D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. 1/28/25 She has a very strong berry smell to her. Very different from her sisters 1/31/25 kinda late but i lollipopped a bunch of lower branches 2/3/25 downloaded the photone app and noticed the levels of par are very displaced and was able to raise the lights to get a better reading.

This week they hung out of the tent to catch some natural sunlight ☀️ Fast and steady growth keeps increasing, with Bruce being the clear standout. Extra bushy and huge, huge leaves! Very impressed by her structure at such a young age. Curious to see her evolution. Sherbet is also on a very good track, can barely tell she had an issue to begin with. Biscotti also going strong. 21.06. OG KUSH# Day 56# On the OG, thrips appeared in a couple of places, but nothing serious, I regulated it right away, and if it does, it can't do anything to the plant outside, except to slow it down a bit, but come on. With a little delay because I'm a lazy stoned person, and in addition the responsibilities regarding the plants are already starting to grow, and I also have a lot of work around the garden and then I don't always arrive in time to release the update. The plants are progressing well, but now they are already hungry, so the next watering is for food. Two days ago they were topped for the third time, I also topped the two highest side branches. Yesterday was the end of their eighth week, the pictures are also from yesterday. Last night I sprayed them with SMC for prevention, but none of those pests can harm the plant outside as well as inside..first of all, the plants are much bigger, and therefore have much more leaf mass, and secondly, it is nature, there are many of them in nature, the only thing that can destroy them all are caterpillars during flowering and mold when the humidity is too high or when there are frequent rains, everything else does not worry me at all. Tomorrow I will move them somewhere where there is a lot less grass because now they have already filled this space and they can't expand any further, so in order for them not to get too long and to go wider I have to move them where the grass and other plants won't bother them. Week 3! Things are moving so fast! I've had a busy week so did not get around to order nutrients. For all my worries, she seems to do just fine without them. I do not want to get over confident though. Gotta get on it! I was tempted to top her or start doing LST since she is growing so well, but decided against it because I want to let her grow naturally. This is my first grow, so best see what happens to a plant in spacebucket conditions without interference. Learn from that and experiment later on. Plus I feel that patience and restraint are key to completing a successful first grow. -On topping autos: I've read that autos should never be topped. This might have been true in the past. From what I've read new strains are more stable and can be topped without problems if the plant is growing well. (3-4 nodes by end of week 2) This allows her to recover before going into flowering. Despite her being only 10cm tall her leafs span nearly 27cm! Auto Tutankhamon is basically AK-47 (stativa) with ruderalis so I was expecting a rather tall plant. On day 16 she started showing her first pistils! 😍

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. I enjoyed this plant a lot, its grew well and loved how it was shorter and fatter. I wonder if it was at the dame distance from the plant if It could have done even more. Had some issues with the yellowing that was happening on the other plant in this tent. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and it may have hurt the yields a bit. The top best looking buds looked and smelled amazing even the lower buds where doing well not so larfy like the other plant. There was crazy strong smells with this plant, sour berries and hints of lemon, it was a best smelling plant I have grown to date. This would be a great plant to grow for beginners, cant take a lot of stress and still produces quite well and even on lower wattage leds it was good. It was not the most crystally looking plant, not like the maltezerz but still had some finger hash buildup but a small amount. I feel this plant would be a winner for a rosin press. I don't plan on growing this strain out again despite me liking a lot of qualities about it. I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. Only some of the lower growth is larfy, will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 4.57oz or 129.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷ 129.6g = 2.60 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. .67 ÷ 129.6g = 0.28c/g It cost 28c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. Picking the odd leaf off but it's pretty much just doing its own thing other than having to feed her . She smells really nice with lots of bud sites and has some visable trichome production now .

Cut off feed last week. I’ll be chopping some time this week.

Good my motivation back this week have basically been doing the bare minimum to keep them going. So I have made a new base for my tent to go on in case of more floods in the cellar. I have set up the autopots today with the help of Bundyfarms. The plants have come on well this week since there repot. I used the greenhouse biofeed enhancer this week , you need to oh it down , but they really reacted well. I will leave them two more days which will be 10 days since they were transplanted, and will switch on the autopots which will give them ph 6.4 water . The soil is all premixed so there will be little to do for a couple of weeks till they will get the enhancer again. S600 from easy grow lights is on full power and looking forward to some speedy growth once the autopots kick in.

Another week done. Not really much to report. The ladies are on cruise control. The buds are fattening up and starting to put on some serious weight. Should be a good harvest. PPFD is averaging 900. The ladies seem to enjoy it. Leaves are all in the praying position, which is a good sign that the girls have what they need. I have been using Plagron Green Sensation to support bud development.
