A lot of growth this week waiting for the next new growth before I FIM the ladies, they are taking off!

Hey everyone! 👋 It's week 9 and the girls have really impressed me! 😵 The plant that's on the back of the tent (or the one closer to the timelapse video) was the most troubled one of the two (long leave stems, tons of branches, their leaves weren't very strong) but this week something happened and she stretched a lot, it was shocking! Perhaps she was stunned or something was affecting her? No idea but she even responded really well to the defoliation I did! (and to be clear, I did a lot of defoliation 😝). Her sister on the other hand was just developing well and it's clear she's a little more ahead. One important thing that I realized this week (and I completely forgot) is that these plants are autos and their flowering phase is shorter compared to the ones from a normal feminized plant. So regardless of which plant might be ahead of the other I decided to start feeding both of them (not full dose!) with my NP nutrients. Hopefully both will receive them well! And that's all for now. May 27th-29th Trellis net is getting full and plants looked good, could’ve flipped to 12/12 but my smart self completely forgot about that flowering stretch so I vegged them till I saw a “good height” lmao I know but it’s my first grow leave me alone lol

Shes chugging along like a steam engine! I'm so excited to have this in my arsenal. I'm also very content with the way she handled the LST. I'm sure she would be very tall without the training all of that energy would have went to the main cola. Shes budding quickly at this stage shes very happy with less soil than more as it dries quickly I hope others learn this as well. I've found using less soil is producing my largest autos with fox farm ocean forest. It's not how deep the roots go but rather how wide. Hello growmies! Welcome to week four of An Epsilon Adventure! The girls are already transitioning into flower, I will get some photos of that later in the week. Daily Updates: ### Week 4 Day 1 11:00 16/7 Removed some lower growth. ### Week 4 Day 2 23:00 17/7 Tallest plants were showing signs of heat stress so I have raised the light about 30cm more. Unfortunately this now means the lower plants aren't getting as much light as they could, so I have put the cycle back to 20h (I may even increase it). ### Week 4 Day 3 14:00 18/7 Photographed. ### Week 4 Day 3 19:00 18/7 Fertigated 2l. Okay these girls are now starting to concern me a little on the basis that they are supposed to grow to "50-70cm". At just over 3 weeks old the shortest of these girls is 53cm, the tallest (plant 3) is now 76cm tall. The worrying thing is they do not at all look like they are slowing down and as they are just pre-flowering now, the flowering stretch hasn't even started. So I need some genuine advice here now: Do I keep the faith and hope that they don't exceed the space I have? Do I top or super crop them now? These ladies are beastly, at the end of the week I am going to take some individual videos and more photos to really try and capture how magnificently well these girls are doing. I think I may be in the process of growing the biggest Epsilon F1's so far? Exciting to find out! ### Week 4 Day 4 21:00 19/7 James has assured me they wont go much more than 85 so I am not going to mess with them. They are due a defoliation at the end of this week though. Measured each plant as follows: Plant 1: 81cm Plant 2: 75cm Plant 3: 80cm Plant 4: 67cm Plant 5: 59cm Plant 6: 58cm Might photograph later or leave until tomorrow. ### Week 4 Day 5 10:00 20/7 Photographed and measured. Plant 1: 85cm Plant 2: 79cm Plant 3: 81cm Plant 4: 71cm Plant 5: 63cm Plant 6: 63cm So they've all grown about 4cm in about 13 hours, except plant 3 - which seems to have slowed down a lot. The top of plant 3 is also the most advanced looking in terms of pistils. I forgot to take close ups of the preflowers I will do that tomorrow. I have had to raise the light again today and it is now much further away than the younger plants than I would like. So I am thinking about adding a 300w LED into my 4x4. I have another 3 inches I can raise the light on the hangers, after that I can removed the adjustable handers and tie it to the top of the tent... that'll gain me another 4 or 5 inches. If I need to go higher my only option would be to set them up without the tent which is not an option right now. Hopefully they all just stop getting taller now and focus on flowering... but my gut tells me there's more growth to come. Watch this space! ### Week 4 Day 6 15:00 21/7 Measured. This strain averages 50-70cm in height. We have six plants here and every one of them is taller than the average... but would you just look at plant 1? She is a giant! 102cm!! Where will she stop? Next week will see the full transition to flower and we will start to see the bud sites developing. I have no idea at this point what the heights will look like at the end of next week. @FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2017-10-01. New week and the girls have stopt growing in hight. Girl Nr 1 is 61 cm and Nr 2 is 39 cm. They are frosting and budding up. New pics and video added. Week three, in the ground hardening in the elements. Growing in severe drought conditions is a challenge, but having a dog who wants to eat the tops off my plants is another challenge. He's only done it this once and while I am working in the garden, other than that he leaves them alone. So one plant is super cropped, thanks to my dog. The other two are left alone so far. I will be doing some LST on two of them. The purple colors are already beginning to show in the stems and leaves, the plants are building a solid stem base. I think most of that is from the genetics and hardening in the windy conditions I have here. I'm watering twice a week just to keep the soil from drying out. I'm excited to see these girls develop and produce some awesome colors. I love purple weed.

Strawberry Trop Cherry - STRNG Seeds W9 01/04-10 These strawberry collection gals are growing steady during this early stretch. I gave water only last week to contain the stretch. I also turned the lights down to 80%. Other than Cadillac1 all the plants look the same so I tied ribbons to the pots as identifiers for pictures. Kitties lost interest in my leaves, now is play with the pipe cleaners. I’ll have to tighten them up as I found one on the grow room floor. Strawberry Cadillac -Purple Straw-Trop Cherry-Red Straw-Lectric Lemonade-Yellow. 01/05 Supercrop Last week I indicated I might supercrop Cadillac1 since she is so tall. Well, you will see pics during the process of bending the stem and taping the position. I pinched the stem in my fingertips and rolled it a bit, then bent the stem, (notice the outer casing is not broken) applied tape to the joint to keep the branch from completely bending over. Each side had at least 3 nodes. 1/06 the side nodes on the branches have turned up and made more tops. Hi everyone Today day 23 and yesterday I snap branches and thigh is with tape but today I seen branches bend down but it hill I'm going to start use bloom on her I feed her this week with 1ml silica .5 calmag 4ml grow 2ml heaven 2ml activera .5 bloom .5 topmax Next week will go down grow and go up with bloom hope she grow big and bushy but will see Day 24 I flush each with 3L water due run off ppm was 1300 if you not check run off ppm autoflower will be late flowering and we don't want that I make this mistake on last grow orange sherbat yeah I didn't flush her and she preflowering for 4 weeks lol So after that I decided to give plain water once a week it safe some money too but I'm always greedy to give more nutrients

This is more Indica dominate, small bushy plant with lots of lower growth I did not lollypop this as well as I should have. The buds are surprisingly dense and a light mint green in color. I will try this again as I feel the strain has a high potential for rosin production. solid THC levels for an auto.

Purple Ghost Candy has been on my ‘to grow’ list for a few years. I had a purple Candyland phenotype a few years ago that was outstanding so that crossed with OG is an exciting possibility. In water on a heating mat at 24C in the dark under foil.

I started to notice that my leaves started to turn yellow. Maybe my led was to bright. So I turned it down a bit.
