Noted that the white dandruff coming out the runoff was indeed spring tails. looks like they have made a home in my medium and I don't care. must be eating all the dead shit. Still ph'ing my water up to combat the acidic whatever in the pots. maybe this is from the spring tails or bacteria in there. good thing is they eat mold and other nastiness in the soil. I do think I messed up quite a bit on this grow, I am hoping the next one will be better. First time using liquid feed vs dry soil amendments. This seedstockers plant I am noticing as the most white pistils then every other plant, wondering if it is going to go a bit longer till its ready. I keep getting different smells off of it depending on the day and the last time I watered. Will know its true profile when I can chop and cure. Guessing this will be about 3-6 weeks out. Lookin good, no more herms so far as I’ve tightened things up hopefully that’s the last of them for good. I installed a 4Inch AC infinity fan and filter as an intake so I have been able to close all of the vents. At this point the leaf strip has proven to be a solid method, I have nothing to compare bud size at this point but just the extra space it opened up is a plus. I’m sure the lowers will be a little more firm and the plants obviously haven’t had to be fed as often as usual so its saving time, water and nutrients. The added microbes have also allowed me to keep my ppm around 1000 instead of 1080ish without any sign of deficiencies. The Mandarin cookies x Dionysus has a little cal-mag issue but that was a trait from the mother which out of 10+ grows all had a cal-mag deficency. During the middle of this week I decided to stop the outward training of the branches & the allow vertical growth for beginning bud site formation . I don’t want to miss the beginning flower stretch kinda need it 😂. Decided to break the apical dominance of the main stem by LST’ing down . I noticed it was leagues ahead of the rest of the plant because it hung over the side of the pot so since I need to start slowing it’s vertical growth I figure now Is also time to get the rest of the canopy to catch up leaving me to space things accordingly later when/if necessary . Also decided to go ahead and do my 1st & last additional feeding since these girls where planted all I’ve had to do this grow was water when dry & train her to the best of my abilities.
