Mandarin XL auto is doing some bulking. She had a solution change early week. Been selectively defoliating around her center to open her up to more light. Everything is doing really well and waiting on her to fill in and ripen. The ladies are stacking hard and smelling insane. The nicest pheno has some amazing bud structure with big icy buds and perfect node spacing. Smells like fresh zoap, sweet, fruity, gassy and parfume/soap-like. Incredible. She is by far the biggest plant, which is nice as she looks like the most productive one. My second favorite is looking beautiful. The structure on her is not so great and looks like a small producer. Very nice fruity/candy terps though, and incredibly icy. The stretchy tall pheno is looking great too. She smells more like a mix of #1 & #2, very icy as well. She stretched a lot so the top buds are very close to the light, and very foxtaily. The buds at 40-70 cm distance are looking more compact and dense. The least favo pheno looks very weird and small, bud the buds are pretty icy and smell very sweet.

Only adding ph adjusted water now for maybe 2 weeks until harvest for both plants , they seems like theay are finish at same time 👍😀💨💨💨

Day 37 - Everything looks good.... they are drinking so much.... i built a bit more stable light setup, and i'll need to buy afew more plugs and stuff, to fill it out ...... i organised all the 2700k globes, ready to swap in..... still waiting on the exhaust fan, so i'll keep em in "grow" mode another week or 2 .... i'm vaping a leaf or 2, and drinking "green tea hot chocolates" .... it is so delicious in hot chocolate .... my health has picked up since starting the vape/drinks... the 21 thc/19 cbd is supa healthy ... Day 38 - Getting them ready for Flower, noticed they are lacking in nutrients, so i started em on the heavier dutch master gold flower nutrients. Day 40 - Added some pics. (they look droopy because they in night mode, just turned on lights for pic) - Started them on 12/12 flower, still working on getting all the lights, gear, and globes, for the right spectrum and amount of light.... atm got - 7x 2700k (click) , 2x 6400k (osram), + 60w light panel .... i'll go get some more gear today and hope to expand it to 10x 2700k , 2x 6400k ...... I put the exhaust filter fan on seperate power, so it doesn't go on/off with the timer, but stays on all the time.... it totally fixed up any odour problems, haha ....... Added some different pics for my light spectrum ... etc..... the outside winter temp is now at 40-60oF (5-15oC) so with the 12/12h, the temp inside the tent is dropping to 60-80oF (18-22oC), abit low, but flowering is supposed to be in winter, so idk, see how it goes..... I'm new to growing, so idk how this will work out....... just working it as i go.... i noticed afew spots on a leaf, so i upped the neuts abit more, they are still drinking like fish, huge amounts.... Day 40 late - new vids - Got the extra gear and installed it all... redesigned the initial setup, refined it with proper measurements, had to get my steel rule out, lol....... got the 12 leds in and running, 10x 2700k clicks, and 2x 6400k osrams, with the panel..... it's lookin beautiful and got the exhaust on 24 hrs now, all working perfect with 12/12 timer.... they are forming a few spots on leaves, so hammering the nute water into them now... they are drinkin 1-2 litre of nute water a day each.... (nute water = Dutch mater gold one grow/flower, 800-1000 ppm 6 PH) 😎 Some details about lights.... i did some maths on it, and included some handy pics..... because i'm using cheap leds, i'm keeping the distance at 25cm, they are leds so they won't burn, and it massively increases the lumens/lux/Par, and with my home built light setup, the leds are spread out enough to keep it lower.... worked out good..... something of note is that all the led globes are built/made in china... however different marketing/selling companies from around the world... and the german osrams are 1w leds ... by far the most superior, but anyone can design and send the requirements to china to build em, haha) it's not a contest, we all work together.... haha.... the person with the best led light globes gets my business, because i want the best for my babies.... :) (let me explain- 1w led vs 0.5 w led, the watt of the led projects the light, lumens, LX/PAR etc much further the higher the watt of the led....my 600w panel has 0.5w leds, the philips has 0.75, the osrams have 1w leds..... ) each globe philips (dutch)- 10.5w internal - 14 leds 0.75w 1055 lumens each globe osram (german)- 10.5w internal - 10 leds 1w 1080 lumens each globe click (cheap)- 9w internal - 16 leds 0.56w 800 lumens light panel - 70w - 600w 30 red - 8 red 12 blue - 8 white 7500k 1 ir - 1 uv = 20x blue 6400k - 38x red 2700k internal - 60 double leds - 120x0.5w 6000 lm

WEEK 11 - (05/09/2021 - 05/15/2021) Week 3, Day 17 - FLOWER: 05/11/2021 Doing 2 gallons of water per 5 gallon pot this watering due to lack of runoff in weeks prior. I’m thinking I could be letting the pots dry out a little too long in between so the 1.5 gallons hasn’t been enough for each watering. When I stick my finger into the medium 2 or 3 days after watering it still seems like the soil has plenty of moisture so I wait another day or two. I know fabric pots are supposed to dry out usually in 2-3 days, but the soil still seems too moist, and I don’t want to overwater. It seems like ever since transplanting into 5 gallons and switching them to a 12/12 light cycle, watering got more complicated. Maybe I am overthinking the whole process. I just don’t want to risk ruining my crop, you know? Tap water: 223ppm, 8.6 pH, 70℉ (9 gallons total) + HydroGuard: 9ml/9 gallons + pH Down: 30ml/9 gallons Mixture: 267ppm, 6.0 pH, 70.4℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1330ppm/1063ppm, 6.3 pH AP#1 - 1310ppm/1043ppm, 6.3 pH AP#2 - 1160ppm/893ppm, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 1350ppm/1083ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 20 - FLOWER: 05/14/2021 Watered a day earlier than I usually do, with .5 gallons less water per plant. So each plant got a total of 1 gallon of water for their 5 gallon pots. This is really just to take the question out of the back of my mind: Am I letting the pots dry out too much going four days until the next watering? I will check on the plants shortly after they wake up tomorrow to observe their reaction to the watering. None of the plants produced really any runoff, which was boggling to me, because when I water there is usually anywhere between 10-20%, and that’s after watering on the fourth day. Needless to say, I was unable to take readings this time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 21 - FLOWER: 05/15/2021 5:30 p.m. - Decided to check on the plants since I watered a day earlier (yesterday) than I have been since transplanting into the 5 gallon fabric pots. This was kind of an experiment to see how the plants would react to watering on the third day rather than the fourth, because I keep doubting myself. Anyway, when I checked in on the plants, a few leaves looked ever so slightly droopy. Not terrible. It appears that some of the leaves had begun to swell up a little as well. Not 100% sure if these are actually early signs of being overwatered this time, or if it’s something I have simply overlooked until now. Just to be sure, I’m going to water once more on the third day to see how the plants respond. The plants seem to be doing well this week. I've finally installed another ScroG net on the second level to help maintain the canopy. Since I cut the first layer of net the plants quickly started to get out of control and began to grow unevenly across the canopy. The trichomes are starting to appear on all of the plants, with the exception of the American Pie #1. This pheno is a little behind. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with how differently this plant was trained compared to her sisters (The manifold/mainline technique was applied). Possibly could have even defoliated her a little too heavy and she's taking a few extra days to bounce back. She's still producing early buds though, which is good. 👌 That just about wraps up this week. Things just keep getting more and more exciting with each journal entry. All the girls should have about 5-7 weeks left in flower before they are ripe for harvest. Hoping to have another tent and light setup by the end of flower so I can get some more seeds started. Overall very solid strain from Ethos as I expected. They definitely pushing the boundaries. This strain is extremely pungent and smells like a bag of Skittles when you just open it. Wish I could turn it into an air freshener and smell it all day long. Smoke is off the charts and very uplifting. LOVE Ethos Zweet Auto!

I've started using 0.6 "grams" of peter's per gallon of water. Not 0.6 mL. I don't know how to enter that. Before I started defoliating they were each drinking a full gallon of water per day. A couple days I misjudged and opened the tent to weeping lower branches. Now that I've defoliated, they each drink somewhat less. Pistols are still yellow. I'm assuming they'll turn brown/red before they're ready to harvest? My eyes are so bad that even with a scope I'm not sure I can spot cloudy trichromes turning amber. I'm not even sure I can tell clear from cloudy. I don't think they're getting close yet though, maybe 3 or 4 more weeks? I put the undersized screen up only because a few colas started falling over. I don't like that I can no longer rotate them but with the defoliation, I can see the back side. These were freebies from lucious genetics. Photo periods. I don't know what to expect from them. Until recently I hadn't smoked since the 80s. I'm sure they'll do the trick. :)

27/04/26 - 03/05/26: We've finally passed the 21 day mark so I decided to defoliate and lollipop all three plants :) Also tied down and rearranged some branches to get an more even canopy and better light distribution. Budsites are in full flowering mode and full of pistils, Do-Si-Dos x Purple Punch is already starting to smell quite nicely 🤤 Thanks for checking in and see you next week! Happy growing 🌱

What’s going on lady’s an gentleman. We got the GSC going into week 2 of flower an week 12 from seed. She is booming everywhere with pre flowers, training her out as she stretch’s to the outer edge of the tent. She is currently in a 7 gal fiber pot with living soil ph to 6.5 an thriving all the way. Hello colleagues! As I expected, in the middle of the week all the plants bloomed, especially pleased that almost in unison, including our medical strain. I did nothing except remove the extra large burdocks, I will do a thorough defoliation after the large "dandelions" appear. In the meantime, I continue to observe. Day 1 down...will connect the blumats tonite 😁. Blackberry moonrock and girl scout cookie were damaged during transplant but look good and bounced back nicely. Was waiting for them to recover to flip. Light compost tea bubblin since 8 pm yesterday to help start the process. In the next day or 2 ill get the last trim and take the last few clones. At the end of week 2 ill quit sprayin labs and em5. Grow cam still sux but its all i got at the moment so ill have to make due with it and my cell.

Just water as they are very small , light is a 100w Samsung led light for the first week then I will switch to the Zeus 465w Compact pro. I have repotted the plants now the seeds have popped, they are in 2 litre pots now. As soon as the toots hot the bottom of the pots I will put them in my autopots system. I have tried adding a layer of perlite on top of the bAc soil. To try and stop any bugs getting into my soil and also reflect the light back.
