Veg Week 3 Day 21 to 27 - 4/17 to 4/23 A lot more to talk about this week. It's topping and transfer week. I started the week off (day 21exactly) by making sure I had at least 5 to 6 nodes of growth and topped P1 down to the 4th node and P2 down to the 2nd node as a test. (typically I top to the 3rd) I also removed all other node branches and fan leaves and usual. I left a large stump in my tops so the nodes can use it to grow around and help support the larger weight of a mature plant. I gave a couple of days of recovery while I hand spread the nodes daily to train the new waterways through the nodes. I changed my schedule and watered a day after and then transferred the plants into their forever pots/top watered in Feed this week was .5gal transfer and top feed at 100ppm total before add-ins. I used 100ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) I then also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 6.2 Feed plan next week will be a final top feed of .5gallon and then turn the reservoir on. - The trichomes photos have been taken just before the harvest. - Drying was made between 22-23°C and at 55% of humidity (3 days). - Curing before smoke test : 15 days Veg time : 31 days Flowering time : 42 days Total time from seed to harvest : 77 days Height : 26.5cm Pot size : 1.5l COMPARISON BETWEEN THE FOUR PLANTS : -------------------------------------------------- The best plant : Pound Cake - biggest plant, roots and buds. The best yield : Even if I didn't manage to trigger my scale, it's the Pound Cake. The best smell : They all smell pretty good. But the strongest smells were Pound Cake and Orange Sherbet. The best high : I can't tell, but I liked them all 😎 My favorite overall : Pound Cake👌

The Amnesia haze 2 is turning light green yellowish some told me it could be deficiency or it could be just flowering taking energy from the leaves but I’m not sure I used Gaia green bloom recently thinking it would help I’m going to too water that haze from here out the other have and sour I’m going to continue to bottom feed I took some trichome pics I don’t think there ready yet but I think I’m getting close to the date I feel the the amnesia haze 2 is going to hit 90+ days tho kind of hope not cause the other haze and sour are probably going be done sooner I want to fry them all at the same time March 7th I think the haze #2 and Sour d is ready but the other Haze is not I’m pretty sure I have another week pre maybe even two for it to be near ready I need the tent to harvest and dry what’s ready I’m going try leave the ready ones in for another week in hope it doesn’t mess them up

Both of them Purple Punch sprouted. Surprised me that, within 24hours in glass of water she showed her root. Will let her veg from now on, as for this grow i am experimenting a fully organic grow without big-bud. Damn it big bud, i wish you are organic hahaha🙃. As for the soil, i doubt there is enough nutes for her to grow so i am going to top dress with bat guano.

Vamos familia que se viene la cosecha de estas Papayton de Fastbuds, que ganas que tenia ya de darles machetazo. Que locura de variedad, me encantó cultivarla , pero e de comentar que para mí es una variedad bastante complicada y hacía años que no me encontraba un reto así, al final salieron y bastante top. Las flores aparte de piedras, se ven resinosas. a sido una genética, dificil de cultivar y no es muy resistente pero si tienes paciencia fliparas con la calidad, 8/9 semanas de floración, los aromas son bastante intensos y hay que tener cuidado con los plátanos , si sale alguno a final de flora quitarlos y si sale antes desechar mejor la planta. Por esos problemas que comenté por muy buena variedad que sea no puedo darle muchas estrellas. Week 6 of flowering 10/23/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 6 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Defoliated a little. Noticed a PH of 4.8 in runoff, same as the late stage of flower in my previous grow. After lowering feed EC, CalMag on max strength, flushing with 0.8ec nutes for 3 days in a row, nothing changed and PH stayed the same. Read in a forum thread about constant low PH in the rootzone when growing in coco. Got great info about CEC, water, nutrients and little chemistry from a detailed explanation. (https://www.icmag.com/threads/recurring-problem-with-low-ph-in-coco.338385/page-2#post-10843765) Flushed plants with tap water + calmag, PH 6.5. Used 120L total for 4 plants in 2 days. 1st day: flushed after lights on, did not water until 2 hours before lights off and flushed again. Runoff PH went up a little, but not to the correct range. 2nd day: flushed after lights on and checked runoff EC + PH, of each plant. Fortunately, PH got corrected to 5.8, and I returned to automatic watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff). Thoughts: In the last grow, I thought I had a problem because of salts buildup in the media with constantly low PH in late flower. I didn't fully correct the problem till chop day. Same problem here in the same stage of flower without the salt buildup. After reading every forum I could find about the problem, I understood that my bloom nutes were the main problem because of their chemical composition. The coco ability to exchange ions lead to the low PH in the rootzone. It got worse quickly because I did not use any tap water with the feedings, so the PH could swing easily and drastically without resistance. After I looked online for the T.A. feeding chart, I saw they used TriPart Grow till week 7 of flower, the Nitrogen type they are using will up the PH. CocoForCannabis chart that I'm using, has not enough nitrogen to combat the bloom nutes PH down effect in flower. It gets even worse with RO water because there are no minerals that can resist PH down. Now I'm using 30% tap water with rest RO water, T.A. TriPart feeding chart with calmag and silica. Hopefully I have corrected the problem for the rest of the grow. It wasn't easy, because there were lots of variables that worsened the problem quickly. Now I'm checking runoff PH and EC daily. Update on next week :)

Hello my friends 😇 Purple Lemonade had been flush today !! She looks beautiful that purpul-dark buds are amazing. In next 3 or 4 days I will cut her 😇 Cinderella and Bruce Banner drinking less from a avg. 1.7l/day to 1.25l/day, so end of flowering for this two will be in around 2 weeks. Cinderella looks really good, she should give a good harvest. Update: Day 67 Happy time !! Harvest time !! Finally Purple Lemonade get to the final point. Days 99 - 105 (from sprout) 8/30/24 - 9/5/24 Raised light above canopy of The Good Shit - PAR on main tops is 800-700+ while remaining lowers are seeing closer to 450-500 Loompa's Headband x TK fading to a close this week - trichome check starting to show amber on the bracts Sweet 16 S1 now starting senescence and a little fading on some fan leaves The Good Shit showed signs of some overwatering, so a newly made FPE was added to feed schedule to assist the microbiology Light schedule lowered to 10 hrs this week IPM: Applied enzymes (tweetmint) at a rate of 0.5 fl oz to 1/2 gallon and sprayed on cover crops + mulch throughout the week. Significant decrease in pest population, now needs a high quality compost top dressing for long term correction
