All right here we are guys Midway through week 3 of flower and she should have more production but due to the extreme training and the amount of Bud sites there's a lot of energy being distributed between so many areas that I don't think I'm going to be left with many huge buds but as I mentioned before many thumb size which is fine by me as long as the nugs are tight and smoke as good as I can hope for.. strawberry cough has been one of those elusive strains for me for one I never thought I'd ever even be able to grow cannabis let alone grow the strain that I've been wanting to grow since I was 14 and I'm 38 now going on 39... Long story short this has been a long time coming and so now I'm only a month and a half or so away from it becoming a reality is really awesome... Hello growers! It’s been a calm week. I’m just watering and watching the buds grow bigger each day. It’s pure joy to see everything developing just the way it should. Peace and happy growing! ✌️

The honeydew fallout from the spotted lanternflys in the maple tree above have gotten out of hand. It's almost a constant mist. The only thing I could think to do beside moving them like an ancient Egyptian was adding a protective canopy of some sort. I wanted to get the clear poly weave but this green one was half price so went with it instead. With the way I have it oriented, it doesn't really block out that much direct sun too. In the morning and afternoon the angle of the sun is able to shine right on the plants. It's kind of a win win because should decrease my chances of mold later down the road towards harvest time if it does decide to rain a bunch. I tried washing the plants once this week with some light soap and water with a little baking soda mixed in. I rinsed with cone setting with hose right after and the plants were praying next day but i didn't have canopy up yet so they got hit again. I spotted several pale green assassin bugs on my plants so now Im a little nervous about washing the plants again because I want to keep them around. They are nymphs right now I may try to collect the ones i see become cleaning the plants one last time. Hanging that canopy was one of the more frustrating things I've done in a while. I wasn't sure If or how it would work but I has some medium gauge synthetic rope I tied to the eyelets and eventual 4 tree limbs. I had to bounce back and forth to get it tension climbing my fruit trees and 8 foot ladder. I originally disassembled an unused tomato trellis i built to use some of the lumber to build a post to tie off on in one corner but it ended up being at the wrong angle relative to the tarp and I started to get worried if a storm ripped it out of the ground. So I opted to used only the surrounding trees. After getting it all tension I realized that it was to far to one side leaving two of the plants almost exposed, so I had to come back the next day and re adjust but now I have it in a pretty good spot. I survived a decent storm already this week. Just hope it lasts. Overall making outside feel slightly leas stressful and anticipating more of a good harvest rather than just an experiment with my first outdoor grown.

Plant has solid root base

The plant was freshly defoliated this week, opening up the canopy and exposing all major bud sites to better light and airflow. Stretch is nearly finished and the structure looks very even, with strong, upright branches and well-spaced internodes. Early purple coloration is already visible in the calyxes, confirming a nice expression of the Banana Purple Punch genetics. Overall the plant looks healthy, stress-free, and ready to start stacking buds over the next weeks.

Finally everything harvested. We had terribly high humidity combined with warm temperatures, which is why I harvested the top of the plant about 5 days earlier and let the flowers at the bottom ripen a little more. I will update as soon as it is completely dried with a smoke report and dry yield

I am dropping a Grand Daddy Purple auto. I scuffed both seeds ends. I dropped it in water. It will stay there for 24 to 48 hours until a tap root shows. I will then drop it in coco, and dome till it sprouts. Começou a janela de colheita das tres plantas a mais adiantada ja colhi as outras duas achonqie em uma semana mais poderei colher as duas uma esta bem robusta a outra ficou pequena .

Both frosty and have big nugs. It did go into reveg in late flower but managed to save it before it went awol! Not as good as last time but hopefully tastes like it smells 🏆🌱💚

Had a canny stressful week with the ph levels, got them back up now need to start flowering from tomorrow getting to big now never mind the stretch to come. 😀 Happy growing ✌️

Smells like fruity pebbles! She is flowering really strong, the flower stacker from Humboldt's is super legit and she is still producing new flowers. Chunky fruity smelling buds. The pollinated branch is great, pulled handful of seeds and they look great. Super excited for the super sativa mix of Jack Herer X Durban Poison. Flushing and will harvest her next weekend probably.
