10. Woche Die knusprigen Blätter habe ich ein bisschen Entfernt für die Optik. Denke sie braucht noch ein bisschen Zeit und die gebe ich ihr auch 😌

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Slight issue with my this week lights went off by human error (switched wrong switch) hopefully everything ok back on same schedule now so hoping it’s all good ✌️🏻

È stata una settimana bellissima e calda. Tutte le varietà sono vicine alla fase finale della fioritura e ognuna ha il suo forte aroma particolare. Tutte quasi piene di infiorescenze dure e molto appiccicose ormai stanno completando il loro processo di fioritura in maniera impeccabile. Come sempre queste varietà dutchfem seeds autofiorenti sono una soddisfazione! Alcune sono di tipo XXL mentre altre di taglia media ma sono tutte piene di infiorescenze e continuano a riempirsi quindi verrà applicata una raccolta graduale tra una settimana o due al massimo. Sparito ogni insetto nelle piante a causa della resina appiccicosa. Sono felice un abbraccio a tutti.

Der Grow: Diese Woche ist die Pflanze explodiert. 31 cm sind es am Ende der Woche gewesen. Zum Glück habe ich bei diesem Run die Abluft von Anfang an außerhalb des Zeltes platziert, sonst würde es eng werden. Ich hoffe das es in der 3 Woche nicht noch einmal 30 cm werden, sonst bekomme ich Probleme mit der LED. Die Buds entwickeln sich auch sehr schön. Von Tag zu Tag fängt die Pflanze mehr an zu duften. Ich kann den Duft nur schwer beschreiben, aber es erinnert mich irgendwie an einen starken frisch gemahlenen Kaffee mit leichten Skunk Tendenzen. Die Erde performt immer noch einwandfrei. Es sind keinerlei Mängel zusehen. Auch Cal/Mag musste ich nicht hinzugeben. Bis hierhin klare Empfehlung von mir. Am Ende der Woche habe ich alle Blätter bis zum Netz entfernt. day 27 flowering: The Blue gelato has some beautiful forming buds on her that remind me of ice cream oddly enough. She smells nicely if sweetness. sticky to touch and healthy as hell. I am a little dissapointed with her node spacing and hope her bud sizes can make up for it. she would have been better in scrog than quadlined i think but lessons learned. Do love her look though.

Die "Eltern" sind Jacky White x Ruderalis, die "Großeltern" sind Jack Herer und White Widow. Sie ist dadurch eine 75% Sativa mit zitronig-fruchtigen Aromen, genau mein Ding. Es freut mich sehr, das mir die Samen in einer sehr schönen Verpackung freundlicherweise von Paradise Seeds zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Das ist für mich der Ansporn, eine möglichst genaue Beschreibung des Growverlaufs aufzuzeichnen. Hat sich alles prima bewähert. Tag 29: Die Auto Jack von Paradise Seeds bekommt ein sauberes Umfeld. Für LST ist sie zu kurz und zu stämmig. Da könnt ich leicht was abbrechen. 0,75 Liter Wasser. Tag 30: 0,5 Liter Wasser. Tag 32: 1,25 Liter Wasser. Tag 34: 1,0 Liter Wasser. Schön, dass du reingeschaut hast. Nächste Woche gehts weiter und ich freue mich, wenn du dabei bist 👋😎

Let’s go Day 36 !!! This week went real great, girls built up a lot of structure, and stayed super healthy ! Today they got fed just water phd at 6.5 ! They been really loving that balance! I also removed a lot of under trim since we are going into preflower , so had to shave up those legs lol ! It’s really great for them , the love that airflow , but don’t take off too much or you could shock your plants so be careful ! Can’t wait to see what these girls do this week ! The plant is drinking over 3 gallons of water every day. I’ve lowered the PPM’s to 600. Everything seems to be ok now. I will try to change the reservoir water every 5 days from now on. She started to smell amazing! Very lemony 🍋 P.S. Lowerd the TDS to 550 PPM on day 46. Also just realized that I stressed my plan with to much light. I moved the light at 13” and dimmed to 95% ... I will continue to dim it 2% every day...
