Let's call it Fuego RSO.. 😎 you will need: 30g / 1 ounce trim or flowers, ground coarsely or blitzed 1 litre alcohol (better the expensive one which is food safe, butthen it would be nice to have a distiller to catch it.. so i take rubbing alcohol 99,9%) a cheap rice cooker, you need to be able to operate it with an open lid, and it needs to switch to keep warm function by itself! a USB cup heater a container for mixing the weed with the alcohol, made from ceramic or glass or something a stick for stirring a container to catch the green liquid (alcohol is magically dissolving many colors and other things so make sure you use the right materials here) a straining cloth, sieve, coffee filter etc to seperate the plant material from the green alcohol trichomes solution a scraper or spatula a heat proof glass to put on the USB heater for last finish a glass container or cyringe to store the finished oil some coconut oil and some small glass jars ° first you pour half of your alcohol over the flowers or trim and then stir for several minutes ° sieve the material, catch the green liquid ° put the material back into the bowl and mix with the other half of the alcohol, repeat ° put the minimum demanded amount of liquid in the rice cooker and switch on, stay there!!! keep the lid a bit open, this is really prone to catch fire now. i do it in the garden when it's windy.. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. I've stopped closing up the tent at nights now. The plants are so far along in flowering they won't turn back to veg, even with the neighbor's lights on. So I'm not in there twice a day now. So I was a little surprised to find spider mites. The grow was going so good I thought I missed the bugs this year. But they showed up. I bought a Hypochlorous Acid Generator last year last year early so I was prepared. I used it at full strength last year for spider mites and I got yellow leaves after a couple of weeks. I guess the leaves got a bit fried at full strength. So this year I'm trying it at 1/2 strength with a drop of dish soap to help choke those dam spider mites. It's a little pricey, but I'm hoping to get years of use out of it, to make up for the price. Everything else is going good in here. Started flushing yesterday with PH adjusted tap water. The tap water used to be at 6.5 ph for years, but the water counsel found out that 7.5 ph water is better for you. So I have to adjust it. It's 1 drop of ph down per gallon and it makes it 5.7 ph. water. It will be 2 weeks more of flushing and then harvest. With the Panty Punch male plant ... I've seeded 1 branch of each plant and I've pollenated 4 clones too. They are - The White, Amnesia Lemon, Critical OG and Pink Kush. I'll send you some free good regular seeds if you want to do a diary on them. I learn from your diaries so I can improve my breeding technics. Week 5 of flower! Did some defoliation and some more supercropping to bring the height down, as I measured 70k lux at the canopy (a little too much). Buds are stacking nicely now, it's on cruise control from here on out. Just gonna let the plant do its thing.

Another good week of growth , started to tie these down , spread them out and shape them to let light in to the future bud arms and defoliated a few of the larger leaves that couldn’t be tucked out of the way . These GSC are looking nice and healthy but not as bushy as the cherry colas in the same space .

Mental rainbow F1 has come quite far she’s on 2nd week of flushing and she’s thickening up and has pretty much stoped stretching and just been focusing her energy on thrichome production and filling out the buds looking forward to harvest within a week or so

Day 50 - Starting week 8 today and she doesn’t look any worse thank yesterday with the lime green leaves so hopefully feeding her nutes hopefully helped her but we’ll see in the next couple days. Day 51 - No significant lightning of the leaves today so I think I got her enough nutes in time so hopefully she’s got enough in the soil to now to push that bud development. She’s definitely a really dark purple and it looks pretty amazing in person, the pictures do no justice. Day 52 - Looking really dark purple now and love the colors. She’s starting to put out a slight citrusy smell as well. Her leaves haven’t really lightened up anymore so I think she’s gonna be ok till the end. Day 53 - She’s chugging along nicely and looking gorgeous. Tested the soil and still a bit damp so will wait a couple more days before giving her some water. Day 54 - Things look great now with this girl. She’s starting to dry out and bit so will give her some fresh water and some cal-mag tomorrow. She’s really darkening up and looks gorgeous. Day 55 - Gave her almost a full gallon of water tonight, she seemed pretty thirsty. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my lights and saw nothing but good reviews on the AGLEX 1200W COB LED and was a decent price so I ordered it today and should be here tomorrow. Really want to see if it helps keep the tent cooler than running 2 cheapo 1000W LED’s. I’m sure it can’t be any worse so can’t wait to get her hooked up tomorrow and see what she does for the rest of this grow. Day 56 - It’s the end of week 8 and all is looking good. I got the new AGLEX COB LED hooked up so really looking forward to seeing if this light will help in the grow. She’s already looking good but hoping this light will push her over the edge. She doesn’t need any water or nutes today and will probably give her the next feeding of nutes sometime this weekend.

Well this little tester has out grown her sisters by quite alot in its development , she is much larger and bigger leaves than the others and looks like she is really reaching for the stars and has had nothing more than fresh water until this week

Just started soaking/germinating 2 Wedding Cake, 1 Platinum Cookies and 1 Blue Dream. Blue Dream is one of my favorite strains and I suggest everyone always have afew OZs stashed away, I’m currently getting low on that so I need to restock for the year.
