Today i flip the light. 12/12 for the bloom. The bright appearance of the leaves and the slightly reddened stems indicate a nutrient deficit. In this case I would say nitrogen. But I have exaggerated a bit with my fertilizer use. Accordingly, I flushed the plants today. The measured pH was 4.8. I think I slightly salted the floor. Let's see if they recover. Day 73: On the detail photo you can see very well how the stem turns slightly reddish and the stems on the leaves as well. Day 74: The plants look better than a few days ago. They are now growing visibly from day to day. Timely flushing saved a lot, I hope. Day 77: Last day of the first week of flower. It was a strange week. But they still grow.

Hi GD Buddies. Another week down on this new strain for me to enjoy and wow am I enjoying watching theses gorgeous flowers flourish. They are creating very hairy and dense looking bud structures that have begun forming up into longer stem filling flowers that are also really kicking out a nice heavy scent of quailty Terps and aromas too. The glow space absolutely pongs of weed and my filters are throwing their hands up in the air in submission !!!. What a beautiful profile it is leaving behind too. One of the plants is beginning to show more colouring on the pistols now so I expect thosnwill begin a new flush of pure white ones to swrll the duds even more . The contrasts are so aesthetic looking over the buds and I can see why this strain was put forward by the guys at Exotic to try. A beautiful choice guys and i look forward to seeing this strain complete its processes and am excited to sample the finished result.

The harvest of my dear Stella was supposed to happen on August 4th, but didn’t begin actually until August 9th. I decided to allow her to dry out a bit before beginning the harvest, but I had some other difficulties which made her dry out a whole lot before I ever even got started. You can tell how dry by looking at the pics and video. Luckily, the dryness was limited to her larger leaves. She was already quite dry on the 9th when I started, and was more so by the 12th when I finished. Even after the advanced drying, her wet trimmed weight was still quite a bit. I’ll list the weights all together in a bit. It took 4 days to get the whole plant trimmed, weighed, and hung up for final drying. She was hung up from August 12th till Friday, August 19th. I got busy harvesting another plant while she was hanging up, and just let her be. On August 19th I took all of her branches down and removed the buds to get the true harvest weight of her buds alone. Let’s get to the weight of the whole thing. The overall wet-trimmed weight of the plant was 18.329 ounces with the buds and branches combined. I was a forgetful idiot and forgot to get the weight of the dry buds on the branches before removing the buds. So all we’re left with is the actual harvest weight of the dry buds alone. The overall dry bud weight, or actual “true” harvest weight of the smokable bud is: 7.317 ounces. That’s a wonderful amount of freshly harvested bud to cure. All of the buds were put into 8 quart sized jars filled roughly 3/4 full, and 1 pint sized jar, also 3/4 full. Each jar has a hygrometer as well as 58% bóveda packs to help aid the curing process. This is the 2nd DarkStar plant I’ve harvested, and both were very large plants. I used a scrog method the first time with a net that spread the whole plant out taking up the entire 4x4 area of the tent. This time I wanted to let her grow more naturally. She got so large that I had to bend almost all of her taller branches over using HST methods. I had to bend 3-5 branches over more than once. By doing that, once her buds began to fatten up she got too heavy and needed to be supported just to stand upright. Toward the end she had to literally be tied up to the side of the tent. Stella (DarkStar) was a wonder to grow, and she gave me a good amount of clones that will soon be harvested themselves. It has been a journey with Stella, and I’m happy that the journey is now complete. Happy growing everyone!

best cannabis I ever grew and smoked. Others agree. This is a cup winner I would win with no competition. 3 months harvested, 90% consumed. Will run more genetics and future cross, backcross. Feels like energy drinks, positive, 100% youre high and lit, extreme ripped. Smell is slight citrus, this is very sweet tasting and smelling because of my methods of growing. Oozing sticky like an industrial adhesive. Daytime smoke, ripped no couchlock. For heavy daily smoker this is above your level of comprehension, good luck finishing 0.5g session. 10/10 all categories. 4 months after harvest video macro, this is what 40% looks like

26. Oktober Runtz keimt minimalistisch. Ähnlich wie bei beiden Cookies. Runtz ist jetzt im 11l Topf Beten wir dass es klappt Tropimango alles gut Cookies gelato alles gut. 28. Oktober Cookies gelato wächst nun deutlich schneller. Tropimango wird ebenfalls schneller. Wachstumphase hat begonnen. Habe das erste mal den Wurzel Dünger und den blattdünger angewandt. Runtz noch nicht sichtbar 29. Oktober Die runtz ist klein sichtbar Cookies gelato macht was es soll Tropimango auch 1. November Cookies Gelato ist nun 17 Tage alt und sieht tip top aus. Das sehr misslungene Umtopfen hat sie gut verkraftet. Tropimango ist nun 14 Tage alt. Sie ist deutlich kleiner und die Blätter haben eine interessante Färbung. Sie wächst deutlich langsamer (Genetik ist auch deutlich kleiner) aber wirkt sehr lebendig. Runtz ist nun 3 Tage alt und sieht gut aus.

Really packing on the size now, start of week 10 today, smells are amazing like literally amazing, strawberry banana stinks of foam banana sweets, pink lemonade smells just like a glass of lemonade, blackberry's again just like blackberries, gorilla cookies lovely strong gassy but sweet smell and stardawgs look like they've been snowed on they are that frosty,.. cannot wait for these to be done honestly, I've done quite a few grows now indoor and out and the smell of these have amazed me, hats of to fastbuds as usual, roll on next week 👌

Ok so this week, I'm a little concerned at the height and structure. We all know the typical Christmas 🎄 tree shape. Well, I have an inverted, or upside down Christmas tree shape. I'm going to need to stake the base, as its very top heavy, and I'm concerned that it will topple and snap the stalk. Also, I cannot LST the plant as necessary due to the top heavy nature, as well as the extremely thick main stem which will easily snap if I were to train her. The plant is also suffering from light stress. The leaves are folding up, and down. The leaves haven't darkened up either but this may just be the strain. I have lowered the intensity of the lighting a few times, but due to being un-trainable, the plant will keep growing into the light. I'm having a headache trying to figure out what to do with her, so if you have any ideas please let me know in the comments! Anyway here's what I did this week. 14.7.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients; 💜 2ml Ecothrive Trace 💜 1/4 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.4 PPM: 365 15.7.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.6 with; 💜 1/2 TSP Mega Crop Part B 💜 1/4 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.6 PPM: 746 18.7.25: I top dressed with the following organic dry amendments; As a base for the dry amendments I used: 🧡 Worm Castings - 2 Cups 🧡 Coco - 2 Cups 🧡 Perlite - 1 Cup Dry Amendments: 💚 Ecothrive Life Cycle 1TBS 💚 Ecothrive Bloom 1 TBS 💚 Ecothrive Charge 1TBS 💚 Diatomaceous Earth 1TBS I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with 2ml Ecothrive Trace. Die Candyland ist wahrliche eine wüchsige Sativa mit mittlerweile 52 cm Höhe, obwohl sie bereits einmalig getopped wurde. Ihre Internodienabstände sind allerdings auch sehr groß. Da wird mehrmaliges Topping und vielleicht auch HST angesagt sein. Freue mich darauf sie nächste Woche nach den Eisheiligen in den endgültigen Topf verpflanzen zu können.

August 23rd. 70 days post flip. Clones: All 3 clones are growing very well. No crazy developments this week. Buds continue to fatten. Smells are finally starting to form and starting to notice different smells from the 3 phenos. Starting next week I will begin giving more detailed descriptions of the 3 different phenos too help me decide which one to pick when this is all said and done. I did this when they were in veg and have stopped until flower development finally begun. We are finally at this phase of actual development and want to document these next two months. I was also really lucky this week and picked up a ton of back to roots organic nutrients at Walmart. Got them on clearance for 5$ a bag, 50% off. I really cleaned up and helped out the earth boxes this week as well. I removed the plastic covers, added in new Elite Living soil to finally cover the rockwool cubes. Topped it off with some Azomite, craft blend, worm castings, bone meal, and kelp meal with potash. And than covered with a little more elite living soil. I think this will really help these guys especially now that flowers are starting to fatten. I also went from 11.5 on and 12.5 off too 11.25 on and 12.75 off. This will further motivate the buds to start to fatten. In another two weeks I will go another 15 minutes. Added in a larger fan too ensure we keep good airflow. Considering adding in another one to help cool the top canopy Parent: Finally decided to enhance these guys a little bit for the first time in 25 weeks. Topped them with some craft blend and some fresh Elite living soil I got for my other tent. Also topped them heavily and cleaned up their foliage significantly. Lovin her so far. Fingers crossed but i havent had a problem with her yet. Did my math wrong on the nutes so i fixed that this week. Spread out leaves so shes easy to defoliate and she doesnt really need it much cause all the parts still get light. She just started showing pistils which im super happy happy about The stems smell super dank but still a pretty weak smell so far. 3 days later and shes even taller and the pistils are starting to look like buds. She dried up already so i gave them an extra litre of water this time so i adjusted the nutes a bit. I plucked a lot of the big leaves again. IDK if that was a good idea or not but it felt right because so many of the lower branches werent getting that much light. I didnt go too crazy and left some leaves. She bounced back fine last time so im not worried. Cant wait to see some buds!!

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. They’re growing well, I’m fixing to feed today, (Epsom salts for Cal-Mag), Molasses and I Ph down with Ascorbic Acid and PH up with Baking Soda. I also used filtered water from fridge and let set out so the chlorine can evaporate before I use. And I water every 2-3 days. (Ps: I also started flower late so you might be further along than me.)
