I’ve opened her up by defoliating the bigger fan leaves and letting light get to the lower bud sites allowing better quality buds (non airy/popcorns) humidity hit between 50 and 56% and that’s perfect! New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. This plant seems to have grown much denser and better than my first plant. I just got the ac infinity ventilation setup with controller 69 for my 2x2, still trying to learn, hopefully grow #3 goes even better. Stay tuned

I gave them a feed about two weeks ago I think I’m going to give them one more feed next week and let them puff up. I water them about every 2-3 days except on of my bubble gum plants she drinks a little slower than the others but she’s still nice and healthy. Tent #1 has 2 Bubblegum and a Amnesia Haze Tent #2 has 1 GMO Cookies, 1 Peanut Butter Pie x Royal Kandy( I won this seed on 420 so?) As well as a plant I got from a friend and brought back to life to see what she rewards me with

Day 56 I did a flush at the end of the week with double the cal mag and Epsom. Hopefully I can get this leaf condition turned around. I think flushing will help as the runoff was on the higher side, the main stem is purpling and leaves showing signs of cal mag deficiency. Hopefully I can get this under control before it all goes to shit. I’m just on cruise control, hoping to make it to the end haha. Happy Growing 🌱

May, 8th Plant is still stretching, And Building some woonderful Flowers too A lot of WWork and Energy for the Plant I feed her in every Watering because shee is geting alittle Pale/ limy And I added some Calmag too, to help with Photosynthesis because she has still a big need In Nitrogen , added some flowering Nutrients, too

Just a little spray of water nothing else she looks more alive this week. Her leaves are growing broader each week that passes by. No five fingered leaves but more growth she is about 10 cm above the soil.

fresh water 580ppm ph 6.2 i decided to go a bit lower in ppm as this is an autoflower stretch starts, there isnt much time left before flower maybe 1 week. i started counting “day 1” as when the seed popped open thats why it looks like this plant is 1 week behind day 40: little defoliation

Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 12 June 8-14 FLOWER 7 Sadly, my journey with Frostbanger is almost over. This grow started as an unnamed FBA2502 tester strain completely unknown regarding growth habits, size, flavor profile or smoke effect. I used LST on two plants: #1 because she was leaning over so I decided to pin her down immediately. I decided to LST Plant #3 when I saw her nodes were short and stems were tight. To quote Fastbuds “Growers must know that these difficult-to-grow plants will pose specific challenges in terms of environmental control and nutrition” , making them best suited for cultivators with some experience under their belt. I mention this because 2 plants #4 & #5 always looked lighter than their counterparts. Having overfed in the past grows, I did not want to repeat the same mistake, especially when the other plants were lush and green and did not look deficient. I thought it was genetics, but I found out that these two plants probably had nutrient lockout and would have benefitted from a good flush. Overall, I didn’t make mistakes with overfeeding or over trimming. I had to manually control the environment since the ventilation went out. I did pretty good at maintaining a functional environment. Plants #2 & #5 developed pretty reds in their upper buds and leaves probably because of the air conditioner. The A/C brought the night temperatures to 65-68. This week I am flushing with an anticipated harvest this weekend. I did the last plant pictures and videos and trichome shots on each plant. I did preliminary defoliation removing the remaining fan leaves. For most of the sugar leaves I trimmed off the ends leaving the base with all the frost. These are going into the trim bag to be washed into bubble hash.
