Defol near end of week

Defoliated a bit more, feeding sugar royal and green sensation. The smell is really coming through now.

Eighth Week / 27.06.24 - 03.07.24 Week 8 was smooth sailing with no major issues to report! 🌿 We've settled into a good rhythm with nutrients: 2ml BioBizz Grow, 0.5ml CalMag, 2ml TopMax, and 2ml Bloom per liter. 🌱 Watering every three days or so, and it seems to be working well for the plants. The deficiency in Apollo F1 has improved, and the Cookies Gelatos are now developing trichomes on the sugar leaves, indicating good progress in resin production. ✨ Everything's on track, and the plants are looking vibrant and healthy!

Done. Harvested ALL on Day 72 - one LCC was very heavy on amber trichomes, one BPP and one LCC were what i consider optimum, and one BPP was VERY milky, like peak potency. very few amber. Interested to try them all! Total Drying time was 7 Days for both LCCs and 8 Days for both BPPs. I decided to do my first proper dry trim. For two plants i hit the spot and could just shave off the remaining leaves. For the other two it was much more of a hassle. They already smell way better than my previous runs where i dry trimmed. Also the colors are awesome for both plants that purpled. Smoke review will have to wait some time. Right now, all of them are curing.

Early flowering happened earlier than I expected. Is that because of some sort of stress or something? I think, they aren’t mature enough.

I would like to title week 10 the tragedy 😂 There was an issue with the drip irrigation I set up when leaving for 5 days for Christmas. The plants received no water for the duration of my vacation. After watering (and praying) last night, they’ve perked back up significantly. Roots still looking good. Reduced light intensity, defoliated the dead stuff, and going to start babying them a bit before a much needed transplant.

Going into flowering is always a special moment and we prepare to do it in the best way to make the plant understand that it is time to become a woman and speed up the start of the formation of the buds. We start with 24 hours of darkness this to give a strong break and sign of change to the plant that understands the change of time and prepares to go into flowering. Our Purple Urkle was worked with a topping x16 buds that worked really well, we have well aligned buds, only something escapes here and there but it is normal. In purple plants it is very interesting to wait for the start of the flower formation when the buds reveal their color and if we have taken the dark phenoripo, we celebrate. Another thing that gives the plant the signal of the start of flowering are the flowering stimulators we friends of Plagron use Power Buds. The start of the flowering program includes the same additives as the vegetative phase Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Now the basic fertilizer is Alga Bloom specific for flowering. Green Sensation will arrive as the hero of the end of flowering and at the same time it will be time to remove Power Roots and a week later the Pure Zym enzymes. Alright, it's the end of week 2 veg and we're starting to take off! Have you ever seen a plant with the mutation mine has? She doesn't have a main stalk lol but instead has two! Plus her fan leaves are looking a bit screwy lol. I'm a fan of mutated cannabis though and love to see how they do so she's definitely staying around. I'm not a big auto grower myself so I don't have that high of expectations but I'm sure these ladies will look great once they get another week or two under their belts. We're continuing the alfalfa Ferment from Growing Organic (discount code CollinT), these girls have craft blend mixed into their medium so we won't be top dressing until late veg early flower. So it must be that she prefers to be defoliated the training seemed hard on her for me. She wilted really hard through the weekend. I even reduced her light hours way back and separated them. Now they're back together again. I find that shes also a heavy drinker. I'm super excited shes definetly flowering now! And rather large for the container size. This beast is thickening up. Has a lot of characteristics of both GDP and white widow parents. Doing really well with the dehumidifier on at night and aggressive defoliation. Maybe 2-3 weeks to harvest?

Explosive growth again all round,.. all are flowering now and looking healthy, not going to be like last year's 7ft plants but that's on purpose, roll on next week and hope the sun stays out like it has been because they are loving it at the moment 😀 👍👌

Fast Eddy Week 4 So ive been doing LST to get better light coverage and intensity on all parts of the plant :) this one was very small and bushy which made it hard to get all leaves a place to sit comfortably... ive also been watering using less water but watering more often to get oxygen to the roots :) these autoflowers dont care what i throw at them. fast eddy is alot smaller than my quick one plant but has a nice veg smell from the cheese x juanita the tearful. cant wait to get into heavy flowering! Finally im hoping to get 20-25g off this plant. and as its medical weed im really excited to try this. if it works then goodbye high thc strains! Day 60: Using LST and FIM Lemon's canopy looks great all the sites exposed to light. Orange is getting taller.. so we'll see how it'll end up. The yellowing leaves might actually be light burn they're pretty close to the light, but the sugar leaves are a bit more protected. I might go back to 20:4 in terms of light schedule or lower the shelf. Smell wise even Lemon's non sugar leaves have a very lovely scent. I'll get back to the scent profile another day.
