I had to withdraw my culture at all, because I had problems with French customs (...) but I was able to save a skunk plant that was left, a week in a box, to hide.... the rest I had to throw it away unfortunately... I'm 11 weeks since the planting, I'm rinsing with only molasses the next planting is already on the way, I'm going to make a diary...

Quick kush is called quick for a reason 👌, nice big indica leaves starting to grow and stretch pretty fast, i had to re pot one of the girls so one of them might look a bit sad but she will get better (its the salts) Flushing and Buffering- I am personally using Canna Coco Coir,mix with one brick of plagron coco coir(had one left). 1. Why you Should buffer your Coco. Lets get to reading! (Its Worth it for those that dont know about it) There are cation exchange sites in coco that will interfere with nutrition until they are buffered. The cation exchange sites in coco naturally come loaded with sodium (Na) and potassium (K) cations. However, the Na and the K are only weakly held to the exchange sites. In the presence of calcium (Ca) or magnesium (Mg), the sites will release their Na or K cations and lock onto the Ca or Mg. These processes are known as “cation exchanges”. Buffering coco is accomplished by soaking it in Ca and Mg. This allows the cation exchanges to take place prior to adding plants. Simply soak your coco in a solution of Cal/Mag water and the exchange sites will release their K and Na cations and lock onto the Ca and Mg. When the cation exchange sites bond with Ca and Mg rather than Na and K, it is “buffered”. The bonds that hold the Ca and Mg to the sites are very strong and cation exchange will largely stop. This means that all of the nutrients that you add to the water will be available to the plant at the ratios that you provide them. 2. Alot of growers Grow in Unbuffered coco coir and its a big mistake guys, I myself was a "victim"😬of unbuffered coco and it does cause alot of problems... now i am going to try and fix them! -----GROWING IN UNBUFFERED COCO--- Many growers are unaware of the need to buffer the coco and they try to grow plants in unbuffered coco. In unbuffered coco, the cation exchange sites will strip the nutrient solution of the Ca and Mg and replace those cations with Na and K. This creates a sub-optimal Nutrient Element Ratio (NER) and renders Ca and Mg unavailable to the plant. Failing to buffer the coco is why so many growers suffer calcium deficiencies in coco grows. Manufacturers of prepared coco products try to exploit these problems and convince growers that only their proprietary products are suitable for growing. However, it is actually very simple to properly buffer your coco yourself. This tutorial walks you through the process and provides all the information you need to turn even the cheapest brick of dehydrated coco into a superior growing medium. Week 16: *whewww* well technically this is the first full week of Flower... I followed the directions and went to 18/6 for "Early Flower".. but in the future I will refer to this as pre-flower and will start this about a month before going into Flower... I think this helps make the flip more pronounced and will help with a more consistent flower in my tent. Who knows tho? We do see pistils - so that's exciting... and tbh I was saying we vegged for too long.. but who knows, maybe we will have an extensive root system and will be able to support larger buds! Nothing is really a loss at this point, and I will say I'm even learning more about myself. I'm a thinker I like to process things, I like doing it with people.. and I don't mind making mistakes... but I rather them be calculated.. So I know what to do or not to do in the future... I'm realizing my partner is more of a tinkerer.. he always has big ideas and likes to use his energy to move toward them.... I think we complement each other because my thoughts would've led me toward stopping the growth of this project a long time ago.. but I'm happy it's still going!

I had a lot of fun with this strain and it was grown against 400 growers so let me say PHENO hunting is a true thing. Overall the Bud was a nice dense structure and the smoke on it was smooth and the high nice and even.

March 17, Day 76: As written I collected the last three plants. At the moment I got a partial of 224 grams from the first three plants and I think of doubling with the last three. Among the latter is the plant with the largest bud which obviously becomes my favorite. This time I managed to take photographs of the plants before cutting them. With these last three plants I got the most productive plant, the one with the largest bud and the one with the longest bud 😉 For a final report on this strain: The Gorilla by RQS is an excellent strain for anyone who loves a high THC content and I particularly recommend it to growers who pass for the first time from photoiperiods to autoflowering. You will grow very large and very productive plants very similar to photoperiodic ones. This strain branches out a lot and must be defoliated and de-branched. You can grow it well with the SCROG technique, but if like me you have no space problems you can also use the Sea Of Green technique. In conclusion I want to thank all the growers who have followed this my first diary to which I have a happy growth! First I have to say that I am very satisfied with the total harvest, from the last three plants I got 369 grams which added to the 224 of the previous harvest make a total of 593 grams. I started this diary with 8 Gorillas and 2 Cheese. 6 Gorillas completed their cycle in the same time frame, the 2 remaining gorillas showed a photoperiodic genetic predominance, one of them is in an advanced flowering phase while the last one after three months still shows only a few pistils. I'll probably kill her, and move on by putting new seeds in the soil. Unfortunately, where I live is illegal to grow marijuana, otherwise I would have simply moved outdoors, but I can't and must be ruthless. Regarding the two cheeses there is not much left at the end of their cycle and I started to give only water to one of the two plants. Good and happy growth to all! 😜

it grows and grows and grows. it looks very healthy and strong. the changeable weather doesn't bother it at all. unfortunately, there are still no clear indications of its sex. it gets a nice nutrient mix from biobizz root and grow.
