Welcome to Harvest week of my Sunset Sherbet journey sponsored by Zamnesia. Sunset Sherbet has been in the garage this week just chilling. Temperatures outside were 25-37f at night and in the garage 40-50s and flushed for 4 days with 2-3 liters each day. The cold weather did not do much for color change. Weeks of colder weather would have had an impact. I harvested her 12/5, day 101 from germination in the soil. I got some good trichome pics earlier this week.
Sunset Sherbet grew in my small 3x3. She demonstrated a strong resistance to mold, bud rot and pests. I switched to an organic nutrient feeding solution and kept trying to get my ppms in the range of synthetic fertilizers. This resulted in overfeeding which burned up her leaves. She would have been pretty based on the colors I see in the buds-pinks, purples and oranges.
Plant structure – Sunset Sherbet remained short at just 20 inches. This would make her very good for small closet grows. She had many branches off the main stalk and her nodes were tight. There were many, many small leaves, not much bigger than a quarter.
Data sheet advised of regular maintenance. Trimming will be a bit tedious as a result of not defoliating more.
Sunset Sherbet grew without difficulty or issues. Produced a nice outcome. Wet weight 384g.

It's exciting to start a new journey! I started by trying to germinate 2xSherbet Qs. Unfortunately only one made it, so I started one more and this third one made it, but it's one week behind, so I'm planning to put it in soil and make another diary for it 👌

The week was partly sunny and partly rainy and our plants had to be canopied on the balcony nearly every day. Rare sunny hours. Humidity is mostly ok, but I‘m checking now very regular if the plant need to be harvested. The flowers are covered in trichomes, she produces again and again pistills, the larger fan leaves loose a bit their color. No amber but blue trichomes.
Pure rainwater in the morning and in the evening. Flushing first time with a good drainage.
She smells very intense, like a mandarin juice in February: sweet, aromatic with a hazy undertone.

This girl has such a unique smell, like nothing I've smelled before. I can't wait to smoke her. She is coming along nicely, fattening up and started to ripen. I can see her colours changing. Not long till harvest now! Thanks for stopping by!

Started to see the buds develop early at the end of last week.
This week I put my rebuild-able scrog net in. This thing will really let the room fill out nicely.

Granddaddy purple not top dressed late into flower already
North thunderfuck not top dressed. Do not like the slow growth, structure, amount of leaf in veg. Hoping m for big stretcher or bud packer

I've been trimming this lady daily and she just keeps growing leaves like mad. Trimmed a ton of the under canopy and any leaves that shield what appear to be bud sites... and keep trying to do that while balancing maximum photosynthesis. I keep training her down and trimming her down, and she keeps filling out! A touch of lightened green at the inner new leaves is making me nervous. Doing a full reservoir swap today so that may help. Still pretty far behind what I was expecting for an auto at this stage, but growth is wicked.

Ogni volta per riuscire a fare 2 foto hai tricomi, è sempre un casino per mettere a fuoco 🔥. Però qualcosa di vede.........

There isn’t a ton to report this week other than the two behind my garage are on their stretch, and the one in the garden is bulking up. It has been raining a lot here, I gave all two big dosages of cal/mag and tiger bloom. I figured most of the nutrients were washing through the soil. I haven’t noticed any nute burns, so I’ll likely keep feeding them once a week. I did some bud backbuilding on my garden plant about a week ago, because the other two didn’t look as developed, i snipped the tip of the buds on the other two about two days ago. I think overall I should have a pretty good yield this summer, I wish I had a bit more purple buds, but hey🤷♂️ Purple kush none the less. I’m signing out for the week, thanks for tuning in.

The aroma of wood and lemon is over whelming as I did a light defoliation during the start of the week, this will aid in finishing up the lower bud sites.. Super close to harvest now but she is still throwing out fresh white hairs so I know there's some fattening up to do. Counting these last fleeting days can always feel so taxing don't you agree? Anxiously awaiting harvest time now, patience in all good things. 💪

The plants fully recovered from light burn are putting up a nice show .. well grow.
They are all still very green, and the buds are fat with a good density.
All three start some kind of foxtailing. All the buds, top, center and bottom on the three plants produce extra flowering sites that protrude from the bud. Now, hopefully these will fatten up until harvest somewhere in two weeks from now.
I'm keeping a close eye on humidity and temperature in order to keep the bud rot at bay!

Und so langsam nähern wir uns dem Ende...und um ehrlich zu sein, können wir es kaum noch abwarten. Unsere Ladys schauen fantastisch aus !
Die Temperatur ist weiterhin konstant, immer etwa um die 27 ° Celsius. Bisher haben wir einen sehr milden, aber auch feuchten Frühling mit nur wenigen sehr kurzen Hitzeperioden.
In unserem Haus ist an sich kein Geruch wahrzunehmen. Dies liegt jedoch an unseren guten Abluft und dem großen Filter denn sobald wir die Box öffnet strömt ein unglaublich angenehmer, süßlich bis fruchtiger Geruch durch die Räume.

Last week for this girl next update is harvest flushing nicely no major fade yet but can see it starting in places buds are nice and dense not very huge but the quality and the pungence and stickiness coming from her is like nothing iv grown so far trichs are cloudy slightly amber in places ,just put in a new led for the last week im going to be running a few of these in my next grows so just testing can allready see more light penetration and spread compared to my old 300w led .Shes been my favourite so far beautiful to watch change and grow shes still on just water at 0.4m.s /400ppm just started using an e.c meter didn't use it before but ill start now chopped a little bottom branch of to test after a week flush not much else to report will be putting a lot of pics on as its her last week and wont be seeing her beauty much longer ...will be harvesting after 10 day flush instead of 14 day some issues just popped up else where shouldnt make too much difference hopefully thanks for reading happy growing guys

Got full fall colors in, looks like we’re on the final stretch and flush. I’ll be monitoring the trichomes for ripeness. 🤘🏼🌱🔥
