I love this pheno compared to the other hard diesel pheno #2 this one has a beautiful structure, and the buds are very dense hard and sticky as hell, the aroma it's really strong and stinky, I would definitely run her again, gea seeds always provides high quality strains and seeds to the growers! Today was Harvest, Wet-Trim & Hang, we'll have to wait a bit more for dry-weights, flavours & effects. We were given a couple of clones from a family friend to try our hand at a straight, 8-Week Flowering. With both plants in the tent, we were able to really cut out teeth & watch as each plant responded differently. What was instantly surprising during the initial harvest was the drastic difference in overall yield. I'm sure we over trimmed, early on & as a result, Northern Lights came in looking thinner, taller & by comparison, OGPK came in looking a bit shorter, stout, thicker, heavier & much fuller. At the scales, Northern Lights comes in at 106.56 grams (wet), OGPK 76.4 grams (wet). So, that big buffy, thick look certainly didn't tell the tale. We'll have more in a few weeks once we get dry, trimmed weights & hopefully we'll have some flavours & effects to report!

Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

Plants growing extremely well, the only problem I think I'm having is too many nutrients. Plant A is showing some strange signs. a few big fan leaves are becoming "crispy" I can see a bit of nutrient burn, but a minimal amount I finally set up the drip system this week. I started LST this week, I bent both plants pretty hard, they are almost parallel to the soil. On plant A I did super cropping by mistake, I was tieing a branch and I put too much force on the bend, but palnt didn't seem afected at all by this. DAY 29 - Nutes PH - 5.96 Solution Temp - 21.5 PPM-1600 Watering Volume per plant - 4L DAY 32 - Water PH - 6 Solution Temp - 21.2 PPM-560 Watering Volume per plant - 4L Next week I will add the second ligh to the tent

12.1. - I've started the week by adding the wires I mentioned, to spread the branches. I can already see some signs of preflower stage, so I guess it was right choice to stop bending the main stems. Let's see how will the plants react. 14.1. - Plants have reacted very well to the LST, so I've decided to add some more wires to the branches. Also had to tighten the ones already in place. 15.1. - Branches are shooting up, first preflower signs are clearly visible so I'm adding Bio Bloom & Top Max to the mix as well. Watered. 💧 17.1. - Almost all of the plants took over the full width of my pots. I have to adjust the wires everyday due to speed and strength of the branches. Seems like they really love LST. Watered. 💧 18.1. - Week wrap-up: I'm very happy to say that this week was successful. Plants have a lot of new growth and future bud sites. Today, I just couldn't resist and decided to bend the main stem to even all plants to same height. I've also swapped the plastic boxes under pots for new racks. Start of week 3 of flowering. Bud site development over the last week was impressive! The Do-si-dos is starting to smell and is already sticky to the touch. Hopefully this girl will stretch a bit more this week.

Not much to say the one on the right seems to be going into to flower or stretching more then the on on the left we turn the light up to 100% this week nows just a waiting game. Plants are a bit green we shall see

Ladies and gentlemen, here we are getting into the 3rd week of flower, so you know what that means!!! Next week is Plagron Green Sensation 💚 and silica and a little cal mag, if needed... this girl is getting big.She is about two and a half feet wide and has been stretching like crazy.. this is gonna be a great plant and a nice harvest, and I can't wait to see how the Plagron nutrients swelling up those buds .. stick around because if need be I will add more pictures throughout the week .. thank you Zamnesia Seeds and Plagron for the opportunity to grow this beauty 😍.. #3 getting harvested soon. Deofliated sixty-some leaves from green to yellow and then went into the dark for 48h. #2 is still gonna take a few weeks, Lots of nutes to slow down yellowing of the leaves. She will probably end up quite fluffy

I probably won't grow this strain again, just due to the growing difficulties, short lifespan, and low yield, although the bud is definitely quality. I learned a lot as this was my first grow, and the next I'm hoping for better yield quantities.

This Auto Sour Diesel seed from Homegrown Cannabis Co. are fast growing and very strong resistance even if the plants suffered from heavy nutrient burns , still produced good amount of buds. Thanks to Mr. Jones, I learned a lot from your diaries and it was such an inspiration. I will try to grow another batch for holiday season. Happy Growing to all. 🙏😊❤️✌️
