for abilities not up up there. Overall the strain helped me take chances that paid off so I really enjoyed it. Will grow again. Threnneighbors should smell this on the balcony this summer ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

So itโ€™s the end of Week 5, Day 35 for the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL auto flowering grow. I have come to the conclusion that these four plants are not going to be XL after their pre-flower stretch. Overall the plants are healthy but the prolonged low humidity and temperatures have robbed them of the vigorous growth documented in my previous Sweet Seeds diary (Cream Mandarine XL Autos). I am disappointed that this will most likely be an XS harvest but a tiny quantity of quality bud is better than nothing. I gave them their first feeding of GHE FloraNova Grow fertilizer at a rate of 1.25 ml/gallon and this is 1/4 of a full dose that would be given to a photosensitive strain. I am still watering every fourth day at a rate of 2.8 litres per plant or 0.7 of a litre per plant per day. I will only be using the fertilizer every other watering or every eight days. Thatโ€™s about it for this update and on toโ€ฆ Momโ€™s Tip for Week #5- To Tuck or Take? The when, where, why and how to defoliate Autoflowers successfullyโ€ฆ. Lets start with some basic Biology- Photosynthesis is the process by which green plants take in sunlight, water and Carbon Dioxide and transform it into energy in the form of sugars that feed the plant and make it grow. So essentially, every fan leaf on your plant is a solar panel collecting light and therefore valuable in itโ€™s own right. I always try to tuck my leaves if possible before considering removal as my plants need all the energy they can get to power through until harvest. But sometimes tucking isnโ€™t enough or just isnโ€™t an option anymore so here are my suggestions for taking the fan leaves from your Cannabis plants if needed. When- defoliating Autos can be done anytime throughout the grow although itโ€™s generally not done within the first 3-4 weeks. The plants are usually quite small and those early weeks are valuable growing time that these plants simply canโ€™t afford to miss. This is when I find leaf tucking to be most valuable, allowing the plants to keep what few solar panels they have while also allowing the grower to position the leaves so that they are out of the way. I personally find that I defoliate my plants the most over the final 3-4 weeks of the grow as foliage is dying off on itโ€™s own by that point and a few less leaves at harvest time is always a good thing! Of course anytime you see dead/dying or diseased foliage, it should be removed as needed throughout the grow. Where- defoliating Autos is a delicate balance due to their small size and short lifespan. If my plants are healthy, thriving and tucking is no longer an option, I will only remove fan leaves if they are covering/blocking new growth or potential bud sites. As the plants age and the foliage begins to die off naturally, I tend to remove the oldest, lowest growth first working my way up the plant as needed until harvest. Why- defoliating Autos is done for a few basic reasons but only as an extreme in my garden when all else fails. Removing certain large leaves will allow more light into the lower portion of the plantโ€™s canopy reaching young branches or potential bud sites. As the plants age, it also helps with increasing airflow around your swelling buds thus reducing your risks for mold and fungi in humid grow environments. Removing any and all dead/dying or diseased foliage is absolutely necessary in keeping your plants healthy and the grow room clean and pest free. How- defoliating Autos is simple if you keep it simple. Only remove what you absolutely have to and use a sterilized set of sharp pruners for a clean, controlled cut. As the plants age and the foliage begins to die off naturally, just wait. What doesnโ€™t fall off on itโ€™s own will snap off with a simple twist of the leafโ€™s stem. If the leaves donโ€™t come off with ease, theyโ€™re just not quite ready yet so be patient. Be mindful that removing the solar panels from your Cannabis plants is always risky business but Autoflowers are even more challenging in their own way. Smaller plants with a lower leaf to bud ratio and a short lifespan means less room for error so paying close attention to the when, where, why and how is crucial for successfully defoliating Autoflowers. Tuck if you can, only take what you absolutely have to and of course- never take more than 25% of your plantโ€™s overall foliage at one time as this can be devastating or deadly to even the healthiest of plants. Allow your plants to take the lead and they will show you which leaves are ready to go- at what time, all on their own just as nature intended.

This week went outstanding, she is still stretching and up to 40 inches. I really hope she is done stretching because I am running out of room. I was still feeding her 50/50 on bloom and veg nutes last week, but as of today she is getting 100% Bloom Nutrients. I am still defoliating her about every other day, but hopefully I am about done with that except for a few leaves here and there that may be blocking bud sites. I am now feeding her bloom nutrients and a PK booster, so hopefully she is ready to focus on flower production. So far I am super impressed with Ethos Genetics, this lady is definitely low maintenance and grows vigorously. I hope everyone had a great weekend, enjoy the video and Blaze On!
