Fed on Day 39 Up’d the nutes a bit. Added some Superthrive. Also added (2)3 gallon strains I have from another grow and additional lighting 250w in the tent. Day 44: Watered with PH’d 6.1 water and a couple pinches of epsom salt. Both of their ppm’s were a bit high on the R/O around 1700. I assume this is from the feeding earlier in the week. (I need to start taking better notes) I brought it down considerably to around 900 ppm with a couple gallons of mild flushes. **Personal note** I read alot and I mean ALOT of forums and questions from here as I grow. I’m using a combination of techniques I feel are beneficial and learning do’s and do nots as I go. That being said Please feel free to comment, advice is ALWAYS welcomed! Grow on.

This plant is shaping up well with large node spacing and good uniformity. Moved from seedling lights to Quantum Boards with no problems. Not much watering needed at this stage.

the seedling seems rather weak at this point, and i had a little oopsie where the fan fell on it. thankfully it was alright afterwards. i watered the plant once per every two or three days.

She is a little burned so I had to dim down the light intensity. I am almost defoliating everyday but still some bud sides are shadowed. Just following the Greenhouse Feeding Schedule and giving BioEnhancer every 2 weeks.

Day 56 alle 3 Pflanzen haben die letzte regnerische Woche sehr gut überstanden. Apple Fritter ist 72cm hoch und bildet schöne Buds. Runtz F1 ist 60cm hoch und hinkt ein wenig hinterher. GG#4 ist immer noch in der Wachstumsphase und scheint ein Monster zu werden. Der Stamm ist sehr dick im Vergleich zu den anderen zwei. Zusätzlich gieße ich die Babys seit 2 Tagen mit Canna Terra Flores. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Wachstumsphase und Übergang in die Blütephase. Ohne Lampe zu dieser Jahreszeit ein gutes Ergebnis wie ich finde.

6/28 I had to water deeply despite watering thoroughly yesterday. This heat wave is supposed to pass today. We have had temps in the 90's. Ihate it but the girls seem to love it. RH is super high and controlling pm is a pain in the balls. When my connection is better I'll add my vid and photos. Still need a follow up preventative spray. BT is really awesome but super narrow and I've found random stink bugs, earwigs, crickets and grasshoppers as well as easily identifiable leaf damage. I'm thinking Spinosid. Save my PM stuff for PM. Tried checking my PH with a soil meter. The bags are basically just roots. The only two plants it read came to 6.5 which is strange because I usually run around 7.3. I'll certainly take it. If it's correct that is. RH 64 TEMP 84 6/29 Didn't water this morning due to a torrential downpour last night. Nothing broken after first glance. The thunder and wind woke me last night. This storm was horrific yet my plants still seem unaffected. Need to rearrange the cage. It will be a pain to have to move that ice cream cake. Maybe I could find a way to modify the cage outwards. I also need to move the plant in the tote in the back. Luckily I got back and watered before plants dried out. Noticed a FEW dead or yellow leaves on the middle interior of some plants. I upped dosage of growbig last feed and fed a little earlier. I'll go back to my normal feeding schedule and see what happens. Thing is the plants are getting huge so I would think increased nutes would help. Couldn't he lockout. Too much water. Maybe nutes in the soil are leaving? I'll figure it out. I temporarily pulled the stalk on the ice cream cake back and tied it to the posts to get it off the fence. 6/30. 90s again today. I deeply watered and noticed a couple more yellow leaves (bottom middlish). Only thing that was changed was feeding. I may go back to original schedule. Funeral today so I'll have to check things out later. UPDATE: Went back maybe sux hours after watering to find the grow bags dry. I reached my hand in the side and it's pretty much all roots. These high temperatures and wind are drying my plants out. No droop but the soil WAS dry. I watered again and plan to check again tonight. When temps go down I'll probably do a preventative Spinosid spray. 7/1 Watered and fed two gallons. Grow big at 1 1/2 tbsp. Still some yellow leaves on the interior. I'm talking like maybe five. Accidentally destroyed lace wing eggs. I knew it was something to keep an eye out for but I mistakenly thought it was BAD. Oh well it was just two eggs. I'm sure there are more. Tried measuring PH with soil meter but the only two plants that registered were 6.5 and 6.6. I believe the PH to be a bit higher. The bags are so full of roots it's hard to get a measurement. I know my soil and water WAS on point before my gauge broke. However I leave the 7.3 as that was about what the big ones tested at last time measured. 7/2 These are some resilient strains. Currently 54 degrees at 9am. It had been 80 or 90 in the last few days. Perfect rain today. A light shower all day. Obviously didn't water. Found a few yellow leaves but the plants look so good. The also seem to be stretching but it's far to early for the preflower stretch. I'll keep an eye out. Things are looking pretty good. Still need to move that plant in the back. 7/3 Watered today. Looks like it might rain but top soil was a little dry. Also noticed this site measures teaspoons not tablespoons which is how I measure. I'll need to adjust that. There's tell tale damage from a variety of pests (leaf hoppers, pillars, grasshoppers ECT.) So I think I'm going to do a spray within the next couple days. Im leaning towards Spinosid but Dr. Zymes supposably helps the PM as well. I'll do more research and update. 7/4 54 degrees and raining. Haven't checked the girls out yet today.

Day 100 | 03/04/2022:💧 I am back from my holiday today but I will only be able to harvest them at the end of the week, so I watered them today. but with a reduced 1L each because I still want them to be more on the dry side when I am taking them off Day 105 | 08/04/2022: Today was harvest day and the girls look sooooo dry and yellow omg.. 😅 Maybe that 1L was not enough, but still it's better that they are on the dry side. They just all went so yellow in the last few weeks, obviously they werent getting any nutrients but also I harvested them a bit late

Week 12 Day 78 (10/2) I'm really hoping that I will start to see some amber trichomes soon. Most diaries I have seen harvest after week 12, but some have gone even longer. I mean, I'm not in a rush but damn, I would love to get her finished and chopped soon. She'll probably need watered tonight, so I'll check trichomes again while I'm at it. Day 79 (10/3) I get the feeling that we are in the home stretch. I scoped the trichomes last night and I'm starting to see some sporadic amber. I watered her last night with some Mammoth P, but depending on how the ambers progress, she may not get fed again. Idk, we'll see. I'm really tempted to do some defoliating as there are MANY lower buds that are still sporting white pistils. I'm thinking that maybe they just aren't getting the light they need and are trailing behind in maturing? I've been moving branches around and tucking leaves like crazy, but I feel like I'm just going in circles with it because she is so bushy. A few days ago I moved the light down quite a bit, and when I got home last night a lot of the upper leaves had gotten pretty yellow. I figured it was light bleaching so I moved the light up some to about 13" above the tallest cola point. Day 80 (10/4) I finally bit the bullet and defoliated a little bit last night. I focused on just what was blocking the lower buds, especially deep in the middle. I was able to pull some of the outer branches out and maneuver some of the smaller ones that were buried out as well. There is a shocking amount of bud sites hidden all over. I have some trimmers, mini hygrometers, and Boveda packs on the way! Day 81 (10/5) Ugh, I'm really on the fence about how to continue, whether or not to give another feeding or stick with just water. I'm seeing very few amber trichomes, but her leaves are fading fast. She'll be needing water in the next day or two, and would be getting fed. Idk.... Day 82 (10/6) Just waiting.... Day 83 (10/7) Watered her last night. I put 2 Tablespoons of molasses in, some Mammoth P, and some Drip Clean to help get any residual salt out. She is quickly fading and her leaves are yellowing/browning. I scoped her trichomes last night and I think she'll be ready to partially harvest by this weekend! Day 84 (10/8) I'm thinking tomorrow....maybe

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Okay day 51 a flower day 105 total.. since last week I have stopped giving her nutrients and just filtered pH water with no runoff so she can eat off of whatever is in the soil for a week or so and then I'm going to start flushing.. the buns are swelling getting heavy as you can see I have her tied to the tent and she is super close to the light I'm worried about light bleaching was so far she's been handling it fairly well.. I gave her a good flush yesterday I'm going to wait until the medium is fully dry which will be tomorrow morning then it's chop day!.. the terps on this are amazing she has been a pleasure from start to finish probably my favorite plant so far that I've grown and that's no lie.. Seedsman huge shout out to you much appreciated for your contribution for this grow to be possible.. if you guys are looking for a good medicinal strain this is one of the higher percentage of 1 to 1 I have come across... In der zweiten Blühwoche hat das Höhenwachstum merklich abgenommen, dafür zeigt sich die Blüte immer stärker. Ich habe mir die Beschreibung der "discontinued" Serious seven durchgelesen und mit Erstaunen gelesen, dass die Sorte nicht vor Mitte April angebaut werden soll, weil dann die Gefahr des reveggens später im Freiland besteht. Serios Seven ist ein Teil der genetischen Herkunft der Seven Freeze. Mein Aussaatdatum lag drei Tage vor dem 15. April. Ein späteres Reveggen ist also nicht ausgeschlossen, ich hoffe allerdings nicht, da es passiert, da ich die Seven Freeze erst im Mai rausgestellt hatte. Ich wünsche euch eine schöne Grow-Woche.
