An interesting discovery was made with this plant’s pot, I observed how having a row lesser of drainage drastically effected how I water this lady. Her grow medium swamps up if I maintain a 1lt daily water schedule, which would result in drowning the roots, luckily my grow medium has sponges up when wet, allow the slow irrigation to take place to avoid root rot. Luckily it’s spring time and in Mzansi(South Africa) it is hot enough to push my greenhouse’ temperature higher than the outdoor temperature, to encourage some form of evaporation and humidity, next week I will add pictures of the thermometers, and you can see the drastic difference in temperature.

While the room’s been a little chilly, with temperatures around 18°C and RH at 60%, she’s adapting well. These slightly cooler conditions are giving her an opportunity to build resilience while still maintaining steady progress. I harvested when go began to see some amber trichomes, the plant grew very well, the maturation of trichomes was quite slow. The buds are nice and full bodied and the scent is very sweet and pleasant, reminiscent of gesolmino and strawberry bubblegum.

12/21 - Swapping lights tonight - running the QB3000 Sunraise (300w) FULL SPEC - adding 11 more plants into my 3x3 bringing the total to 17 clones - micro dosing will proceed as normal 😎😎😎😎😎😎

Day 64, 11-12-24: They are beautiful! I am going to enter one of my tri pics in the November pic of the month. 1st competition entered! They smell exactly like peaches now. Fresh out of the orchard smell. Day 65, 11-13-24: They are sooo beautiful. And they smell on point. I am having some issues though. #1 has gotten so tall that the top light (aglex 400w) is at 25%, and 2 150w mars, a groplanner 150w, and an aglex 250w all at 100%, because the top is burning. Any suggestions? Day 66, 11-14-24: So sticky it caught a gnat lol. As far as the experiment goes, it ended how I expected, yet got there in an odd way. Number one grew is expected, number two grew more than expected but balanced out, and number 3 through smaller than I had expected. Day 67, 11-15-24: They're growing well, and the trichomes are just sooo pretty! Day 68, 11-16-24: They're starting to thicken up nicely! Day 69, 11-17-24: I defoliated them today. They were getting really bushy so I removed quite a few fan leaves to allow secondary lighting to be more effective. Day 70, 11-18-24: well the end of week 10 shows some amazing looking plants. My tests seem to have worked somewhat lol.

d103 Han crecido modo bestia, la melon gum le tendré que aplicar un poco mas de LST, no cabe dentro, probablemente le csmbie el sitio por la Mimosa Evo, que no es tan grande, esto tiene muy buena pinta, LSD tiene las ramas de la parte trasera bastante más pequeñas que la parte delantera, pero esta bien grandota. d106 se les han hecho un poco de LST para que no crezcan hacia arriba y hagan más desarrollo lateral.

Start of 10th week and i decided to flush given almost 45L of clean water & been carefull with temperature of water! the laddies are looking well faded, and i hope to get a super clean medicine :) made some trim also on fan leaves to have better light penetration on lower canopy! Buds are looking dense, frosty & smelly!

On day 1 the PH of the reservoir is 6.1. I changed out my reservoir. My tallest cola is 3.25" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 7"-9" from the light. I'm still getting runoff on my right plant at night maybe the low humidity drying out the pots too quick? I decided to lower the flow rate by 1 carrot (total of 2 carrots tightened since first runoff event). The leaves are starting to produce more trichomes :) On day 2 the PH of the reservoir was adjusted the PH from 6.2 to 6.1. My tallest cola is 3.25" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 7"-9" from the light. I'm starting to smell terps when the leaves are rubbed it and smells good :) On day 5 I raised my reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.2. I increased my blumats flow by 2 carrots. I dropped my new light on my plants splitting the trunk of the right plant. I used duct tape on the wound and the plant seems okay so far. I smashed a few top colas accidentally and hope they will be OK. I have decided to install the new light after this run when there are no plants in the box. On day 6 The reservoirs PH is 6.2. I installed my new AC infinity carbon filter and increased inline airflow to keep up with smell and humidity/transpiration.. The plants are smelling very nice. The trichomes are increasing and the buds are growing in size. So far the damaged plant shows no negative consequences 😅 On day 7 the reservoirs PH was 6.0 so I adjusted it up to 6.3. I increased the flow rate of my blumat on the right plant by one more carrot bringing it back to its original state before there was a runaway. I turned off my dehumidifier and will monitor my humidity/temperatures going forward.

Some kind of crazy old Purple Kush variant; potency is not only severe with this baby, but supernaturally intense. I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

Alaskan Purple auto is doing good. She had a solution change. I also trimmed out the bottom of the plant today. While doing some selective defoliation in the canopy. She is doing good under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. She is stretching now, and should start developing her colas soon.
