Good grow... hope for a better wheater.

The first week of flowering is here, and things are finally looking much better! Both plants have recovered well and are now growing much healthier.🌱 #1 has already started stretching significantly, really picking up speed. It’s exciting to see how quickly it’s developing! Meanwhile. #2 spent about half the week still in vegetation, but towards the end, I finally spotted the first signs of flowering. Now that both are officially in bloom, I’m looking forward to seeing how they continue to develop over the next weeks. On to the next phase! 😊

Fed and defoliated to start week 7. The plant looks great, big frosty sticky buds! Not much else to say here, this girl is on point and loving life.

Amazing high. And the bud never smelled like hay. Not even at 85% rh . Still had smelled berries and gas. I am still curing on it and I am very happy with the results. Buds are hard as rock. Not having a big long cola but many big buds, was also good, good trichome production. When smoked cali kush and gorilla glue terpenes profile are felt instantl. It is a delifghyful experience that comes in wjth a cerebral high and turns later into a relaxed body high that leaves you smiling

Day 23: Both plants are still recovering from the strong pre-fertilization of the soil. Pheno 2, which was weak since it pierced the surface still has a very hard time. I wonder if it will recover eventually... Day 25: Pheno 1 shows first pistil hairs. Day 27: Even Pheno 1 showing curled down and dark greenish leaves, albeit nothing was fed. This strain seems to react sensitively to pre fertilized soil. Day 28 (end of week 4): Tips of every shoot showing first real signs of flowering. I will wait at least another 1,5 weeks until I will apply minimal dosages of bloom and top max. Also pheno 2 (weakling) is now showing pistils. Still it's growth is in slo-mo and looks weak.

A big week for defoliation and lollipop. It is evident that topping an asymmetrical plant does nothing to create more tops. The 6 Strawberry plants are huge for 7 weeks. Originally, I was planning to wait until January to transplant, however, the roots were showing out of the bottom of the pots, and every plant is over a foot tall and half are over 2 feet. I believe the CO2 Exhale bag makes a difference in the speed of growth and development. These are heavy feeders. All showed some nitrogen deficiency earlier on and I’ve increased feeding. I planned to use grow dots extended for photo period plants when I transplanted them to 5 gal. I asked Santa in early November, and he kept sending notice that the order had been delayed. So, I decided to use TPS1 for this grow. I flipped to 12/12 on 12/28 and will water only this week. I hope to reduce the stretch during the first 2 weeks of flower. I must admit; I took on more than I can handle. I started these in November expecting them to be much smaller at 6 weeks. But no, these gals have grown with vigor. I had these 6 huge plants and 4 autos in the 4X4 tent. They grew faster and bigger than the autoflowers am used to growing. Christmas week was hectic with 5 harvests, 6 transplants and defoliation. I had to have my husband assist in the transplant to hold the plant as I held the fabric pot open. A side note: I’m taking applications for Spring & Summer cabana boy positions when I go to the beach. Permanent Marker has stalled in growth a little. I think it has had a bit too much nitrogen. I'm not worried as I'm sure it'll all work out in the end 😅 5.9.25: I decided the plant was ready for some training, I FIM'ed her. Hopefully I can just tie the odd branch down, when we get to that stage. Starting off the 5th week of flower. Buds seem to be filling out well. Day32F - some minor trimming of larger leaves blocking bus sites. Watering 2L about every 3 days. Wish I could lift the pots. Add recharge about once a week. Final feeding will be Gaia green 284 bloom treating the plants as 2 or 2.5 gallon rather than 5 since pots are over sized. maybe add some high phos bat guano and a little worm casting and kelp. All top dressed

I think I over watered this one badly this week. All droopy. Hopefully it will recover but some of the leaves are starting to get patchy so I think there is another issue forming. I believe now that it is a pH issue so I have a test pen arriving soon and I will update with results. Tested pH and it looks good at 6.9 so I'm gonna increase bloom nutes cos it could be phosphorus or magnesium.

Stretch slowing down, secured the existing net for some support and to help with LST. Stretch has slowed down for sure. budlets beginning to form. Did a heavy top dress of Gaia Green, 13 TBSP Power Bloom to 7 TBSP All Purpose, mixed with a few scoops of compost. When I pulled back the mulch to top dress I snapped a few pics and videos of the soil, wow, SO much life it's incredible, one giant heap of life. I find mixing top dress with compost lets gives the roots something to adhere to, and nothing like increasing that root zone! Kept up with some light defoliation and LST with some bud clips and netting, not much else to do but wait! All the excess trim from defoliation and nearly everything you see in the background will get mulched up and added in the fall for next years crop. Circle of life yo! Had some very very minor Powdery Mildew on some fan leaves after we have some 95% humidity roll through, I had company so skipped a spraying of Lactobacillus, and it showed. If you haven't tried it, it's EASY to make and it works wonders, plants love it as a foliar spray or a root soak, I use molasses to keep it stable, so it's double good for flowering time. This will HAVE to get harvested end of September regardless, that gives me 7 weeks from now, so here's hoping for that FastBuds "Fast Flower" action.
