🌱 Weekly Report: Week 16 Flower – Gorilla Melon Highlights 🌱 Room Dynamics and Challenges This week marked a pivotal phase as we approached harvest. The decision to harvest Gorilla Melon in two stages allowed us to navigate a potential mold issue effectively. The mold was confined to select areas of dense colas, which were promptly removed to protect the rest of the plant. This experience reinforces the importance of keen observation, especially in the final weeks. Environmental Parameters • Temperature: 26°C • RH: 53.2% • VPD: 1.57 kPa • CO₂ Levels: 1067 ppm • PPFD: 690 µmol/m²/s • Solution Stats: pH 6.67 | TDS 695 ppm | Temp 18.3°C The ThinkGrow LEDs and TrolMaster systems shone during this critical period, maintaining precise control over the environment. The addition of deep red and UV light at 100%, with whites at 50%, seemed to amplify trichome production, resulting in a frosty finish across the garden. Highlights of the Week • Fading Colors: The garden displayed a stunning spectrum of fading hues, signaling the end of the cycle. Gorilla Melon’s red highlights and frost stood out beautifully. • Defoliation Success: The earlier defoliation efforts paid off, minimizing mold spread and allowing light to penetrate deep into the canopy. • Trichome Inspection: The frost level across Gorilla Melon was nothing short of mesmerizing, a testament to her genetics and the controlled environment. Gratitude and Community A heartfelt thank you to the community for your support and engagement. The sponsors—ThinkGrow LED, TrolMaster, Aptus Holland, and ProMix Soil—made this run possible. It’s been a pleasure to share this journey with you all. What’s Next? With Gorilla Melon harvested, the spotlight now shifts to the other girls in the garden. Stay tuned for their individual harvest reports, smoke reviews, and more as we wrap up this epic series! Hey yall! Super stoked to show yall some beneficial nematodes in my soil. Lots of other beneficials in there, the nematodes are the most fun to me! Love to show yall what Korean Natural Farming and JADAM can do. This is all Natural, all organic, all homemade inputs. I just want to prove to you all, the entire community, and the entire cannabis industry that you don't need to drop money on your inputs. You can source everything yourself! Remember, Bottles are for Babies! 🍼 👶 You don't need to buy into anything, you don't need to invest in anything, but YOURSELF! You are the most valuable tool, you are the most dangerous thing on this Earth 🌎 I want to be a resource to everyone and anyone who is willing to be open minded and learn. It doesn't matter your background, where you live, what color you are, or what is in your past. Your future and the future of this Earth is in your (our) hands. Togetherness over oneness Anyways, weekly compost tea applications and quality compost gets you gold! Also hand crafted inputs with love makes a huge difference. Use what you have near you, if you are wildcrafting inputs, be sure to not take from nature without giving back. Recycle, use less chemicals, pour your extra compost tea in your community. We can stop this wild climate change, but we can seriously slow it down, almost completely if we all do our part. I hope these posts inspire you to go down that rabbit hole 🐇 🐰 and get your hands dirty. Use and reuse the same soil, use larger pots or go in a living bed if possible. Have fun and learn something each day, pass on love ❤️ 😍 learn from your mistakes, that is what makes us stronger. No matter the mistake in your garden, or in life, we can always learn something new about life and ourselves. You are not alone on this journey, I got your back, and I truly believe in you. Peace and blessings to all! ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗

16th Week Report 30/01/20 - 06/02/20 Had a look to trichomes and she was almost ready, consequently I didn't filled/changed reservoir from last week 06/02/20 Harvest Day! 2nd Harvest Wet Weight Is 440g! 💦💦 All the lower growth yielded more than the bigger colas from first harvest (350g Wet Weight) Nothing particular to say, trichomes are 5-10% 🔍 Amber, even the lower buds got some purple tones and while I was trimming them I sniffed the best weed flavour I ever felt in my life! The 2nd Harvest day was a week away from the 1st Harvest day! "Harvest Week" will be published when buds will be dry 😋 Last Update 06/02/20 See you guys ;)

Start of week 9. Buds are filling out nicely, but trichomes are still mostly clear. Breeder says 8-10 weeks so im hoping they are ready in the next week. Both are starting to show a little bit of the leaves fading, not sure if its normal or the start of some sort of deficiency. Super strong smell on both phenos. I was expecting alot more in terms of weight but the quality dies look great. Cant wait! 💨💨

Start of week 8 (week 7 feed for the super Lemon Haze, she's going one extra week in total (9)) th blueberries are packing on serious weight, size and stickiness, while also smelling dank as hell! The Super Lemon Haze is still nutrient hungry, I continue to feed her extra each week and she's packing on serious weight and size now as she goes into the last 2 weeks of her grow. Overall the last week 7 was great and the plants are looking good, approaching the end.

We are down to the final week! Just 2 more watering days and then I'll be ready to cut them down, trim, and hang this weekend. It had been a long 21 weeks and I am not prepared for my next grow. Usually I like to run perpetually with my 2x4 tent, I should have had another set of 6 starting when I flipped these ladies into flower. That way when these finish I could have had another set ready to go in. But things came up and I am behind schedule and running out of nutrients. Honestly that is okay though because I am planning my whole year out. I'll buy the few items that I need such as PH Down, some ph pen calibrating powder, grab some more Flora micro and bloom, stock up on fabric pots, coco coir, and perlite. I'm even thinking of getting some new strains! Stay tuned for next week's harvest!

First day of week 6, i have to say these ladies are FASTTT! VPD 1.15-1.23 lights on VPD 0.97-1.05 lights off. The 70x70 area is 101% covered although id say 72x72cm because i added some self made growbox wall extenders i have started thinking adding the trellis net now or some days later to tilt the colas alittle just slightly for better light absorbtion for lower buds under the main shoots isnt a bad idea, under canopy view is magazine cover worthy MAN :D as you can see they are on fabric pots above plastic draining pot holders, the runoff is collected downthere and each of the pot holder has a plastic tube glued with water resistant superglue so after every water all the runoff water is collected from a pump with just a push of a button, the irrigation watering system is also connected and works pretty nice i have been giving them the water also by a simple push of a button with irrigation seem to love it (its not a automatic feeder connected to a reservuar i have two waterpumps one for watering one for collecting runoff i simply put the water intake plastic tube in my water bucket & press the button manualy, worth mentioning all of them have been reciving the same nutrient solution and same water although pheno#1 have been streching 4-6cm more than her sisters and she developed abit of blueish leafs even the soil in all 4 pots was from the same 2 soil bags and mixed very well before filling them so soil manifacturer excess nitrogen mistake is also not possible, i feel it is the phenotype but just to make sure there will be no excess nitrogen in the end i watered her with the exact same water amount as her sisters but 260ppm less for her this time just to make sure the blue is gone soon.she will be fine and emerald in few days. From today the UV FROST is ON from now too. Oh i forgot to mention thrueout the diary they where never topped only trained with these red clips besides the pheno3 that came topped "from god" since sprout and i wouldnt recommend topping autos (btw pheno 3 is a monster and smells wayy more LOUDA than the siblings.) although the pheno1 remains the main subject further on she got fuel to shoot for the stars and we rlly dont want that in this compact mini research area dont curse me for the substrate choice :D this stuff translates a bit of that earthy taste to the buds and way less attention than coco.

My apologies have been away for a bit but the pics are from the last 2 1/2 weeks! Other plant that was the same age turned out to be a male which its unfortunate because it was an accidental cross lol anyway she’s been growing vigourously ever since I made the switch..3 weeks almost complete and she’s a beast! Can’t wait to see the buds form, will try to post more frequently since my scheduled has cleared up some. Thanks for stopping by! Good luck with your own projects!...oh n it may look like I use a lot of nutes but those don’t get used every watering, I often forget to mix or purposely don’t mix one of the supplements but ALWAYS add the 3 base:gro, bloom and micro.

🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. This part of the process — the cure — is where the soul of the flower truly comes to life. ☀️ UV, Reds & The Perfect Run Part of what made this run so special was the precision in light spectrum. 40% whites, full reds, UV and IR, and the girls responded like royalty. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. All of it under ThinkGrow Model Ones powered through the Trolmaster ecosystem — everything syncing in harmony. This run was stable, lush, expressive — a grower’s dream. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. The PRO-MIX soil was the perfect foundation — light, fluffy, with excellent aeration. It all worked in harmony. After unpotting, I carefully washed every root system, removing all soil to prepare them for the next chapter of their story. Now, they’re hanging and drying — and will be left to cure for at least one month, possibly more, in a dry, dark, and well-ventilated space. But why keep the roots? Because cannabis roots hold ancient value — both medicinal and ritualistic. Though they don’t contain cannabinoids like THC or CBD, they are rich in alkaloids, triterpenoids, sterols, and other therapeutic compounds that can be anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antifungal, and calming. Medicinal Benefits of Cannabis Roots: • Friedelin – known for liver protection and anti-inflammatory effects • Pentacyclic triterpenoids – believed to support immune and anti-tumor functions • Alkaloids – some studies suggest pain-relief and muscle-soothing properties • High levels of fiber and tannins – excellent for digestive and skin applications 🍵 Root Medicine — Ways to Use Dried Roots: Once fully dried (they should snap like twigs, not bend), they can be gently crushed, powdered, or infused: 🌿 Cannabis Root Tea Soothing & Detoxifying • 1 tablespoon of dried, ground roots • 3 cups of filtered water • Simmer gently (do not boil) for 20–30 minutes • Add a bit of ginger or lemon for taste • Sip warm, especially good for menstrual discomfort, inflammation, and general relaxation 🍲 Healing Root Soup Base Brothy & Nourishing • Add a handful of dried roots into a veggie broth or bone broth • Simmer for 2+ hours • Strain before serving • This adds a subtle earthy tone and allows the healing properties to infuse your meal Topical Root Cream or Balm Great for sore muscles or irritated skin • Infuse roots in olive oil or coconut oil (low heat, 2–3 hours) • Strain and mix with beeswax to form a balm • Add essential oils like lavender or eucalyptus • Apply to temples, joints, or sore areas 🛁 Root Soak Bath Perfect for grounding and full-body relief • Bundle dried roots in muslin or cheesecloth • Steep in hot bathwater for 15 minutes before entering • Let the soak draw out toxins and ease tension ⸻ The roots are more than just the anchor of the plant. They are its memory, its foundation, its quiet miracle. By using them, we honor the entire lifecycle — nothing is wasted, and everything has a purpose. This part of the process is new for many growers, and I truly encourage anyone reading this to try saving and reusing the roots. Dry them, process them gently, and let them offer you one final gift. Much love to Aptus Holland, Plagron, Autopots, and PRO-MIX — this wouldn’t have been possible without their harmony working underground while the beauty bloomed above. 🌱 The Gift That Keeps Giving: Reusing the Soil As we say goodbye to one incredible season, we begin quietly preparing for the next. But not everything gets thrown away. In this garden, nothing is wasted. Just like the roots, the soil gets another life. After each harvest, I carefully remove the remaining roots and break up the soil. I inspect it, rejuvenate it with compost and beneficial microbes when needed, and most importantly, I repurpose it — giving it a second life in my outdoor veggie garden. Why do I do it? Because this soil has already done something extraordinary. It has supported life, held moisture, breathed air, balanced nutrients, and fed plants that became medicine. It’s not just dirt — it’s a living ecosystem. And to throw it away would be to ignore its potential. In my veggie garden, this recycled soil now nurtures cucumbers, tomatoes, courgettes, and so many other little miracles waiting to unfold. It’s a beautiful way of continuing the cycle, taking all the energy and intention that was once used to grow cannabis and transferring it into growing food. 🌞🍅🥒 🌾 The Benefits of Reusing Soil: • Sustainability — less waste, less environmental impact • Cost-effective — no need to constantly buy fresh medium • Soil memory — rich in organic material, microbial life, and structure • Nutrient potential — amended soil still holds value for many plants • A deeper connection — a way to honor the entire cycle of growth When we reuse our soil, we’re not just being resourceful — we’re believing in tomorrow. We’re trusting that what we’ve built can be rebuilt. That what has been used can become useful again. That from what seems like an ending, something new can always emerge. And maybe that’s the most powerful message of all in this journey: Planting is believing in tomorrow. 🌍🌱 Every seed in the ground is a little act of faith. So as this season comes to a close, the first tomatoes have been planted. The cucumbers are reaching for the sun. The courgettes are settling in. And the same soil that once gave us dense, resinous flowers is now feeding the vegetables that will grace the table. From harvest to hope — the cycle continues. And it’s beautiful. 🎉 The Final Touches Fun fact: • Trimmed on May 25 • Photo shoot on May 26 • This report: May 27 • Dry Bud Exclusive Photo Set: Coming soon Stay tuned — the next upload will be something special, just in time before the Eternity Grow Cup closes on May 31st. ⸻ 💚 Thank You To Zamnesia — your genetics were nothing short of extraordinary. No defoliation this week. 🤙 Vertical growth has topped out on both plants. The GP#2 started her fade this week, she’s extremely sticky and the smell is strong. I expect GP#2 to be harvested first. I see this often, even when the plants are the same age whoever is the least touched finishes first. Til next week!
