The Blackberry Moon Rocks are looking promising. One of them is growing into this beautiful little bush, and I think it's almost ready to harvest. The other plant is stacking up buds, but I'm thinking it's still a couple of weeks away. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Week 1 day 4 of flower, sorry about the late update. Nothing to report just flipped the light schedule to 12/12 and fed 20g of ecothrive life cycle, kneaded into the top soil and watered in well with dechlorinated tap water. Happy growing.

Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... Thanks for reading. Have a great week 😊

I'm thrilled to share another exciting update on my flourishing journey. We have now reached week 4 of the flowering phase, and I must say it has been an incredible period of growth and progress. The plants continue to stretch magnificently, and the onset of bud production has been truly remarkable. 🌿🌸🌱💪 As we progress through this crucial stage, I remain attentive to the well-being of my plants. They have developed a healthy thirst, consuming approximately 4 liters of water every 2 days. The pH level of the nutrient solution stands at a steady 6.11, ensuring optimal nutrient uptake. Furthermore, the TDS range between 1050 and 1150 provides the ideal nutrient balance. 💧⚖️📈 In light of the unfortunate hermaphroditism incident experienced by a fellow grower, I have been diligently checking my plants for any signs of similar issues. So far, I'm pleased to report that everything is progressing smoothly, and I haven't encountered any Bananas or seeds (it's hard to check the back sides). 🚫🍌🔍 That's it for this week! Happy growing, lads! 🌿🌱💚🌸

Very Healthy girls so far ! Watering every 4 Days now. Nothing special. No training yet. Lowered Light 2 inches to increase PAR. I had to move locations of tent. Humidity is a little high in this room. Running dehumidifier at night and changed light cycle to 20 Hours of Light, 4 off to decrease time in high humidity. Humidifier is putting in work. Averaging 60-65 during day and 70- 75 during night. Im feeling like the girl on the right is showing different gene traits. Eager to see if there is any major differences in the coming weeks ! Thanks for checking out the girls !

Working on getting these girls a bit bushier to fill up the pots a bit more before bloom. Tried to top them both the same, but one grew two new stems (as expected) and the other grew 4... No idea what I did?

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Check out their site: www.mars-hydro.com Thank you @MarsHydroLED for letting me test it, hook them up for a great deal or info on their products! Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Thank you all for joining me again in this Orange adventure! I hope you all had great weeks, germed seeds, extreme growth and buds bursting with trichomes!! See you next week! Hug Bud PS Sunshine made her first appearance, as she promised on the Gelato 33 grow. She is still a bit camera shy, so her digital alter makes an appearance first, if you all want to see more of her and my other helpers, let me know in the comments. Sunshine will make a real appearance if yall are real nice to her.

🌸 Week 6 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week is in the books and the differences between the phenos are becoming impossible to ignore now 👀🔥 Stretch has been very different across the plants and some phenos are clearly showing completely different growth patterns despite running under the same conditions. It’s getting easier every week to identify which phenos stay compact and bushy and which ones want to reach for the sky. 📈 Current observations: Pheno #3 and #4 have stretched aggressively and are now above 70 cm Pheno #5 took the lead and is currently sitting at around 101 cm 👀🔥 Pheno #1 and #6 are still in early flower / preflower and developing noticeably slower Plant architecture is becoming very clear now — some phenos are growing dense and bushy while others are showing strong vertical growth At this stage I already have clear favorites: ⭐ Pheno #4 and #5 are currently standing out the most for me in terms of structure, vigor, and overall development. But the real decision will come once the flowers fully build up. 🍃 Maintenance & development: Canopy management continues and I’m still removing leaves only where necessary to improve light penetration and keep flower sites exposed. 📊 Current environment: Temperature stable around 26°C Relative humidity sitting around 67–70% VPD target remains unchanged and is being monitored continuously Light intensity continues to increase gradually as flowering progresses The next weeks should become really exciting — structure is one thing, but now the buds will decide who becomes the real winner of this pheno hunt 🌸🔥 💬 Which pheno would you bet on at this point?
