🌸 Week 3 Flower – Growing Strong, Tall, and Vibrant! 🌱 Hey Grow Fam! It’s already Week 3 in flower, and I’m thrilled to bring you this update because these plants are doing phenomenally well! Some are stretching up so tall that I might have to get creative in the coming weeks! Fruit production is well underway, and it’s absolutely amazing to watch the canopy fill out as these girls reach their potential. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Hello folks 5th week of flowering, the flowers have grown well and already smell amazing !!! Leider kam es kurz nach beginn der Blüte wieder zu Mangelerscheinungen wodurch sicherlich noch etwas Potential liegen gelassen wurde. Stand jetzt bin ich mir noch nicht sicher was genau der Fehler war jedoch bin ich in der Hoffnung das der nächste Grow nochmals besser wird. Für meinen 2ten richtigen Grow bin ich trotzdem sehr zufrieden.

This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. Hi everyone. Welcome to my🍌💜👊 week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week. Daily updates and uploads so if week not over yet. Please revisit to see full week content😊 Thank you all for such amazing support 😊🤗💜 So far everything is going great. No issues at all. Both girls started preflower on Tuesday and already I can see that they started stretching nicely. Scrog net will be installed by the end of this week. Week 5 13-19 Nov. 13/11 day 36 First runoff experience for girls. Loaded both pots with approx. 2.5 ltr each in 4 stages of 500-700ml. Runoff 100-150ml from each. Runoff PH 5.9. Nutrients for this watering were same as on previous week and added only calmag. Next watering possibly Friday but with new measurements. 14/11 day 37 Both 🍌💜👊 girls started preflower on same day. Xena is catching up quick to her larger sister and possibly soon they will be sharing this growing space 50/50 15-16/11 days 38-39 Just happy and healthy days 😁 nice steady growth. 17/11 day 40 Second watering for this week. 5.5l beetwen both. Runoff Ph 6.1 19/11 day 42 Most busiest day so far. Both girls got very bushy in last few days and they stretched enough to install scrog net. Before installing net applied selective defoliation on both girls. 8-10 fan leaves from each. It's the end of this amazing week 😁 Thank you all again for such a great support 🤗✌️💚

Everything seems to be going great for them to all be random bag seeds! Temp is staying a little higher than I would like trying to figure out some ways to cool it down may just order some new lights!

Going well

Another good week for this lady. Temps were high, but she handled it like a champ. Because she is so beastly and only in a 4 gallon pot, I’m watering about 1 gallon of water every 3 1/2 days. The dry back seems to be better if I don’t wait till the 4 th day. Buds are developing nicely, and stacking really well. I’m going to have some decent sized colas. Frost is coming along nicely too. She has a Kush smell with some sandalwood at the moment… Temps were floating around 82 degrees this week, with RH around 55-58%. Plucked a few more fan leaves, but otherwise just a slight turn each time I check on the tent. Happy Gardening

Weeks 7-9 Days 42-63-5 Both phenos got defoliation done to them and opened them up for fattening. They've stopped putting upwards hight and on day 42 I done their only heavy defol and put them back under my P1000 (100W led) which did this plant from start to finish. Kept steady feeds. The last 4 days or so it was put on water. After 6hrs dark rest both were chopped and hung upside down. (More indepth 3 week review) Phenos at the end of week 6 here, finished preflower both are around 62-65cm. Been the general hight for my other 2 pheno pot grow . Then on day 42 I done a hard defoliation and just put them back under the light for 3 weeks. Steadily kept feeding Xpert Nutrients but not in the way I should have. But, for the short time (9 weeks) and just making sure that the substrate never ran dry. I got some decent results. Again these were more tests. As I like to see how breeders phenos react in similar environments and you can't get closer than being in the same pot, got 2 small but more or less twins of Auto Fractal, giving me around 45-50 dry grams Nutrients were given sparcely but always made sure NPK feeds were no longer than 3 days apart. Had I given everyday and focused more on flushing etc. Id of gotten bigger phenos. But, it was a test. And I got to try their autos and now know that I'm most cases you won't get 7-10g plants. Just give enough space and don't stress and you'll get big autos. Put on good bud mass just under a 100w in a crowded tent. Got really fruity bud and overall very happy with my 2 small lush phenos 1st 2pheno (separate strains, autos kabul/opium also showed how steady the genrics are I've got a 5 pheno SCROG of Euphoria fem by Divine coming along nicely. I also have a white widow auto by divine in an 11L pot and its really big its still weeks out from being done. Proving to me. Their gentics are 🔥 and give good results if you put in the right effort.
