Buds are forming nicely. Pushing a EC of 2.4 this week and a PPFD of 60-725 on a 24 hour light cycle. Putting them in overdrive and they are loving it. Can’t wait until I harvest these two beast. GSM is 40 inches and the GH is 32 inches.

LST went good the plant is growing ervery day for 1-2 cm I am very happy with the products used.Until now i didnt run in any issue :) Starting to give a little more Water.

Stretch has stopped with only an inch of space to spare. Smells great in there, resin and trichome production is going crazy. Plants are wet and sticky to the touch. Assuming I should have already installed a trellis net to help with bud weight. Afraid to do much if any defoliation as all the fan leaves are growing trichomes now as well.

In future I must take not that lamb’s Breath can thrive in cold conditions, but I am going to witness if the growth will accelerate or just level out with the coming of spring. Week 6 starts with a mild weather but in a couple of days a cold front makes land fall in Jozi and the last brought snow, but my babies survived and look at the love of my life, showing aggression when it comes to growth… I wonder if the transplant and the extreme cold will hinder growth, nature does miracles in front of us on a daily. She’s loving the compost mix, hopefully she will love her new home, if my calculations are right, all I have to do is only add nutrient only when I defoliate. The amount of nutrients in this medium is boardline toxic.

Individualized care is the name of the game. Apple Fritter & Lemon Cherry (Right) - Still Hungry! Despite last week's top dress, these two are showing signs they want MORE. Sometimes plants just have bigger appetites, and that's okay—we adjust and keep moving. Last Week's Feeding: Top Dress: Equal parts (1 tbsp each) Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4 Roots Organic Terp Tea Bloom (direct feed) Supplement: Growganica Incredible Kelp (for bulking support) The Reality: They're still looking a bit hungry—lighter green than ideal, possibly showing early signs of nitrogen or micronutrient deficiency as they push through flower. This Week's Plan: Direct liquid feed with Roots Organic Terp Tea Bloom for faster nutrient availability Another top dress to build the soil reserve back up The combination should give them both immediate and sustained nutrition Sometimes you've got to hit them from both angles—quick-acting liquid feeds AND slow-release top dressing. This is why we observe each plant individually rather than treating the whole garden as one unit. Feeding Plan: Keep her on the same schedule—if it ain't broke, don't fix it. She'll get the kelp supplement but may not need the aggressive feeding the others require. You can't cookie-cutter this—you have to read each plant and respond accordingly. The hungry girls aren't struggling—they're just asking for more. And that's fine! Week 15 Day 99 (20/11/2020): Unfortunately did not have time today to take pictures or check them because have been quite busy. Day 100 (21/11/2020): Woow day 100 today, which seems a bit crazy but I think the girls just need another month and they will be ready for harvest. It has been a great grow so far and although 100 days seems like a lot, the girls have definitely come really far. I did notice that the leaves on the top of both of the girls are getting a bit more yellow and less of that deep green colour. After searching what could be the cause for the top leaves turning yellow, it seems that it is because they are too close to the lamp. They have grown super tall so the lamp is currently at its highest so unfortunately there is nothing we can do but hopefully it won’t affect them too negatively. Day 101 (22/11/2020)💧: Measured the pH of the girls today before watering and RHC1 was at 5.76 and RHC2 was at 5.92 which means it needs to be increased slightly. I wonder why it keeps dropping because apparently the BioBizz soil is supposed to maintain the pH pretty well but I guess these are big girls and they must be taking in more nutrients. So I watered them with the usual 1.5ml of BioGrow, 4.5ml of BioBloom, 1.5ml of TopMax. And on top of that I gave RHC1 0.75ml of pH+ to increase the pH by 0.5 points and gave RHC2 0.5ml of pH+ to increase it by roughly 0.3 points which should take them both to 6.2. The buds are definitely fattening up more and the trichomes are looking like lovely purple snow on the buds! Day 102 (23/11/2020): Not that many updates today, but they are doing well after the watering and some of the flowers at the very bottom that always kind of wilt on the day of watering are back up again. I should have thought of cutting them off before maybe... Day 103 (24/11/2020): Girls are looking beautiful, managed to get a close-up picture that shows how red the buds are quite well. I really need to look for my loupe because I want to see those trichomes closer up and see if it’s the trichomes or the actual buds that are red. The buds of the two girls do look quite different from each other though, definitely easy to tell them apart. Day 104 (25/11/2020)💧: Today I watered the girls with 1.5ml of BioGrow, 4.5ml of BioBloom and 1.5ml of TopMax . The lower leaves and buds of girl #1 are definitely not strong enough to hold themselves up just before the watering. I think also because the buds are taking up the most nutrients and towards the end of the 2 days it is not enough for the lower stems. So not sure what to do about these but I guess I can cut them off if they do not recover tomorrow. Day 105 (26/11/2020): Took some lovely videos of the girls today 😍 they are growing so big they should be ready in just a few more weeks I think.

I originally had applied to Green House Seed Co.'s Taste of the USA Contest here on Grow Diaries. Turns out I was ineligible but the good folks at GHS still had the big hearts to send me seeds anyway. So big ups to them for hooking this grower up. Welcome to the Sea of Fire 🔥 For this grow were using the Dark Phoenix seeds that GHS sent to me to create a Sea of Green. I've got 8 plants in 8 1L pots. I've decided to use Black Swallow's living soil for this grow so we won't need to add anything but water for the first 3 weeks or so. Our goal for this grow is to have these girls ready for harvest in about 20 weeks which will bring us to the beginning of November 2021. If all goes according to plan these firey buds should be filling my friends stockings this Christmas.

This is nuts lol 😆 I may have fast forwarded through the pictures, apologies, they are loads and more difficult to work through. Consider a week and a half missing from flowering so far. She is not close to finishing yet as far as I can tell. As new white hair are growing, very obviously. the orange hair is quiet a few but they were kind of there all along. Smell is sweet fruity but not as powerful yet. Buds are sticky and solid, Every cola is sticky, solid and huge and still growing.

Another fast update! 😃 Hey guys! I hope everything is going well for everyone. This is the 2nd week of flower and I'm here again to share what happened last week! My babies now get thirsty really easy, nothing like how it used to be (and you can actually see them stressing over it in my photos) but gladly nothing that some water can't fix. The main colas are also starting to grow more and they are full of small developing flowers (they look super pretty! 😍) Some side stems are also outgrowing the main branches... and I'm kinda unsure what I want to do (or if I should do anything). Maybe LST or supercrop them? (I might screw things up by doing it in flower and I have never done it before 😭) I don't know. I also want to trim some leaves away since the foliage is very dense but I fear I might end stressing them! I will probably make a grow question to know what others think. I'm back on a normal nutrient schedule. I'm no longer "overfeeding" them and I water them 4 times a week (but with little water). Next week I'll try doing 3 but with more water and see if they like it more that way. So far I love how the plants are developing! The small flowers look great and they look bigger everyday! 😃 Thanks everyone! See you all next week! 👋

Kushycat I defoliated the girls a bit again. Gave another dose of Bloom Booster and, as always, some Alga and a small dose of FishMix a few days ago. and some Bat Guano Today Sweet ZZ still disappointing. Will give her nutrients etc like the other girls and see what happens. Peace out! 16.07.2025 It has rained and stormed heavily in the last two days, so the little darlings and the soil have been thoroughly rinsed. I cheered the little mice up with some farmyard manure. Also i did some Defoliation again.

Today 23/07/22 We are two days into week 5, never talked about nutrient or water’ problems I had some leaves with few yellow marks but very small one beside that I always saw my plants green and happy, here you can see the scrog I set up yesterday not sure if this will work better but I think will help the branches grow further from the others increasing the light they riceve! I made it myself I will order one for the next grown when I will get my grow box! The watermelon is already flowering but the northern light no so today I started feeding the plants with different preparations.. I kept on giving the grow booster with a bit of bloom booster and viceversa for the watermelon! If you have any tips anything you think I’m doing wrong or you see it’s not ok let me know I don’t grow in a box I grow between the curtains and my window so the environment wasn’t always the perfect one

Hello again GD friends, This week went very well and the girl started the vegetation phase, so summarizing: Day 16 - I watered with 0.5l of water Day 17 - The girl seems to have reached a height of 13 cm, so, according to biobizz, this is the perfect time to start with some fertilizers, so I'm going to use an energy booster, Bio Heaven, which improves the moisture retention . 1 ml to 0.5 l of water. Day 18 - watered with 0.5l with 1ml of Bio Heaven Day 19 - The first five finger leaves (Indica leaf) are about to appear, it is a sign that the vegetative phase is coming. I'm still struggling with the watering because I think I'm watering too often, so I'm going to water with 0.5 l with B Heaven and wait a while to see the reaction. Day 21 - Finally, the Reflector that I ordered (Daisy 60cm from Secret Jardin) arrived, so now I can have the reflector closest to the plant with more confidence, because it is made of a material that does not heat the growing room as much . The first five finger leaves appeared, so tomorrow it will receive the first LST. Day 22 - The girl is beautiful and already has 4 nods, it's the perfect time for LST and to compensate her for the stress caused, I'm adding something new to the mix, Biobizz's Active-vera, for a healthy and much stronger plant. So 1L with 2ml of Active-vera and 2ml of Bio Heaven. Cheers guys see you next week
