Here we are in week six of flower and not a lot has happen this week other than the usual watering and letting her do her thing. Only trouble this week was updating GoPro had to try a few times. Other than that we got some rain in my home town and collected about 60 gallons that I'm going to use to finish the rest of the grow. Also, got my new AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T4, Quiet Inline Duct Fan System with Temperature and Humidity Controller, 4-Inch. I was really hoping this two plants would finish before the year ended, however, it looks like they got others plans. See you guys next week.

Well this little tester has out grown her sisters by quite alot in its development , she is much larger and bigger leaves than the others and looks like she is really reaching for the stars and has had nothing more than fresh water until this week

As week 5 came to a close and we move into week 6 of flowering, I am having really high hopes for the end result. The buds started to get some light orange hairs which is really nice and they are really starting to thicken up! Towards the end of week 5 the plants started to show early signs of burn on their leaf tips, so I started the week 6 feeding a little early. In week 6 we bring the EC down quite a bit as we get into the late stages of flower. I also recently switch to measuring with EC vs PPM for ease and accuracy. Also at the end of week 5 I did a calibration on my coco for each plant as week 6 nutrients are much lighter. Coco Calibration Method 1. Mix up nutrients. 2. Water plants as normal and measure runoff. 3. If runoff EC is not at or close to the inflow EC a. Water more and keep measuring runoff until the runoff is at or close to the inflow EC 4. Do steps 1-3 for all plants (One at a time) Tips: - I use a shop vacuum that I stick the end in the bottom of the pot saucers and leave it on while I water so it sucks the runoff as soon as it drains out the pots. Then I measure, empty and water again until I hit my targets) For this calibration, I ended up using around 6 gallons of nutrient solution. Watering technique used is to measure runoff at every watering and make sure we are staying as close as possible to the inflow EC. It does not matter how much water you need to put through the pots to get to the desired EC on runoff as that is a benefit of Coco. My main goal is to keep my runoff in check and the plants seem to do better than I have ever grown before! The smell off these ladies are amazing and strong. I don't have a carbon filter and enjoy her smells and aromas all day long as my desk is right next to my tent. There were no issues in Week 5. Plants continue to look amazing and the buds are continuing to bud up and structure very nice! I'm excited to see the end result after the ripening and flush stages. Also the colors that are soon to come! Stay tuned! ______________ We are 5 days into week 6 and the buds continue to grow fatter and fatter on a daily basis. I'm really dialing in my EC and making sure to mix it at 1.1 EC and making sure my runoff is from 1.1-1.4. I started playing with the mix as I am getting used to the grow schedule and how the base nutrients effect the EC. I have found that doing 50% of the low strength calendar hits me right at my target EC and I don't have to dilute my mixture after. The smells continue to be strong and fill my house up. The weight is starting to make the colas lean over which is nice because it's opening up the canopy to get more light in. I'm very excited to see what the buds look like in week 7 and then we are on to ripening stage, flush, and then finally harvest!!

March 28th: She's still standing. I tried to take some trichome shots, but i'm not sure how well they are. It's my first shot at it, so cut me some slack! I gave about two gallons of water this week. I'm not sure if she's still drinking a lot, or if the pot getting dry faster is due to a few degree increase in temperature. All of the water was straight well water, not pH'ed. Which reminds me: pH of water doesn't matter when using living soil. The pH of the Soil is what matters. pH in hydroponics makes sense because the water is where your plants will pick up nourishment. The medium for hydro IS the water, which means your water needs proper pH. In soil, the pH is due to all the calcium, magnesium, micro and macro nutrients and minerals that are in it. That will create a pH in your soil. Now, you can also get a high pH in your soil due to sodium build-up. This isn't what you're looking for, as sodium build-up in soil is a no-no. Now, for the fun fact: If you have a low pH in your soil because you don't have enough calcium, pH'ing your water isn't going to do anything. You gotta fix the soil problem, which will correct the pH of the soil, and trying to use pH'ed water isn't the solution. You'd have to add more calcium to your soil to fix it. Anyway. Light intensity is still at 100%. As you can see, i've got some floppy branches on this cultivar. I gotta admit, i love when branches start floppin' around. It tells me that the plant is close to harvest! Just gotta wait on those trichomes to get a few more amber, then she'll be ready to chop. She's still only showing fade ever so slightly. The purple hue is nice, but i wish it would become a bit more pronounced. Maybe it will over the next few days. Dropped hours to 17 to get closer to the 15 we will have outside in a few weeks. A week of battles for this tent. Lotta pest activity. Bulb mites and Nematodes (never going to have regular perennial flowers and dahlia bulbs in the tent again), lessons learned. Active pest strategies tried: - listerine / water soak - Neem oil / water soak - Dr. Bronner soap / water soak - worm castings to boost balanced microbial life - insect Frass to provide chitin - diatomaceous earth top dress - mosquito Dunks prior to organic amendments to deal with any eggs/larvae in soil

Week 11 16/12/2018 - 23/12/2018, cant wait to harvest everything is frosty and the smell is just perfect. Hopefully this will be the last week and the next one i ll start flushing. Waiting till the end of next week. Checked the trichromes couple of days ago and they were still transparent. Will check again in a couple of days to see if they turned cloudy.

🌿 Week 11 – Harvest! (Day 77) Harvest time for my Tropicana Cookies Auto — 77 days from seed to chop. Instead of giving her 24–48 hours of darkness, I decided to harvest right in the middle of her light cycle to preserve maximum THC and terpene content while the resin was at its peak. Trichomes were mostly cloudy with a few amber — exactly where I wanted them. The buds came out dense and sticky with a deep citrus aroma and colorful hues. Final wet weight: 300g, expecting around 60–75g dry after a slow cure. She’s currently drying on mesh racks in a dark, ventilated space with ~21°C and 55–60% RH. I’ll jar her up once the stems snap clean. This was a compact but resin-heavy pheno — rich in terpenes and easy to grow. Really happy with how she turned out. Hello my friends growers This week I've got more and more yellow leaves, Do you think it's a carence, water excess, precose senesence? I don't what I need to think, or if just normal, I just give her water two times per week. 0.6l x 2. Fertilizer 1/2 times. I think I'll harvest end of this month or start December. If no, bud are biggest each day, and smeel really sweet. I've also started pk 13 14 this week. Sorry not lot pic's this week , I've broke my phone and lost several pic's. Have a good week 😁😁
