Hello Diary! This time on the "Farm" there are two new strains from Royal Queen Seeds, Watermelon Auto and Purple Punch Auto. In this diary we will dedicate ourselves to Watermelon. 😀 I would like to thank James of the Royal Queen Seeds for sending me these strains. 🙏 LET'S START FIRST WITH THE FARM SET-UP: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - Blauberg Turbo - E 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BIOBIZZ Light - Mix Pot - 11L AirPot Seed - Royal Queen Seed Nutrition - BioBizz and RQS Organic nutrition A few words about Watermelon Automatic. The breeders from RQS set out with the intention of crafting a strain that lights the taste buds on fire. To achieve such a tantalizing terpene profile, they selected two of the most flavorful parent strains available: Tropicanna Cookies and Lemon OG. Both of these varieties are packed full of limonene, myrcene, and other fruity and earthy molecules. Watermelon Automatic emerged with a genetic makeup of 75% indica, 20% sativa, and 5% ruderalis. The speedy autoflowering strain managed to inherit all of the tasty terpenes from her ancestors. These are the characteristics, we will now see what it will look like on my small farm. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 14/01/2021. Planting. After cleaning the Farm (GrowBox), I prepared everything I needed. Soil is a Light-Mix from BioBizz, Air-Pot's, Organic Additives that I mix with soil. From the beginning of this hobby, I use only organic fertilizers. I used 11L pots, to which I added 50g Easy Boost Organic Nutrition, 10g Easy Roots Rhizobacter and 5g Easy Roots Mycorrhizza Mix to the soil and mixed everything well. After that I soaked the soil well with water, made a small hole, laid the seed inside and lightly covered it with soil. After planting is completed, they enter their new home. As I wrote earlier, in addition to Watermelon, there are two more Purple Punch Auto on the Farm to keep him company. The temperature in the Box at that time was 23 degrees and the humidity was slightly below 45%, so I will have to put humidifier to raise humidity. I set the lights 35cm from the pots as Migro recommends. 14 - 17/01/2021 I sprayed the surface of the soil with water a couple of times to keep the soil moisture at the surface. 17/01/2021 Watermelon Automatic sprouted. There was a seed coat left on the stalk so I had to remove it by hand, but a nice photo motif. 22/01/2021 I watered the plants with a small amount of water to which I only regulated p.H at 6.4. Farm: 24.7 degrees - 55% humidity I'm quite late with the publication of the diary, the reason is the large number of photos I take and then I need to find time to put everything in a pile, along with the notes and type everything nicely. No matter how much time I spend on the diary, it relaxes me and makes me happy. See you soon.

Day 55 ( corrected) : Wow these ladies like to grow. This last week has them all packing their bud sites , ready for the burst of building them. I have included the pk warrior to the Mc feeds to see how it affects them. It is a complete feed bit you can add things if you balance them properly. I am hoping about 4 weeks left but think they will be done by mid January , day 77 mark. Their bud development is where I would expect it to be in a photoperiod grow so i dont feel so out of my zone now. They smell amazingly like their names says they do and at this early stage , i cannot wait to smell them near their finish. The odd girl who was mottled green has gone crazy for bud developments and has them from base to her whole 1.2m heights. Their look doesnt seem to be affecting her ability to grow buds. The small girl is looking cramped in and when I take the 2 finishing strains out , she will get prime position and a staking out for her last 3 weeks of pure light. The LOS girl is the clear leader with this strains side by side and I wonder how much the damage to number 2 has impaired its keeping up with the LOS.

Calmag enter this week, the fruit are more big. Next week im gonna enter the PK from Aptus. One of my plants has a magnesium deficiency I think, I hope that with the calmag it will be fine. The smells are already magnificent, the Glookie looks like a packet of candy! The fruits will start to grow nicely by the weekend with the high PK intake

Hi all, Welcome to my🍌💜👊 week update Thank you so much for all support on this bananas journey. Much appreciate all your likes, follows and comments. 🙏💚❤️💜 Week 14 Jan 15- Jan 21 Flushing and preparation for harvest 😁 on Jan 15 feed girls for the last time with nutrients. It was reduced dose by 60% 5ltr no runoff. Following morning topped up with 6ltr of ph down and only fish shit. Runoffs PH 6.2. Second watering Jan 18 6tr and 7ltr on Jan 21. It was last watering. Week went very well. No white pistils hairs on Athena for a good while and barely few left on Xena. Many buds have different shapes and colours but all of them are equally hard as rocks, sticky and smelling so deliciously. This week trichomes development was just like I wish for. Just milky and amber in play Status on Jan 22. Mostly of buds 20-50% amber. It's just perfect for my needs🤤 On Jan 21 lights were on for the last time and girls will be harvested after 48 or 72h of darkness. Stay tuned for the final week update! We're at 16 Tops already, probably won't go for 32 though but we'll see. I also used some more hardware store fertilizer which the plant liked a lot.

This week was good. Its been a week since I made the flip..the ladies are already starting their stretch. Pistils are showing up all over the ladies, which is a good sign of stable genetics being that I used feminized seeds. Right now I am giving them the transition stage feeding schedule. This will be my 1st time using bloom booster, I intend to start adding kool bloom to the feedings this week. Also I increased the intensity of the grow light to 100% Yesterday. Nové větve hezky vyrostly. Dám jim ještě 2 týdny a potom bych rád přepnul světlo na 12/12 Na rostlinách se objevují lehké náznaky popálení živinami. Některé listy mají hnědé konečky ale opravdu jen v malé míře D51 Pondělí: Použil jsme LST abych udržel rostliny v jedné výšce. Během LST mi z 50% praskla 2 větve u HazeBerry 2 ve spoji po posledním zastřižení . Jedna větev je v pořádku. Druhá po 3 dnech vypadá že přežije i když vypadala velmi špatně. Holky dostaly 1L vody s 0,5ml/1l RQS Booster Bigger Flowers. D54 Čtvrtek: Poslední velké LST a Defoliace, kdy jsem z každé rostliny odstranil celkem 16 spodních listů D55 Pátek: Dostaly 1,5L vody s vypsanými živinami Holky jsem postříkal výluhem z hmyzího trusu, který má repelentní účinky téměř na vše.

5/14 - Day 54/Day 14 Flower Water uptake is increasing significantly. Been watering about a half gallon to a gallon every 3 days. Stretch has started to begin so I've been starting to get more aggressive with the LST. Darker green color has started to return to the leaves. No signs of deficiencies and my girl looks happy and healthy.

Well. Week 12, I expected that I will be harvesting at this point however girls are FAR behind the schedule so we gonna wait :) the lest one looks awesome, very very frosty and buds will be probably really huge at the end. The right one is unfortunatelly very far behind. Not really sure what happened, if it's strain or my guess is a light leak. I have never experienced this issue before so it's hard to say if is it just gonna be just few weeks later or it's gonna foxtail and buds will be small. I hope for the first option because they have very good potential, they just need to get some more density. Also the right plant is a little bit underfeeded as I was away on holiday and couldnt controll the watering. I hope no more than 4 weeks till the end. A bit dissapointing, not gonna lie.

Everything went well, the humidity was a little high because it was in an unsuitable space, but the plant is very strong and evolved well even after defoliation.
