Second week of flower has started They really grew after a heavy feeding Had to move my lights way up . LEDs tooo bright ..leaves were slightly curling

15.06.25. Day 46. Just a reminder that 2 seedlings died at start of grow. Big plant is drinking alot of water, I had to top up her reservoir with about 2 liters of water on 2 sperate occasions. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. I was very impressed with the yield from 1 plant, 88 Grams, the smell when you open the curing tote is phenomenal, the buds have plenty of trichomes, and get you stoned as hell. I grew this plant in y super coco, with only a few late flower top dressings, straight forward and very easy. I would recommend these seeds to anyone!

8/25 put in closet for 48 hrs of darkness before harvest 8/28 actually did almost 3 days of darkness but started trimming and chopping. Getting ready to hang. Day 1. 8/29: 72°F and 50% humidity. Still wet. Even the small buds Day 2. 8/30: 70°F and 47% humidity Day 3. 8/31: 70°F and 52% humidity. Looking more dry than id prefer after 3 days of drying. But the conditions arent exactly ideal. Day 4. 9/1: 70°F and 49% humidity. Humidity dropped which sucks! Day 5. 9/2: 75°F and 37 humidity. Temperatures rose and humidity dropped a lot. Buds are super crispy. Im gonna let them go another day. Day 6. 9/3: time to jar the buds for curing. Dry weight is 43 grams

Aug 23: Lemon Cream Kush is doing fine. Aug 26: quite hot now (finally summer?) with a week of 30 C starting now. Upped water volume to about 9 L a day.

Hello. This is the end of the veg cycle and the first week in flowering. It's May 30/2023. The Breeders Description said 8 to 9 weeks of flowering. That should take us to August 1st. That would be the start of week 9 and Aug. 8th would be the end of week 9, so I plan to harvest around then. The greenhouse looks a little different than last time. My buddy Jerry brought me some bamboo (he went out of his way on his birthday to do that for me) What A nice guy he is. I used 18 of the longest pieces to make a Scrog type of net to hold up the big buds I hope to get. First year to try this bamboo thing. Hope it goes good. I might have to tie it up tighter. I did a good trim/prune, under the table mostly, but did remove some big fanleaves up top that blocked the lower branch ends/tips from seeing good light. I think it's also good to remove the big fanleaves that don't get much light any more. It promotes more growth up top. While trimming I left the branches that were growing straight down. I'll trim them off today for cuttings, for clones I'll make later. I mix 10ml of liquid seaweed with 1 gallon of water to put the cuttings in. I'll make 6 cups for 6 different plants numbered 1 to 6 so I don't mix them up. 😁 I'll pack up the lights later. I'll mix some transition to flowering, nutrient solution tomorrow. That means a little less N and a little more P and K. Thanks for looking in. Chuck.

I've moved the two healthiest in new 25L (6 Gal) net pot, it's going to be easier to apply the LST, without damage the plant. Anyway, LST is working well, main branches are getting "fatter", leaves are big and they show a nice healthy green color. I start to give some NPK, I still have some Advanced Nutrients to use. Using for now at 1 ml/L , resulting in a EC of 0.8. I still have nutes inside the soil, I have to go little by little for now. I will keep you updated folks! Have a wonderful week!

Man, that Skunk Apple runtz plant is giving me some trouble. It's still really small and hasn't grown much at all. I think I might've messed up a little because the leaves are looking kinda rough. Hopefully it can bounce back. Well, it's Christmas again. This year feels a little different, though. Maybe it's the snow blanketing everything, or the way the tree lights up the whole living room. Either way, it's cozy and warm, even when it's freezing outside. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Santa brings. I hope I get that new video game I've been wanting. But most of all, I can't wait to spend time with my family. We always have so much fun This past week was a good one for the plants. They started the first week of their stretch, and they've already grown a decent amount. I can really see them filling out. It's cool to watch them grow so fast. I can't wait to see how big they get by the end I always get a little worried at this stage, like they're not gonna get as big as I want them to. But then I remember how they always end up surprising me. By the end, they're always perfect.

WHITE AMNESIA WEEK 4 FLOWERING COMING ON WELL.

Everything is getting ready to be cropped any day now. I will be cropping the og kush tomorrow for sure its had a little bud rot and its getting pretty yellow. The tyson #1 is will harvesting on sat and tyson #2 Sunday or Monday. The humidity has dropped and its supposed to be sunny so im gonna let the Tysons ride a little they haven't had much bud rot at all. Wish I could have rode out the mop and bit longer but to much rot was happening had to harvest but it was ready enough. I harvested a bud of the og kush about 3 weeks ago it smokes really well for only 3 weeks its strong tastes good I couldn't be happier it was a great grow.

Today we had a lollipopping session with the "little one". I've had to give her enriched water regularly the last few days because she's been so thirsty. I'm really curious to see how she handles the training.

This has been a fun experience and it's not over yet!
