When I got into the room one day before I scheduled the harvest, her branch collapsed under the weight of the buds. Not surprising, the buds were massive and dense! This is one of the best problems to appear during a grow, could never be mad at a plant for lack of strength to support the massive buds. I decided to view it as a sign from the plant, that it's done, it had enough, so the harvest happened a day early. Her buds were too tall for my DIY Cooler and since the buds were so dense, it wasn't easy to get to the stem to cut it and since the buds were covered in trichomes, the gloves were super sticky. The genetics were pretty amazing to grow, super happy plant with amazing growth - thank you, @Exotic_Seed for the seeds! 🙏

This is beginning of week 6 of flowering day 40, i had issues with humidity during the beginning so i decided to put the AC on so it drops from 50% to 55% The buds are not that big they starting to harden, smells is awesome but risky in this closet grow even with the carbon filter it smells in the whole apartment. During the middle of this week I decided to stop the outward training of the branches & the allow vertical growth for beginning bud site formation . I don’t want to miss the beginning flower stretch kinda need it 😂. Decided to break the apical dominance of the main stem by LST’ing down . I noticed it was leagues ahead of the rest of the plant because it hung over the side of the pot so since I need to start slowing it’s vertical growth I figure now Is also time to get the rest of the canopy to catch up leaving me to space things accordingly later when/if necessary . Also decided to go ahead and do my 1st & last additional feeding since these girls where planted all I’ve had to do this grow was water when dry & train her to the best of my abilities. With the canopy expanding and the younger ones still working to catch up, the SCROG net will help me achieve that perfect, even canopy. A well-placed SCROG not only ensures better light penetration but also gives the smaller plants a chance to spread out and thrive alongside their bigger sisters. Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. No problems while drying. Really strong smell while drying you should use a filter-system for that.

Not the most impressive buds very airy but very nice smell and colours wouldn’t grow the purple lemonade again Pineapple Express on the other was a sweet grow nice thick dense buds beautiful smell and smoke

Really impressed with the purple peanut butter breath pheno she gets darker everyday, still mostly clear trichomes. Pbb smells like lucky charms marshmallows rain of frost has some sour tropical funk and diesel and the afghani has a classic hash smell spicy

DAY 73: The Lucky Charms is just starting to come out of the stunting from potting her up, and should be ready to double in size with the new room and the stretch in early flower. Very excited to see how she transforms. The clone cut I took off the LC has still yet to root, but looks very good, so I'm hoping to get another go at this strain, with more TLC. Since my flowering room is currently full, I'm still waiting on potting the White Widow up. Since the White Widow is still in veg I've just been LST'ing the hell out of her. And she's been handling it super well. She's a Bondage Queen lol.

Installed. Heat in tent went up quite a bit... was 89F when I noticed, increased exhaust fan to 80% from 60%, dropped to 85F. Not liking the noise increment on fan. Oh well. Light is killer tho. I like it. Some pictures added. New wattage on LED lighting for 4x8 tent at 1,475 actual watts.

Trees have really recovered from irrigating with Ph'd water only this week. The brown spots have not appeared on new growth and are looking very healthy. I got massive leaves compared to previous grows, is this because of my "special" soil mix??? I'm tempted not to use any nutes for the time being and see how they do in my "special" soil mix. Weather is warming up, nighttime temperature not so low. This will probably be my last grow until end of summer as keeping my environment cool could be a problem with the predicted hot summer... Beach for me :) Thought I would bend over the Super Kush :)
