Welcome to my diary for The Seedsman Tiny Pot Contest I was left with two difficult tasks. Firstly, what the hell am I going to grow in? It has to be something unique! Can't just be any ordinary small pot..... Secondly, what am I going to grow in it? It also has to be unique! Can't be just any ordinary pot..... The first obvious choice to me was a photoperiod. Since we are dealing with a micro root system, I would be able to train it like a Bonsai. As the roots get big, it would be easy to cut and maintain the root system before flower. Less chance of root bound and the plant would grow according to its environment. Then I said fuck it..... and chose an autoflower. It's a contest and I love a challenge! I landed on Oasis Genetics Auto Crystal Widow and a little hippo named Herbie! Herbie holds 0.081 gallons of soil. I'm hoping with a 12/12 light schedule it will keep the roots from getting out of control. Wish me luck!! GERMINATION: Day 1, dropped seed in small glass of water. After 12-18 hours the seed will be transferred to a wet paper towel until taproot forms. End of Day 4 taproot had reached 3/4" and it was time for soil.

Ready for a week of water only. Really frosty buds and extremely fruity terps. I did hit he with a little dose of PK before the flush which looks like it has helped.

Another great week for the Apple Betty girls. I have not seen a single deficiency, other than the odd yellowed or withered leaf under the canopy, typically due to lack of light. I will come through soon and do a defoliation of both tents to allow for more light to penetrate, and perhaps get a good push for some girthy colas 😋. I have lowered the temps a bit in the tents by controlling my lung room temps, and they are maxing out at 77 degrees and hitting a night time cool of about 70. I have also lowered the humidity to hover between 47 and 52 %. Hopefully will start to get some nice colours as they finish. As I mentioned before, when I water is when I like to get under the canopy and check the stems and leaves for anything that shouldn’t be… and typically once a week after watering I’ll wipe down the tent and sanitize any surface I can. There is no reason to get lazy, that’s how you get Pests, Mold, and PM. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Ich weiss nicht wieso, aber bei der Bio Tabs Pflanze tauchen leichte Probleme auf. Hier entwickelt sich alles wie es soll. Schöne Blütenentwicklung und eine Top gesunde Pflanze! Die Blütenentwicklung bleibt bisher dennoch sehr ähnlich. Es bleibt spannend! Diese Woche, habe ich einmal mit Wasser und 5ml Wachstum (Ferment mit Melasse und Hefeextrakten) gegossen. Well week 12 and week 2 of flower started yesterday 8/22. Other than the clones everything is looking good. But to be fair I haven't really done much with them. They're like a bastard step child, I only kept em around out of moral obligation. Lol. J/k...sort of. Going into this week the girls are now reeking of dank so loud the neighbor was asking when it's going to be ready. 😂 Buds are getting nice and dense and I've got excellent node spacing for this cultivar. Can't wait till she is ready.
