Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. By far the tallest girls in the tent. Her colas are stacking up nice and tight if she keeps that up we'll have some nice dense colas. 😁 Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

Day 63 and she's a stank monster. I can't even describe her but it's got a fruity undertone to it. I think she'll come down in 3 daysish .

Super heavy yielder, nice dense, dripping and exotic looking nugz. Definitely recommend if you need to pull as much uhq dank with restrictions on plants or space. Grows very tall for an indica dominant hybrid, almost hit the light after stretch. Ultimately very hq stable genetics

Entering the 11th week and she is still filling in slowly but surely! I did some more LST to tie down some branches even further and open up the spacing between colas to allow light to get in to lower buds. I also did some defoliation as she is super bushy. This variety has been know to take a little longer to finish and she is right in line with that. I am honestly thinking another three weeks at least before harvest.

this is my first time transplanting from hydro to soil due to room/spacing issues, and let me tell you, this is NOT an easy task, and should be avoided at all costs, especially the bigger the plant. it almost seems impossible to remove all the clay pebbles without damaging some of those 2-3week old baby roots around those pebbles. i gently picked out as many clay pebbles as i could with my hand and then had to cut the plastic net pot to completely free up those roots without shocking the plant too much. the transplant was a success into soil 5gal, although I expected worse, and am expecting to be a few weeks behind to let her system reset/build. to make matters worse, its been VERY HOT in the midwest (90-100f). and here we go, later that same week, i accidentally left her overnight, and into the morning sun on a 100f day. as you can see from her burn marks, she clearly wasn’t able to defend herself against that type of extreme heat yet, and i was blessed to catch her before the afternoon heat, otherwise she’d be toast, lol. just a few of the upper leaves turned crispy. i know she wasn’t happy so i put her under more gentle conditions, now let’s see how she comes back

5/23/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Flower (Day 110 overall) (Day 49 of Flower) There was a couple of small super small sucker buds on the lower stocks that needed to be cleaned off but that was it. Just watching them Flower!! 5/24/2023 Week 7- Day 2 of Flower (Day 111 overall) Tucked a few fan leaves below lower buds but didn't see any blatant offenders that needed to be removed. I typically do start my checks in Week 8 but since this is a new strain I decided to go ahead and do a Trichome check just to see what was what.. Just as I thought nothing but clear glassy Trichomes. I will check again in one week.... 5/25/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Flower (Day 112 overall) Just letting them grow today!! Smell is getting stronger I would say it is a hint of Pine and a heavier fruity smell. 5/26/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Flower (Day 113 overall) I did Nothing but took some pics and I enjoyed it!!!! It is nice to be able to just sit back and watch them on auto pilot.. :-) Tomorrow Water Change Day!! 5/27/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Flower (Day 114 overall) I admit it.. I had to defoliate a little bit.. I looked in while changing the water today and there were just a couple blatant offenders blocking the light from lower bud sites and those leaves they just had to go. Other than that I changed the water and this week is where I drop everything and start preparing them for this last phase of the grow. Loving a few of these buds they are starting to beef out very nicely. Other than that I took off a few little sucker buds trying to form. I did start to setup my Dry space as well as did a Trichome Check today and the brown tips are coming in nicely. 5/29/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Flower (Day 116 overall) Found a few baby sucker buds trying to form so I removed them. Other than that I am enjoying watching her mature. I also started my Reverse of the Clone I took 6 weeks ago in Apr from #3. A lot has happened in the last week. First thing is i harvested all the other plants in my garden. 2nd is i got a new light!!!! A green sunshine company electric sky 180. It is a 24.5 inch long led panel with 3 different sprectrum Samsung mid powered diodes (180 total pulling 1 watt each). Super clean light and it has linear lenses that house the leds so it focuses the light down rather than losing light to a wider spread. Since hanging it, this girl prays hard and the undergrowth is getting a lot more light now also. 3rd thing is i put 10 worms in the pot, hoping they will make castings and more available food as we transition this girl into flower. 4th thing is i am slowly transitioning the light schedule. Right now shes up to 9 hours of darkeness a night and soon she will get to her final 11on/13off light schedule. Last night I gave her a tea consisting of OregonismXL, grokashi and bloom yellow bottles "Seaweed." Looking amazing and still loving her no till pot.

Week 5 begins! Plants looks good, the blueberry didn't dry up as much this week, but she's still the hungriest of the bunch. Both OG Kush plants stepped up their consumption, the pots were much lighter than the last 4 weeks come feed time.

She has done well throughout the vegetation she has many five fingered leaves and a few seven fingered despite the harsh conditions she is holding up well receiving around 300 to 400 mls of water each week and the substrate left with at least 15% in it. She suffered a little bit of light burn and likes the distance kept at 50cm. At the end of the vegetation the double kush cake’s canopy has split wide open and she now stands approximately 50cm from the soil.

Vegetationswoche 4 - 02.05. - 08.05.26 Diese Woche lief endlich deutlich entspannter ab. Ich habe im Grunde nicht viel gemacht außer hier und da ein bisschen zu gießen und der Pflanze einfach Zeit zu geben. Und genau das scheint ihr gut getan zu haben. Die Utopia Haze hat sich meiner Meinung nach jetzt endgültig an das Beet gewöhnt. Das Wachstum wird langsam stärker, die Blätter sehen wieder grüner und gesünder aus und insgesamt wirkt sie deutlich stabiler als noch vor ein bis zwei Wochen. Zwar hängen die Blätter teilweise noch leicht, aber im Vergleich zu vorher ist das schon ein riesiger Unterschied. Man merkt jetzt richtig, dass sie anfängt anzukommen und langsam Fahrt aufzunehmen. Als Nächstes geht’s jetzt langsam in die Vorbereitung fürs scroggen.

Another good week, stretch is full on and probably another week or 2. They all got a topdress with compost and wormicompost, insectfrass, basalt, kelp, epsom, and seed meal to keep the worms happy. All in small doses... less is more :-)
