The colors this week are almost overwhelming! I am particularly excited as last time I ran her she wasnt nearly as colorful. The scent is also really starting to get up there & is noticable even with carbon filter. Shes starting to have a few pistols wither so she cant have long left. This week a few different things happened . 1. After I flushed to remedy all purple stems Runtz & Zkittlez developed deformed leaf sets. The runts leaf set didn’t form on 1 side of the vein. The Zkittlez formed leaf sets with a missing finger . Instead of the being 5 fingers on the 3rd set there were 4 fingers . 2. Day #10 plants looked really sad & droopy the leaves of my plants where pointing downward & the 1st set of serrated leaves began to yellow . 3. To rectify the “super soil” dropping the PH of the water I fed the girls I purchased some PH UP & experimented with a few cups of my soil & found if I put in water at 9.5PH the “Super Soil” balanced out at 6.5 . My tap water PH is about 7.5 with a 200ppm (yes , yes, I know , tell me about it) if I put regular tap water in my soil drops it to a 5.1 -5.3 which led to the purple stems in the 1st week. Granted I’m kinda working backwards to work with what I have in order to utilize my investments it’s a means to an end I suppose BUT I AM OPEN TO SENSIBLE THOUGHT OUT ADVICE THANKS. 4. Day #11 I transplanted all the girls into full strength super soil . If I hadn’t had to flush i could have held out another week tops in my solo cups . I could have gotten to atleast the 6th maybe 7th node before transplanting into full strength soil. Currently I’m at the 4th node & noticing slight canoeing of the leaves . This is my first grow in this “supersoil” also my 1st time mixing my own amendments to make said “supersoil” so for the time being I’ll just keep an eye on it & hope the plant establishes quickly enough to be able to consume the quantities of nutrients in this soil THUS my generous generous use of Mykos . Today makes 2 weeks for Runtz & #1 GDP the the remaining 4 are at day #13. I’m still hoping by day 16 I can start LST’ing . All but 1 or 2 of the girls have began growing secondary shoots along the nodes so I’m getting more an more excited . I’m just envisioning the plants I want to have until it comes to fruition. I am by no means an expert I’m not even a reasonably decent grower . Out of the 3 runs I’ve done so far only one produced smokable poor quality buds . Each time spawning more research & a tweak to the setup . THIS TIME I AM CALM COOL & COLLECTED as I’ve ever been & have my eyes set on a lofty yield of high quality buds I’m aiming to get a QP p/plant but honestly I want to push them to get a HP p/plant . Which sounds like I’m in Narnia NeverLand with such high expectations .. I’ll just shoot for the starts & if I land on the moon instead I’ll be happy with that as long as the end results in me being high . Week 2 in the books 📚

She's looking thin, not much foliage but the flowers are there, looks a bit like the first time I grew blueberry cheese auto.

April 28th, 2021 8th week of flower. Only adding Shine bloom booster at 1.5 grams per gallon. PH'd to 6.0

Some cal mag issue in my opinion but balance everything is fine !! Flowering stage is going on pretty good 👍

Dec 7th: One plant doing fantastic, one is more sensitive and I’m don’t everything I can to get the most out of it, lesson learned, start more and keep the best.

Began flushing her midway through week 8, buds aren't as full as I had liked but have struggled with rising EC levels during the whole grow which I will put down to being caused by an excessive defoliation at week 4 of flower that took too long to recover from.

Great growth from all the girls this week. Stretched massively. I have done a major defoliation to let more light to bud sights. 95% flowers are in light now. I will do another Small defoliation next week. Dry amended top soil with bat guano, worm castings and bio life. Should be enough to bring them into mid flower. I had a slight fungus knat issue but got some nematodes and they are starting to clear along with sticky traps. I have also taken cuttings from a few of the girls to cross a few of the stronger strains and create my own strain. First time I will be doing this so excited to see how it turns out.

I’ll start by saying I’m NOT using both bud blood and bud ignitor in one solution, I am using bud blood on the rear wedding gelato plant and bud ignitor on the front one to test the outcome of them individually to see the best results! I tied down and defoliated twice in the week and have switched to 12-12 yesterday so they’re transitioning now and should be in bloom by week 7! I made some extract them made some gummies successfully I might add and added the photos in the diary!

March 17, Day 76: As written I collected the last three plants. At the moment I got a partial of 224 grams from the first three plants and I think of doubling with the last three. Among the latter is the plant with the largest bud which obviously becomes my favorite. This time I managed to take photographs of the plants before cutting them. With these last three plants I got the most productive plant, the one with the largest bud and the one with the longest bud 😉 For a final report on this strain: The Gorilla by RQS is an excellent strain for anyone who loves a high THC content and I particularly recommend it to growers who pass for the first time from photoiperiods to autoflowering. You will grow very large and very productive plants very similar to photoperiodic ones. This strain branches out a lot and must be defoliated and de-branched. You can grow it well with the SCROG technique, but if like me you have no space problems you can also use the Sea Of Green technique. In conclusion I want to thank all the growers who have followed this my first diary to which I have a happy growth! First I have to say that I am very satisfied with the total harvest, from the last three plants I got 369 grams which added to the 224 of the previous harvest make a total of 593 grams. I started this diary with 8 Gorillas and 2 Cheese. 6 Gorillas completed their cycle in the same time frame, the 2 remaining gorillas showed a photoperiodic genetic predominance, one of them is in an advanced flowering phase while the last one after three months still shows only a few pistils. I'll probably kill her, and move on by putting new seeds in the soil. Unfortunately, where I live is illegal to grow marijuana, otherwise I would have simply moved outdoors, but I can't and must be ruthless. Regarding the two cheeses there is not much left at the end of their cycle and I started to give only water to one of the two plants. Good and happy growth to all! 😜

Really excited for these I got a 3 pack grew the extra 4th one and now growin all 3 of the rest at the same time I can't wait to see what theybbring the first one was incredible

04/29/2021 New week and she is doing lovely! New pistils are popping up everywhere and she is starting to get a faint smell I can't yet figure out how to describe. I believe I got some nice close ups on each top, looking very healthy other plants all have PW on their leaves not a smidgen on this girl, and that is my #1 breeding goal (read my germination period) for my girls. Took two nice tops to clone and Work this cross, time to pop some more seeds of this batch and find a good male, and females that exhibit traits I desire, and continue to resist PW!!!🙏 Goal#2 More sativa stretch than my short, Cookie Cake genotype.

Hey Cannafam, The conditions for my gal this week have been challenging, its been raining for most of the week with humidity consistantly in the 90s. Weve had so much rain that her hidey hole is now a pond again and shes been moved. Ive already given two plants the chop this week due to budrot, however at the moment she seems ok, but im keeping a close eye on her 👀 Ive done some light defoliation around the mid section this week to improve airflow and also ive tied the lower branches down in a kinda star formation around her to improve light to her buds. No feed this week as shes been damp from rain permanently, but today has been much drier with the weather looking better for the next week so things are looking up. Shes starting to frost up more now and her smell has also increased allot, buds are still building slowly and there has been some maturation process starting. The plants are ranging from 36”-38”…. We just purchased Flower Fuel for the buds. And pruned all the plants this week. Lastly we gave the plants pH balanced water with loranne flavor extract and unsulfured molasses.
