~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2206 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #1 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying'.... a VERY happy girl she is and the #2 is just an enormous plant with tons of bud sites and flowers that are starting to get a coating of white trichomes giving them that frosty appearance! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. OMG they're both looking fantastic, both are amazing cultivars with a generous coating of trichomes beginning to cover their flowers. Obvesvacion por Maceta. Maceta 1: Mucha altura y poca expancion laterales, los cobollos se ven con ojitas muy chicas y definidas, no son tan gordos y comprimidos. Satisfecho. 😃 Maceta 2: Creo que tuvo un desarrollo como espere, con cobollos lindos por el medio y una punta imponente, ¿puede que podia ser mejor? no lo se. MUY satisfecho. 😄 Maceta 3: Fue Historia. Maceta 4: Petiza, con su unica punta que es igual al cobollo a mediana altura de la maceta 2, puede que haya sido el sustrato ya que tanto la maceta 3 como esta 4 crecieron de igual manera, poco desarroyo, mismos cuidados que las demas. Por ovias razones la regaba menos ya que no consumia tanto y deje de darle productos ya que no lo veia necesario. Decepcionado. 😑 Ahora voy a Cosechar. 😎

Hi! First of all, this is my first time in my life. I planted 2 different kind of plants one is autoflowering (Gelato Cookie D'ohpe), Gelato Cookie Doh-ope Auto By Dr Krippling Seeds Gelato Cookie Doh-ope Auto. Ground breaking genetics have gone into the Triple G range. Grand Heft Auto’s genetics main characteristics is its big composition, and heavy yields. Whilst stabilizing their specially selected Girl Scout Cookies strain with the GHA a number of times, they also crossed this with an amazing Gelato Auto. GGG3’s fruits are ripe with aroma’s and flavor. Yields are approximately 80 gr/plant and the aroma from these flowers are special. The taste from these dense, sticky buds are sure to have you coming back time after time for more of this great tasting flower. The other one is feminized (Purple Punch). Purple Punch Feminized Seeds By Barney’s Farm. Purple Punch Feminized Seeds are a 90% indica dominant hybrid. with a combined lineage of Larry OG x Granddaddy Purple this genetic is capable of an indoor yield of up too 700g/m2. Expect aromas of Baked Apple Pie as well as Cherry and caramelised Blueberries. Also expect a short bushy plant with great trichome production and a THC count of 25%. This high yielding, high THC hybrid is an all-round quality genetic with a fast harvest window of 50 to 60 days. Yet another great addition to Barney’s Farms Cali Connection Range. I started counting my day from the day I started germination. 2 different seeds, one is autoflowering (Gelato Cookie D'ohpe) and the other one is feminized from The Bakery Co. called Purple Punch. I started germination by putting them to the water for 12 hours in the evening on Sunday. After twelve hours I put them between paper towels. It started sprouting very quick, the next day I needed to put them to the soil. Purple Punch the feminized one started growing faster, bigger sprout, compare to the autoflowering Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. I started using a 60 W led lamp for the seedling stage this lamp has 2 head 30-30W that was divided for the two plants 30 W each. The next day they came out of the soil and started their life. The Purple Punch was growing faster. First, I had my own made place made of kitchen foil under my computer desk :D, and then I purchased a grow tent which is 140x60x60. I did not use any ventilation the first week and kept the humidity 85-90 percent, and I used trigger spray on the plant also. Watering the first 7 days was 10 ml in the morning and after 12 hours later also 10ml, so every morning and evening 20ml a day. I also used trigger spray to keep the soil wet around and sprayed the plant also. I never use tap water at any stage I buy still water from the shop and they love it. I want 100 percent organic plants so my nutrition will be bat guano mix with acacia honey. My soil mix is Coco coir, perlite mix 70:30 which is mixed with a soil that consists of 20% sphagnum peat moss, 35% garden peat, 10% high-quality organic Worm-Humus, 30% perlite, and 5% Pre-Mix. These two kinds of soil ratio are 50-50 Percent.

Dutch Passion Shaman Pünktlich zum Erntedankfest am 5.10. war für mich der kritische Punkt überschritten. Shamanin 1 hat ihren Headbud und drei weitere Blüten genommen bekommen. Ich habe die beiden Pflanzen in der letzten Zeit täglich mit einer Taschenlampe abgesucht und nun war es soweit, leichte Faulstellen an dennStielen in mehreren Bereichen der Pflanze. Es waren nur sehr kleine Teile der Blüten, bzw. schlaffe Zuckerblätter betroffen, ich erkenne das mittlerweile relativ früh. Die Stielfäule, wie bei @birdmountain hatte sich bei der dunklen Dame an fünf Stellen gebildet und die angrenzende Blüte befallen. Verlust liegt bei zwei bis drei Gramm trocken. Am Sonntag gab es zum Erntedank Space Tee für zwei und der war sehr lecker, mit starker aber angenehmer Wirkung. Ich lasse den frischen Trimm und Blütenmaterial bei 90 Grad mit einem guten Schuss Olivenöl (zwei Esslöffel ca. eine Stunde ziehen. Die Kräuter aus dem Tee schmecken mit bissl Salz wie Spinat, lecker, und wenn man sich die auch reinzieht, dann wird‘s richtig gut, mit Lachflashs. 🤤 😅 Jetzt bin ich entspannter, was den Erntezeitpunkt und die zu erwartende Wirkung betrifft. Shamanin No. 2 musste dursten, hat recht weit oben eine weitere Blüte verloren, wobei ich die Stelle an einem dünneren Stiel auch hier vor der eigentlichen Blütenfäule entdeckt habe. Hier saß auch ein kleiner Käfer in der Nähe, wahrscheinlich hatte der es mitgebracht. Ihre Blätter beginnen sich zu verfärben. Es geht weiter, bis nächste Woche! Danke für‘s vorbeischauen. 💚

starting to get some height on them! and tiny small buds UPDATE: my lower leaves are yellow and crispy all of a sudden look like theyve died, im in panic mode, i've attached a video! how can i fix this? also the same plant has started flower but is very under developed compare to the 3 others in flower?

No watering today, soil still a little to moist for my liking. Will probably water with fert when I do though. Raised the netting and rotated the pot so i can continue my SCoG. thats all for this week. Any info or tips always appreciated -

flowers of excellent quality full of resin, I washed the roots 10 days before harvest, obtaining an even cleaner flavor.

Nothing too exciting to report. Kind of stretched more than I'd like so I'm propping it up. I'll let it grow for another week or 2 before putting it in a bigger pot.

Pheno 1 dark purple : On the nose, it reveals a sharp burst of fresh lemon, layered with a powerful eucalyptus aroma that’s both invigorating and camphorous. A truly refreshing and vibrant terpene profile😈🍋 Pheno 2 Green : this one is a real surprise! If I close my eyes, it’s like Nutella! It’s as if you’ve just walked into a kitchen where hazelnuts have been freshly roasted 🤤🌰 Pheno 3 light purple : It’s a mix of the first two with a hint of amarena cherry at the end🍒🍧

The week starts Monday, Dec-23 in vegetative stage. Installed the ScrOG net Set at 20cm from the base of the plants, being 55cm from ground. Great growth and more LST The plant is showing great growth, lots of branching and new growth sprouts. A few branches are beginning to come through the net and almost all main branches are now tied down horizontally after the two recent toppings. Applied more LST and will wait for the branches to reach the net and start tucking. Adjusting the extraction fan Auto settings The AC Infinity fan is currently only running intermittently with its current settings. This seems to impact the utilisation and effectiveness of the carbon filter in use. The desired outcome is for the fan to be running for longer periods whilst in Auto config. Lowered the High Level Humidity from 70% to 60%, and more importantly, lowered the Max Speed from 4 to 2 with the intent that a lower fan speed will result in longer periods where the extraction fan is operated to remain below threshold targets for the grow space. Plant growth continues to be strong at the end of the week. Big fan leaves near the top are beginning to look a little serrated and dark, similar to the start of this grow. This may be due to the extra CalMag being added which was the issue at the start of the grow. Will keep monitoring and half the CalMag dosage on next feed. Importantly, I have learnt nutrient mixing of the CalMag should be done prior to the Canna Coco A & B. To date I have done the opposite which may explain my earlier issues. Fertigating daily at the start of the light cycle. One more week of vegetative growth before switching to flowering although I may need to switch earlier due to the vigorous growth and considering the stretch yet to come.
