Everything's still going pretty good. With my previous grow I had some problem with overwatering (classic noob mistake), so as you can see on the video I'm giving them small amounts at a time once every 4/5 days. Made a photo of the light that I'm using. Flowering mode is turned off so power consumption is around 120 watts.

I gave the 8 Ball Kush and the Blue OG a full 9 weeks in flower , we started the trim yesterday and will finish up today , now it’s cleanup time and get the room reloaded with 8 Ball Kush and Zombie Kush, I will update next weekend on final weight.

Buenas! Todos los sabados comienza otra semana, normalmente subo los martes. Pero me estoy haciendo un tiempito hoy para contarles como vienen los 4 clones de toronjaz-Blacktuna. Esta semana ya se nota el engorde de la flor, ya los calices comienzan a tomar volumen. En cuanto a la resina, se ha formado bastante, en casi todas hasta hojas satelite. Mejoramos el color de las hojas, ya que veniamos alimentando muy de a poco y en estas semanas ya podemos apretarlas un poco. Seguimos igualmente de a poco, controlando de no exceder, siempre prefiero que falte a que se exceda. En estas fechas comienza a elevar la temperatura, por lo que sin aire acondicionado en la pieza se puede llegar a complicar. Seguimos, cultivando y aprendiendo. Saludos, que tengan buenos humos 😮‍💨

Que gran genética, y muy típica entre fumadores de hierba, un crecimiento más indico pero floración lenta bastante lenta, en teoría se supone que es Sativa, 17% thc en la tas con un tamaño medio pequeño pero flores mi compactas y dulces, un cultivo ni fácil ni difícil, sin más, bastante neutral para los cambios climáticos algo sensible con el aspecto alimentación. So I left for a week and had a trusted friend take over watering duties. A few things of note: I was concerned over overheating the grow so I turned the power down to 75% and ran the light up another 6 inches. This had the unfortunate effect of less airflow and cooler temps so I got powdery mildew that I would be fighting for the remainder of the grow. That aside, the plants looked way more mature when I returned home, with nice trichome development and density.

Morning of day 14- tops look dry but it’s just the very surface. They took a little longer than I wanted to dry out. The weather has been cold windy and rainy, not much sun lately, and we are still about a month away from our potential last frost date. Farmer’s Almanac says last frost date is May 30th or something crazy, even though the days are normally rather warm by now. I haven’t fed as of Day 14 because they are not dry enough, there is plenty of amendments in the pot, especially towards the bottom, except I will still spoon feed a little bit. I just rehydrated the tops as they were really dry at least 1-2 inches of the tops were dry, but the bottoms are still plenty wet, so with clean water in a spray bottle, I just lightly rehydrated the top a lil, so I might be feeding tomorrow for day 15, but I don’t know yet. Keeping the tent around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and only about 25-30% RH. This helps me compensate for the lack of heat provided by the LEDs and help the plants adapt to a higher water demand. I haven’t seen the low humidity effect the seedlings, intact all the plants that grow outside in the hot bone dry climate LOVE IT! They were praising all last year. So to help keep me away from damping issues and to better prepare the little ones for the outdoors, I’m trying to match a hot and dry environment in the tent. With VPD levels way up in the red, I have yet to experience a negative impact. I have damped off enough plants in my life, it’s a lot harder for me in 60-70%RH to water the plants and get them to dry out fast enough in the tent with cold LEDs.

I did start the General Hydroponics 3 part Flora series as well as the Calimagic. On week one I started 1/4tsp per gal ratio every other feed, so far no burn so will probably bump it up this coming week and see how they respond. All in all Happy Growing.

Flowering day 77 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update.
