Week 15 Day 99 (20/11/2020): Unfortunately did not have time today to take pictures or check them because have been quite busy. Day 100 (21/11/2020): Woow day 100 today, which seems a bit crazy but I think the girls just need another month and they will be ready for harvest. It has been a great grow so far and although 100 days seems like a lot, the girls have definitely come really far. Day 101 (22/11/2020)💧: Measured the pH of the girl today before watering and it was at 5.78 which means it needs to be increased slightly. I wonder why it keeps dropping because apparently the BioBizz soil is supposed to maintain the pH pretty well but I guess she is quite big and must be taking in more nutrients. I also keep noticing that there still seems to be quite a prevalent Calcuim deficiency even with the CalMag and since the pH is not that low I will also be increasing the CalMag for this week to see if the spots on the leaves improve. So I watered with the usual 1.5ml of BioGrow, 4.5ml of BioBloom, 1.5ml of TopMax, and now 4ml of CalMag. And on top of that I gave 0.75ml of pH+ to increase the pH by 0.5 points. The buds are definitely fattening up more and the trichomes are looking much more dense as well. I also can’t get over the smell, it is so sweet and citrusy! Day 102 (23/11/2020): Not that many updates today actually, just happily growing 🌱 Day 103 (24/11/2020): Every time I come to check the girls I just cannot get enough of Sweet Zkittlez’s smell. It definitely lives up to the “Sweet” in the name. It is so incredible and super sticky as well! I absolutely cannot wait to see how this one tastes, I really think it will be super unique. Day 104 (25/11/2020)💧: Today I watered the girl with 1.5ml of BioGrow, 4.5ml of BioBloom, 1.5 of Topmax, and 4ml of CalMag. I really don’t think I can do much about the yellowing leaves at this point. I think it is just getting closer and closer to harvest and is withdrawing all the nitrogen from the leaves. I won’t correct for it now and just let it do its thing, I think I am feeding it enough nutrients 😅 Day 105 (26/11/2020): Managed to take some lovely pictures and a video of a close up of those beautiful snowy trichomes. This girl will definitely be a hard hitter – all the trichomes are so densely packed. Amazing progress from last week and the flowers are definitely fattening up.

Midnight is a seriously beautiful cultivar and unlike many other purple strains I’ve seen, grown and smoked, this one’s terps are actually rather impressive. Her aroma is a pungent mix of berries, citrus and gas. I love it. She certainly isn’t the fastest auto. We’re at day 77 since sprout and it’s clear she still needs another 2-2.5 weeks. I expect her to be ready for harvest somewhere in the 90-95 day range.

week 3 of the flowering stage of MD XXL 🙌 1 of the 3 is realy not doing good and is yellowing alot, i dont know why this is, i think its heat stress combined with nutrient deficiency but im not 100% sure. I think shes doing better since i went from 3ml/l alga bloom to 4ml/l and adding 1ml/l green sensation to it. Other 2 MD XXLs are doing just fine, 😉 its still very hot where i live, around 30 degrees celcius every day, global warming all the way... i wonder what my harvest amount will be! For the people in the Grow Questions, i dont check PH/TDS simply because my budget couldnt sustain the equipment, ill get it next grow. Also the alga grow/bloom line from plagron states that you dont need to check PH levels because the algae in the nutrients will regulate it apparently, I also choose NOT to defoliate since i read alot of different stuff about it. I think i just let nature do its way and only remove those bad fans blocking my beautiful buds 👹

we're near the end..🐒 I just start flushing her, Im a bit late, the smell it's amazing, so good, when i open the tent I just wanna eat the whole raw plant... the flowers are looking very good n the main cola is big, fat n thick whit satellite buds around it. I just start see some amber trycomes, my goal would be 15/20% amber, the microscope is difficult to use directly on the plant without a stable surface so Im taking down some sugar leaves to check. I think im gonna cut her within the next seventh. :)

The mystery cookie males have been topped,and I will reveg them, mom is all alone, and able to stretch out a bit with more light. Started training the plant. Trying to spread out the branches so they all are level and evenly getting light. Going to need to do some defoliation in the next week. Really happy with how this is turning out. Growing well and looking very healthy. Green in the leaves has darkened well too after giving the tea to fix the N deficiency.

One out of two germinated seeds have now sprouted. Started the seedling nutrient diet. As you can see, I've moved the rockwool cube to the hydro setup. The tap root was showing so it was time. My nutrient schedule is in the pictures. For reference, I'm using a total volume of 24 L between the two buckets. For now we're enjoying the summer harvest. Well, we are harvesting. A lot. I'm questioning my sanity growing yet more, lol. I do it for the fun and glory. Also, yay pot!

I put the plants under the Electric Sky 180 V2 I kept only 4 plants because one was growing really slow compare to the others and another turned out to be a automatic plant so i took it away as well. I am keeping 2 phenos of the Nanaz x BBC and 2 ot the Humboldt Headband.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Absolutely blown away by the new 2025 setup, prev ran 3 tents 😂, switched to AC Ifinity 2,4 x 1,2 single tent, 3 x 150 or 6“ fans. Fans all port outside, 2 exhaust with yet uncoupled carbon filters, 1 inlet with pollen filter. 6-7 air push fans (not all yet on 😂). SpiderFarmer 16L humidifier, inkbird RH control, inkbird heat control, heater, trotek dehumidifier (12L) with drain line and reservoir. Blumat system with RO fed 20L water butt, each pot with 3 long ceramic blumats. Data logger from SensorPush including WiFi hub and 4 sensors. One in cellar room (lung room), one above each plant canopy. Setup logger n sensors and track VPD. System running itself

She is getting big and her buds seems to get red, as i hoped. She produces many leaves and its hard to keep up defoliating especially in the lower parts. Her smell is really sweet and pleasant and i´m happy with my choice. 💪😋
