Questa settimana sta andando bene i fiori stanno diventando più grandi, sono tutti pieni di resina ma sono comunque ancora piccolini, speriamo che ingrossino ancora 🤞🏻 Aggiornamento 17 Novembre: Oggi ho aggiunto una nuova luce di supporto appositamente per illuminare i fiori che sono più indietro rispetto agli altri. La lascerò accesa h24 per vedere se può cambiare qualcosa, nel frattempo alcuni fiori sembra che stiano iniziando ad ingrossare e ad unirsi.

Tercera semana de floración! 🌺 Definitivamente se han dejado de tejer ramas en la red, las flores han detenido su estiramiento 📈 para centrarse en engordar. Se han apartado los ventiladores directos a las plantas y se han dejado moviendo aire por debajo de la red y por encima de las flores. El armario empieza a cojer un ligero aroma🍭. También se ha realizado la defoliación final y agresiva ✂️ a final de la tercera semana. Cada vez queda menos! 🐗🌰

4/16/19 Start of a new week with a dry day. 4/17/19 Watered today, also added an extra cal mag feeding noticed on one of the bigger fan leaves some slight calcium def. honestly may not be new but we’re taking precautions anyway. 4/20/19 noticed cal mag deficiency upped the cal mag. She’s hungry!! Bud production is in full swing, the purple is really starting to shine now. If only I could get a good picture of it.

What to say ? Outstanding genetics and gargantuan nuggs on this lemon AK stinks like citrus/lime more and more day by day. Believe me this one is different i can’t wait to pop another one of these. Takes a bit time to rippen because of it’s heavy sativa lineage but the buds clearly lean on the indica side becausw of the monster density and tightness S/O my boys and gals from fastbuds

Flowering day 11 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The first days of this week it looked really terrible for me because it was much too cold because of the unusual temperature. The heating mat has now also arrived for the big tent and lo and behold the plants have been developing really well since that day ☺️👍. The temperature doesn't keep quite as well as in the small box, but at least I don't get below 18 degrees in the pots at night anymore, even though it's only 16 at the top 😅👍. Since I switched to flowering, it was time to rinse off a bit with Clean Fruits :-) . Did them a lot of good. You have already received the first watering with Grow Liquid and the next in a mix with Bloom Liquid 😀👍. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked. Plants are getting too big for enough light coverage, so had to buy a second grow light. As noted before, the plant was getting out of hand and growing at many different heights making it difficult to set the optimum light distance. So, I went a little crazy and did some serious pruning (yes, during flowing, I know). Also trimmed off a number of fan leaves that were either beginning to yellow or were otherwise blocking valuable light from the many of the smaller buds. Fortunately my plants are very resilient and are finally at mostly equal heights now. Hindsight 20/20: I now have a better idea of how to route my plants using the ScrOG method. I found a well written blog that answered all the questions I had that other article didn't. Bottom line: Instead of allowing the main branches to grow through the netting and re-route the offshoots, I've found it's better to keep the main branches under the netting and allow the off-shoots to grow through instead. Think of it as the plant growing sideways.

Despite so hot outside flowers are doing okey , I over watered for 2/3 days so I took out the flowers out the tent for 6/8 hours to allow better ventilation .

Hello Growmies, Week 3 for our Watermelon Candy by Zamnesia is unfolding with promise as we observe their transition through pre-flower. Opting for low-stress training over topping, we're guiding their growth gently to maximize their potential. The plants have gracefully reached our SCROG, and with two already skillfully trained, they are demonstrating adaptability and robustness. Through the canopy, we see an even spread of foliage, indicating that our LST approach is on point. The structure of the plants is sturdy, showing that the careful maneuvering through the SCROG mesh has been well received. The greenery is lush, leaves are perked up, reaching for the light—signs that our Watermelon Candy plants are in their element and thriving. Our environmental management has mirrored the successful strategies implemented with our Epic Buzz and Red Banana Pudding strains. Daytime conditions are meticulously controlled, with the Tent-X system maintaining VPD within the ideal range for healthy plant activity. However, as we've noted with our other strains, our nighttime VPD control presents a challenge. The data indicate a discrepancy in maintaining optimal humidity levels when the lights are off, suggesting that our current setup is not fully regulating the environment during these crucial hours. The intention to integrate the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is a move towards rectifying this issue, with the aim to achieve a seamless 24-hour environmental control. The transition to this enhanced system will ensure that our Watermelon Candy plants receive the same level of consistent care throughout their entire growth cycle. Their current robust state and the proactive steps we are taking to fine-tune their environment have set a strong foundation for the weeks to come. Even though it says 80 Gallon pot, it’s really 400, it just glitches out when I enter 400 and converts to say only 80. I know she looks bad! I know. She has only been managing a nutrient lockout with horribly low pH for far too long! The Hydrated Lime has indeed fixed the pH! Resulting in my next inbound set of problems. The original soil from the second 2.3L pot she was in was too strong! She needs to get her roots out into the larger pot, but that only gives her so much more space. Plus in that larger black plastic pot, the hot dry sun at 7,000 ft in elevation, really heats up those pots! When it’s 98F later, that sounds like torture! Maybe it was enough to balance out the more concentrated stuff towards the inside of the root mass. But I don’t want her roots to stop there! The time is now for her to go into the 400!!! The soil is 6.5 pH through and through. The peas are about to bloom! She has just avoided lockout and is picking up momentum! The 400 gives her a huge diameter for her roots! Something I sincerely hope her genetics will take advantage of. The soil is rich and alive! The temps in 400 will be so much better! Now I must prepare for my Arch Nemesis! The Butterfly!!!!!! Lol But seriously. They find my plants attractive, and decide to serve my plants as food for their offspring!!!! Not okay! Last year their success rate on my plants was a fat 0!! But they did some serious damage! I am prepared this year!! I will watch with vigilance for any butterflies around my plants specifically. I will spray my plants down regularly with diatomaceous earth! Not too much obviously! I know less is more when spraying that stuff! No mother wants to give her children food with razor blades in it! And as always there is always next year! I can’t let a phase of mice and men get the better of me. However!!… that’s what I said LAST YEAR!!!! Lol. This year IS next year! Anyways she looks rough right now on Day 58 but I tell yah what, she has very recently made a dramatic turnaround for the better!! …I hope! Happy Growing! StrongTrees💪🌳

Grow diary 11 stage 5 Days 41-50 During the week she had some training and I removed the damaged leaves. The whole grow has suffered from me not getting the watering schedule sorted. This westcoast hasn't started with the pistils yet but she can't be far off. Hopefully I haven't done to much damage.
