Blackberry Kush stretches. I could form a nice bushy structure and the plant reacts well with a lot of flowers which get direct sunshine. It‘s my first grow. This one is the second cannabis plant, popped out of my homemade charcoal compost potting mix. I feed my plants with light homemade fertilizers and water with rainwater 1-2 times per week. The plants love it, like my tomatoes and peppers do and did in the past.

This was the week I decided to take a look at my trichomes with about 2-3 weeks left why not see what’s in store for me. And what I saw was some pretty milky stuff with surprisingly some amber to me that just means I’m going to get some good thc levels I’m shooting for at least 22-25% thc wish me luck we are almost there final stretch

Hey guys, allot happened this week. Mid week on Wednesday I did a major heavy defoliation, she was very bush and allot of internode growth. I clean up everything and allowed more light pen. Also nipped any undesired off growths. Shaping how I want the plant to grow. Basically lollipoping. As you can see I also started to install 4x 1/2 bamboo sticks to help support the plant once she gets bigger. I had problems last year late into flower and don't want to repeat same mistake. I also amended the pots with 70/30 ratio of 444 to 284 @ 2tbs/gal. Iv only water once in the past 7 days with the Aquabak. Not enough data to review the product. We will see. Other than that we have had plentiful thunderstorms and have not required to water. Thanks to the felt pots, they did not get flooded with the amount of rain we got. Prolly 50-100mm worth of rain. Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

So the final day has come. Day 115. Wow she took 4 months! I struggled a little bit with cutting her, I had to do it with a handsaw. She is a chunky girl! I partially trimmed the plant, mostly removing any fan leaf left and any big leaf without trichomes on them. I consider this more of a pre-cleaning and not a real trimming. That will be done after the plant has dried in about 2 weeks It was quite nice to document my grow. This was my 3rd one ever. I will continue with the grows and journaling because it really makes things sound clearer in my head.

Last week plants grew very healthy, as they got bushier the humidty raised providing a better enviroment, I could even reduce the amount of water I give them. Planning to move to flowering stage very soon.

Leaves are changing, and doing out. Trichomes are starting to get cloudy, as well as the hairs turning orange and curling.

Chopped on day 131 from seed in soil. Ended up with 6.63 oz of dry flower, some large and mostly smaller dense nugs. Smells great. I'll test it out after curing for awhile.

But for those who love the details, the full spread of pictures is right here, as always. t this point in flower, the girls are not eating — they’re just drinking clean water with nothing but System Clean in the reservoir, at a rate of 0.25 ml per liter. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield.
