This week I transplanted my little Strawberry Banana girl to a Big Girl Bed-LOL. Seriously though, I transplanted her to a large garden bed as opposed to 5 gallon pots like I usually do. I wanted to give this plant all the room she need to grow her very best. I'm curious to see if having a larger grow area will produce a larger plant. I am thinking more room for the roots to expand. My plant did not grow very much in height but the width of the leaves did grow. Weather has been very nice here this week.

Tweaking the feed every watering, increasing the big bud and dropping the voodoo slowly

Almost killed one of the candy candy plants today by watering too fast ended up LST-ing all of the plants with the exception of the other candy candy which I am letting grow natural.

Still going lol. Still not too many amber, but I cut down one of the smaller side growths to dry and test. Keeping up with just water, probably could have added nutes for quite a bit longer, but oh well next time haha. Couple buds moved onto a light bulb and burned pretty badly. Be careful out there!

Well, here we are. 12 weeks of training, topping and pruning, she is filling the net and and in good shape for flowering. I will be making the switch to 12/12 today, so this was the last week of veg for this girl. Since going into the larger tent, she has had much better light, and she has responded with lots of new growth. She has been screaming for more nutes. Currently feeding Megacrop at 6g a gallon. I use R.O. water, and total EC of the Megacrop along with Cal Mag is 2.0, which is quite high (I think it is anyway, I've only grown autos before), but the solution in the Autopot trays is still reading 0.3 EC lower than the res, and there is not a trace of burn on her. I really have no idea how far I can push a plant of this size, so I'll let someone else tell me if this is too high. I estimate that by the time I've added Bud Explosion into the mix, the max EC at peak is going to be somewhere around 2.2-2.3, at which point I will be starting to lower N levels and will be dropping from there on. I'd love to hear input from anyone who has some experience with plants that have had longer veg times as to whether these levels are considered 'OK'. She certainly seems happy enough and is thriving for now, and I've been letting her guide the nute levels from the color of the leaves rather than sticking to a feeding calculator. I'm estimating a flowering period of 10-12 weeks, which goes well into UK summertime, which means it going to be super hot in the daytime, so I'll be doing the lights off period during the day, and lights on overnight when it's cooler and I can max out the Kingbrite without overheating the tent. Also, having only grown autos before, I've never had to worry about light intrusion as I just keep them 24/0. I never appreciated how much of the shit in the tent has little bloody lights on it. Had to go round taping up LED's on a few things to make it completely dark. I've also put the monitoring cam on the same timer as the lights, as it has an infrared sensor, so the power to the cam is cut at lights out. I've kept a fairly detailed feeding summary on a spreadsheet. As this grow seems to be going fairly well (so far) I may go back and update previous weeks with a bit more detail in case anyone is interested. tl;dr Flipping to 12/12 this week, growth good, girl hungry, Bud Explosion gonna be added to the mix this week, starting around 0.5g a gallon. Happy days :)

Hey now, was a pretty good week for the Sour D, I didn't really make any changes as far as the nutes, still at EC of 1.6, with water from my dehumidifier, then cal mag, then maxi bloom powder, then liquid kool bloom. Only real issue I had this week was on day 58 I noticed her leaning a little bit, and I went to move her pot, and she almost toppled over. It really scared the crap out of me, so that is why you now see all the wire tires wrapped around her base. Definitely something I will be more mindful of in the future. Still dealing with high temps and humidity, but my dehumidifier has been a real Beast. I will also add that when I open that tent, the smell of Diesel Fuel, and Lemons smack me in the face like a 2x4. I have never smelled anything that pungent before. I am amazed at how well my Terra bloom carbon filter is doing, although I am sure it helps I have an 8x24" inch filter and Infinity T8 exhaust running on the lowest possible setting in my tiny little tent. 07/07/2025, beginning of week 8, a few issues have reared their head, done as many checks as I can on conditions and soil conditions and have come to the conclusion that I need to carry on sensibly feeding as these issues were probably present weeks ago but just not showing until now. Bud development seems ok and they are lengthening/stacking ok, she's becoming more and more frosty and starting to smell a bit, I think she will carry on lengthening this week before starting to flatten up from next week and will feed accordingly. Fingers crossed it doesn't fall apart haha.

It was a good week just cut down the gran turismo I can’t wait for it to dry and try to smoke a nug it’s so smelly of a plant I bet smoking some wet buds will still taste pretty decent. I will let the rest of it dry and cure for prob 90 days or so b4 I start to smoke on it I wanna let it get to its prime it’s so pretty

Sprinkle with Kraft to add nutrients and spray the leaves with Epsom salt. The second bed of leaves is starting to recover from the magnesium deficiency.
