Runtz Punch grew great. The only problem is she was a autoflower labeled as a photoperiod. She still preformed very well. She developed good, dense, frosty, sweet smelling colas. I didn't have any real issues during this grow beside she went to flowering under a 20/4 light schedule. Everything went great and I will be back for the smoke report in a few months once she is processed. Thank you Herbies seeds, Athena, and Spider Farmer. 🤜🏻🤛🏻🌱❄️ Sorry I missed several weeks, I had hand surgery and was unable to move and update stuff as needed. Thank you grow diaries community for the 👇likes👇, follows, comments, and subscriptions on my YouTube channel👇. ❄️🌱🍻 Happy Growing 🌱🌱🌱 https://youtube.com/channel/UCAhN7yRzWLpcaRHhMIQ7X4g.

This grow is more around the 9 and a half week stage I’ve chopped her a few days earlier than I’d liked but she was ready with plenty of amber trichomes to be seen. I never had much hope for this girl she was just a last minute idea, I’ve also used 4 year old soil from previous grows as an experiment ..this has been a cheap run and will still be a flavoursome smoke! This strain is sooo resilient I put her through hell and she still rewarded me! (Not the greatest yield but decent) Bad quality camera just in time for harvest typical but yeah she really took off after some topping and gave me some nice heads! I’m getting a fruity biscuit sort of smell out of her she smells amazing! Will update this post in 10 days dry

It's been awhile since my last update. I was having major problems with another grow and neglected my updates on this one. I've got another week or 2 left most likely. The purple is just starting to come in now. I had some spider mites a few weeks ago, but Dr zymes was able to take care of them for long enough until harvest. Some tall and fat colas are starting. Should get a decent yield considering the awkward 1x3 grow space. I took a monster crop clipping about a week ago that has rooted. My plan is to grow one of these in a 3x3 scrog for my next grow.

So everything is going well now. She is all healthy and stron. Got her in first week of flower. Only gave her plain water this week. I added the Fluoresent to add some 6500k spectrum to my hps. It really helps and looks good. I got rid of the mini scrog. And decided to go allong with the LST because I wont be able to fill a SCROG.

*****Week 9 - September 14 to 20, 2020 - Days 57 to 63 from germination****** They were feeding well this week and took the higher more consistent amount of nutes well this week. Had to make a decision at the end of the week and I took out the small full spectrum light to put in the photo tent. They are in flower now and I held off as long as I can. These girls are closer to the end and I will keep the intensity focussed on LAK3 and GSC and let the other two live in the shadows and ripen😎 Not my first choice but everything is a trade off in life unfortunately☹️ Not an issue outdoor growers deal with👍 Little more detail: Sept 14/20 - Day 57 - Massive @ 3ml, Terpinator @ 2ml, Vitathrive & Liquid Weight & Rezin & Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml - 1,000ppm and 5.8pH - Feed for only LAK1......other girls area going to dry out another night. Sept 15/20 - Day 58 - Overdrive & Rezin @ 2ml, Liquid Weight & Vitathrive @ 1.5ml, Dual Fuel @ 1ml - 650ppm and 5.6pH - 2L given to each girl Sept 17/20 - Day 60 - Overdrive & Rezin @ 1.5ml - 200ppm and 5.3pH - 2L each given to the girls. - Just a bit to help with swelling. Sept 18/20 - Day 61 - Massive @ 3ml, Terpinator @ 2ml, Vitathrive & Liquid Weight & Rezin & Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml - 1165ppm and 5.2pH - LAK1 - 4L, LAK2 - 2.5L, LAK3 - 3L Sept 20/20 - Day 63 - Terpinator @ 3ml, Overdrive @ 2ml, Sensyzime & Vitathrive & Liquid Weight & Rezin & Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml - 1045ppm and 5.3pH Wrapping up week 9 and heading into week 10........the days ahead are going to be the guessing ones......is she done yet???? To be honest I have not even looked close at trichome yet🧐 I fully expect to see day 74 with LAK1.......not sure LAK2 will make it that long???? LAK3 will still be a couple of weeks yet but she is roughly a week younger. Cheers Growmies and have a great week ahead🙏😃😃😃

Cover crop breaking through lots of visible beneficial insects dirt smells good. Primed for the rest of veg/preflower. It with mycorrhizae molasses humic fulvic liquid this water will hit with the remainder of the alaska fish emulsion the next few watering plan on keeping kelp mycorrhizae and molasses. Mostly applying top dress going through flower as well as some potash and the remainder Pk blend I prepared. Ph a little higher than I wish might be a culprit of some over watering gonna allow a long dry retest and go from there those that have overcame the hormonal flowering shit are beginning to take off. Been amending the gravel and dirt surrounding my planting area and water around it too trying to encourage further outward root spread.

Welcome to my sponsored Runtz X Layer Cake from BarneysFarm. Was only in the ground 12hrs and she was up. As you'll see in the germination week she had a 1 - 1.5cm tap root and. I mixed 3g of powder for every 1L of light mix substrate. I filled the pot 3/4 full and wet with 300ml of bioenhancer, sprayed the rest that was going in on top, soil needs to be ready, (don't water after you put the substrate in, the seed can move, drown, the soil that was lightly packed in falls in on itself and you'll have collapse later on as she starts to grow. Don't compact the soil In yourself, the liquid should do it. Fill the rest of the 1/4 of the pot with your damp substrate and make a little mound, (pic above) make sure the tap root is facing down, (now some tap roots might curl up, don't try bending it down into the substrate, what you need to do is place it on an angle, / like that tap root on bottom and the root will take hold and the seed will push itself up, if you try force the tap root down you risk breaking the tap and seed might die. Trying to keep the RH as High as I can without compromising my late flowering plants in my big tent. The seedling tent is inside the big one on a negative seal. I have a damp towl in the small tent why you see a 10% dif in RH when my plants finish up next week I'll up the RH to 70+%. Seedling Day 3. She's doing great. Settling in well in her new digs. Hopefully soon we'll start seeing a lot of fungus, (mycelium), seeing some already so it's great. Just water and Bioenhancer every 2 weeks, so far, so good. Now that we are in optimal growing range for seedlings I'm expecting things to take off in the next 2 weeks. Seedling Day 7, she's moved quickly the last 2 days. Barneys strains are so strong and quick. You can tell they are hybrids. (Hybrids are when you have a mix between indica & sativa) and this girl is 50/50..

Almost the end of her cycle! Thanks to Luuk from Seeds Genetics Co. For the support and good communication. Really nice genetics they have. Give them a try. The results you can see here. Just a few words from me: i love to grow plants, i dont care if its marijuana or garden plants. I know a bit in what stage the plant needs. So im not this guy that is constant working with meters and science and showing this or that. The plants speaks for themselves. The plant needs her building block and i try my best to deliver this to lovely Marie Jane. So people do what you want to do, i do it my way and i only care about the end result. On this Diary there are some haters, im not going to give their names, but luckily they are the minority. For the rest, i really love this growers diaries, it really brings this community together and also its a big playground for the breeders, now we can see the results real life! With my grow, i have 2 phenotype. One with red in the buds, this one smells more punchy. The phenotype with some red leafs and more green buds have a more sweet smell. Both is packed with trychromes, really good for making bubble hash or Rosin... The buds are super big and dense. Mould resistance is very good! The buds are super sticky and she smells very like candy and red fruits. Im not a wine drinking person, so dont hold me on that one. She is easy to grow and will get big fast, so one week of 18/6 light is good enough for 60/80 cm plants🌿💚🍀 i have 3 gallon (11L) baskets Nutrition: im not a person who precisely mesures the food for the plants. As long the pH is correct, also im reading the plants. I always give les then is asked on the bottles. I also give weeks in advance the nutrition they need in the cycle, because plants need this to start. Smell: plant already have a nice smell, very punchy, forest fruits and sweet wood. Health: nice strong plants, will grow big and flower fast! -----------Red Wine-------- Red Wine was created by crossing Rozay F2 with Jet A. They are 2 very powerful aromatic Cali hybrids. This exclusive new Cali strain is a very strong and fast flowering indica-dominant strain. It has an aromatic, intoxicating and relaxing effect. That is comparable to enjoying a good glass of wine. Red Wine has an average flowering time of about 7-8 weeks when grown indoors. Outdoors it is ready fairly early, usually around the end of September. The yield is very good. Indoors she has an average yield of 450-650 gr/m². When growing outdoors, 600-800 grams can easily be achieved per plant. Red Wine has an aromatic scent that can be compared to a full red wine. Her full, purple-green buds are very compact with few leaves. This is very convenient when cutting the plants and saves a lot of time. Smoking this weed gives you a nice high with relaxing properties. The taste of Red Wine is very fruity sweet with an aroma of red grapes. Flowering time: 7 – 8 weeks Genetics: Rozay F2 x Jet A 30% Sativa, 70% Indica Plant height outside: 100 – 180 cm Outdoor harvest month: from June to October Yield indoors: 450 – 650 gr/m² Yield outdoors: 200 – 800 gr / plant THC: 25% Red Wine from Seeds Genetics Co. Week 11 for Peyote Zkittlez by @seedsman Even though she seems to be doing okay, I'm expecting a nice amount of side growth from all her colas but she's doing slower than I would expect. Maybe i give her a nice dry back this week... see if we can get extra root growth weather seems to be stable from here on out between 32-35 degrees. Actually thinking of running a super long extension cord to get a fan down there, but its a good 50 Meters from the house😂

Really good week, with temperatures between, 23-27. Humidity was really good as well, always below 50%. At the moment I'm on the 63rd day, according to Barney's website the plant should be ready to harvest between 60-65 days, and I have to say that information is spot on. I'm just starting to see a few trichomes turning amber, and the top of the plant is starting to lose the dark green colour. I will definitely harvest next week, I'm just not too sure if I should feed nutes one more time, or if I should flush straight away DAY 146 -Molasses PH - 5.85 PPM-700 Solution Temp - 19 Watering Volume - 4L DAY 149 - Nutes PH - 5.81 PPM- 2590 Solution Temp - 20 Watering Volume - 4L

after the 5 days all are sprouted through. Update: first full week out of the soil with just minor water added with a pH of 6.3 from the sink. The Do-Si-Dos didn't sprout with normal leaves but is starting to come along so we shall see how she does. The others are coming along fine so far (fingers crossed)

01/17/2026 So today was not much of a change. The environment is a little better now that the other heater is in there. I have a feeling I'll be swapping these two out throughout the run. Very unfortunate. This week's readings look like shit. The temp of the bucket was 75° so naturally everything is thrown off. The pH was high, like 6.7 high. The EC and TDS were higher than last week. However I feel like that might be due to me soaking the hydroton in the mix for a day. It must have leeched into the bucket. Also might be a good thing. Now I don't have to increase the nutrients. The hydroton did it for me. How convenient. I added the ice bottles of course. Still no roots. Shame that. Last run, I got roots pretty quickly. This time, both are slow going. And I bet it's from the low heat. On the other hand, she started her second node yesterday and is starting to spread out. Looking good. I also increased the light intensity up to level 2. See readings below. So far they seem to be fine. I'll keep an eye on them for the day. Maybe with the extra light, they'll take off. We'll see. It should also help bring the temp up. Week Start Readings: Water: pH: 6.59 EC: 960 TDS: 476 Temp: 75°!!!! Light Readings: DLI: 22.7 mol. PPFD: 344 Environment: Temp: 71.8° RH: 58.6% VPD: 1.1 kPa CO2: 719 A note on the water readings. This is what I pulled this morning before adding the ice bottles. I thought I added some last night, but apparently not. So I'm waiting for the temp to cool down and I'll take new measurements along with the current ones. Just to see the difference the water temp made. From the beginning of last week, everything increased. I might have to pH if the lower temp doesn't do it for me. Current water readings after pHing. pH: 5.8 EC: 958 TDS: 476 ppm Temp: 67.6° That's it for now. 01/18/2026 No issues today. pHing not needed. EC and TDS are the same. Temp was high though. 72.4° so I replaced the ice bottles. No roots yet. I didn't think there would be today. I feel like maybe tomorrow. With the amount of energy she spent catching up to the light, her roots were neglected. Once they hit the water, things should start to pan out. Hopefully she stretches, but not like how she did as a seedling. 01/19/2026 Not much going on today. She's looking really good despite the super long stem. Thin leaves. She's definitely a sativa dominant strain. I can't wait to see how she turns out in the next couple of weeks. Great color. No roots yet though. 🤔 Interesting. Water was kinda warm this morning. I need to remember to add ice bottles before I go to bed. Still can't get the heater to turn off. It just won't. The air is too cold? The humidity is a nightmare too. But that's understandable. It's like 25% in the apartment. So basically nothing I can do about it. If the humidifier drops below level 8, the humidity immediately starts to plummet. It's crazy. Like the air just won't allow for any moisture to hold. I have it right next to the plants though, so they should be getting plenty of humidity. Later this week, I'll move the humidifier back so it's not on top of the plants anymore. Alrighty that's it from me. Update: I double checked under the basket and there is a long single root coming out. Hooray! 01/20/2026 More roots! More and more. There's quite a few roots coming out now. All clean and white. She looks really good. Proper growth is starting now that the roots are coming out. First set of 5 finger leaves are out and growing. Leaves are thin. Just like a sativa. Lookin good. Great color too. I forgot to swap the ice bottles out last night... Again. I have now set a reminder on my phone. But yah, I checked everything after the bottles were in the water for a couple of hours. Looks good. pH is 6.1, temp is 68°. EC and TDS are both fine as well. The environment is a nightmare. It's so bouncy and I don't know why. Well, I do know, it's the fans blowing. All over the place. But it doesn't make sense. They are in the same position as they were last run and last run had no issues. I don't understand. I had the fan set to 2. 2 out of 10. Now it's at 1. Hopefully that helps. Anyway, that's all from me for the day. 01/21/2026 I remembered to swap the ice bottles last night. And I swapped them again this morning. I need 4 more to be able to swap them out in another 8 hours. Then I should have cool water for the rest of the run. Kind of a pain to be honest as I prefer not to disturb the waters under the bucket lids. Removing the lid 3 times a day seems excessive. Granted they're only open for less than a minute. Even less than 30 seconds. So it's not bad, but still. That's a lot of disturbance. She looks great! Good color, growth rate looks nice. She's 5.5" tall now. That's an inch and a half since the beginning of the week. A little slow for my liking, but she also just started the veg stage. Maybe we'll see a half inch a day over the next 4 to 5 weeks. Maybe an inch if the conditions are ideal. If I can do it, they will be ideal. I just need to remember to check the light intensity. Don't over feed. And when you notice anything weird, check the EC and TDS. Swap out water if the readings increase. Add more nutrients if they drop. Leave the water alone if there's no change. And don't over do it. Keep the environment in a reasonable range. (Surprisingly, it's never out of range, just bounces all over it.) That's all for today. 01/22/2026 Explosive growth has started! A little stretch, but mostly leaves spreading out. However, her first true node has 3 finger leaves. It should be 5 finger. I wonder what happened. Can't be too much light, could it? But it might be the environment. Always changing from minute to minute. Still no idea how to fix that. I only had 2 ice bottles available last night, so each bucket got 1. This morning I swapped for the normal 2 per bucket. I haven't tested the water yet today. I've been kind of lacking on it. I'll check today and put the readings in. Other than that, we are happy and healthy. She's 5" now. Don't know how I measured 5.5" yesterday. But she's 5" now. No matter, she'll be fine. I'm expecting good growth from her. She can clearly stretch and enjoys a good amount of light. I think I'm going to increase the nutrient dose next week. I'm thinking 1/2 dose next week. I was gonna do 2/3 dose, but I think that might be a bit too much for now. So half dose next week. Maybe I'll change it to 2/3 half way through the week. I'm not sure. It all depends on how she takes it in. I didn't see anything about her nutrient uptake. 01/23/2026 The water was a bit warm this morning. Not too bad, but warm. I actually checked the numbers today. pH: 6.1 EC: 1035 TDS: 556 Temp: 68.4° She's starting to really grow. And her stem is holding itself up now. I'm just keeping the little prop thing up until I know she won't tip over. I do keep a small breeze going all the time, so her stem should be pretty strong when it matters. Her color is a little splotchy. Well, kinda. It looks like the new growth is t getting enough food, but the rest of the plantooka awesome, except for the weird 3 finger leaves. The environment is somewhat better now that I dropped the humidity down. I figure it hits the plants enough where if I drop it down to 55% it will hit less, thus turning 55% into 60ish%. Not dampening off, no fungal infections nothing. That's the goal.
