Week 4 - these smell insane had a few issues with pest they seem to be all gone not sure what’s going on with my back plant same one I had issues with germinating now it seems stunted I will update next week good luck everyone !

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Si lets talk about my beautiful Medusa F1 from Royal Queen Seeds. This little lady is growing like a champ, and I've been giving her lots of love and care. One of the techniques I've been using with my Medusa F1 is leaf bending as a form of training. It's been amazing to see how much she's responded to this technique. I gently bend and manipulate the stems and leaves to encourage horizontal growth and create an even canopy. This helps to promote more even light distribution and allows for better nutrient uptake. My Medusa F1 seems to be loving it, as she's growing strong and healthy with lots of new growth popping up all over the place. The week is over, I was a little behind with the updates... the 13th was the harvest day, it was very resinous and very fragrant, now I'll wait for the drying and curing process to give my feedback in the next update.. 🌱✌️

February 20, 2019 update: The good news is the babies are all growing, the not so good news is there seems to be a slight bug infestation. Since taking these pics and video I have sprayed them with a mild Neem Oil & Water mix (about 20:1), hoping that helps. I also have a few clones looking a little funky, but that's OK with me, out of these 16 babies I really only have room for 9-12 in my flowering area and 12 would be pushing it. The MediKush & DinaMed seedlings are doing great. DinaMed's are still taller, but the MediKush has some beautiful tight nodes.

"What you get for a bag seed" week - I've stopped using the Nitrogen reach nutrient. Bloomax is 1.7:14:14.5 NPK, by the leaves it seems like they have a slight nutrient burn, so it feels right to reduce nutrients. - I've done some really low stress training on PE, just opened a light space for lower buds And............... - 'I think I saw a pollen sac', indeed suddenly something green appeared on the top part one of BD's biggest colas.... I've decided to use tweezers and get it out - Now I imagine hermis everywhere, I've read about them a bit, mainly looking for images.... Something about PE doesn't feel right. Just spoke to friend and he also thinks PE has many pollen sacs. I'm going to try to save it - problem is I can only see the bastards when I take a picture with extra zoom... at least she's not huge. I guess BD is pollenated by now.... will update..... EDIT: I've transferred PE outside, week 6 of flowering starts today, so I think I'll harvest her in 10 days. She originated in a bag seed, so I'm taking it easy, learning a lot!!!! My first grow is kind of a rehearsal - the feminized seeds arrived couple of weeks ago and I hope to start a new diary soon :)

Esta semana ha ido muy bien. Su color es muy verde a pesar de la poca cantidad de nitrógeno aportado y lleva un crecimiento muy fuerte a sus flores que ya estan bañándose en tricomas con ese delicioso olor a goma de mascar rosa. Es muy visible el trabajo de Bud Booster sumado a Bud Candy que estan dando un increíble aporte de volumen a sus cogollos. Por suerte no tuve que usar agua de grifo para esta planta que aún está siendo alimentada con agua de lluvia. Irie!

Semana de corte.

Purple Punch is flowering very nicely, trichomes are out, and getting bigger buds. This will be around the 5th week of flowering. It did not double its size as I expected, just grew an extra 3-5 cm. I am surprised. Strange. It remained small but the flowers are beautiful. I did not raise up the water intake just left it the same 200ml 2x a day. Clean water in the morning and then fertilization in the evening. I really like this plant. I think I will order more seeds. Purple Punch height end of the week is the same 43 cm.

Harvest day 65 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Can't complain with another good week! More pistils are starting to turn orange and buds are looking good and healthy, I've got no burnt tips and so im guessing the nutrient mix is balance nicely after removing the silica after it kept reacting with the mix. Done another defoliation to get that light where it's needed, im very happy with these two plants as they are only my 2nd and 3rd plants I've ever grown. Thanks for stopping by✌️

June 20th - all plants get a visit this week Updates start tonight. 22nd, prepping to make a tea for Fridays visit to PurpsBerry etc. Shaping the plants backwards, towards the Hillside will be the goal. Clean the hillside a minimal amount, not wanting to lose the wonderful camouflage it provides. We are looking to pull the plants tops northward almost to the ground, forcing the side-Branches into becoming Cola’s. Do it with 2nd opinions… making a Bush, thats the goal. It’ll Help achieve a lb per plant
