What up Fam, I apologize for the late update. Been away for 2 weeks from the ladies and my son who was watching them did amazing, as I came back to an absolute forest. The plants almost doubled in size which is crazy the growth they had while I was gone. I started adding bloom nutes and did a defoliation and lollipop this week. I'd normally start my training around week 3 but over all they're happy and healthy as can be. Let's Go Happy Growing.

Plants have rapid growth from the start. Started In solo cups no added nutrients just a light water with compost tea

This week, the weather was quite stormy and unpredictable. Temperatures ranged from around 20°C to as high as 30°C, with strong winds and several thunderstorms throughout the week. At one point, the outdoor plant was even knocked over by the storm and lay horizontally on the lawn for a few hours. Despite that, it handled the situation very well and recovered without any major issues. I also topped the uppermost shoots once more, as the stretch has already been quite significant. Indoors, everything is looking good as well. The plant has now been in a 12/12 light cycle for 14 days and is gradually starting to show flower development.

Aug 30: it’s very hot still but buds are looking really good. Starting to fill in and getting sticky, but still several weeks to go. Likely late September harvest, but it will be a very big yield, likely 500g. Hopefully. Sep 2: heat wave is past and we now have a couple days of smoke from wildfires in the NWT. Decreased water volume from 9 L/day when it was hot to 6 L/day now. Sep 5: don’t take flash pics of photoperiod plants unless you follow it up with a red light.

Buds are getting bigger, still raining and very humid, but smells too.

She was the first to pop up (and strawberry pie later that day) I won’t be topping any autos this run! I will be only low stress training until scrog and then I’ll high stress train if necessary! I’ve given the first feed today of biobizz (doing fastbuds organic the other 3 synthetic) my aim is to keep the veg period vigorous! As a great veg equals great bloom!

Into Week 8 now and really filling out. A good solid healthy outdoor plant with little to no extra care or intervention so far, really happy with it and excited to see how it finishes out. Scratched in some Coast of Maine Fish Bone Meal toward the end of the week and then lightly watered in for a little feed.

Unfortunately, the Blue am and dynamighty (also due to their long flowering periods) didn't make it. Told my roommate to cut the plants when I saw that video and those pics but it was far to late already..

I mean, overall this was an extremely painless grow. The test of whether we should or shouldn't top autos is still TBD imo. Our topped candidate produced denser, frostier buds, but weighed slightly less, at 14 grams of bud total. And our lst plant produced 18 grams of bud, not as frosty, and almost as dense as our topped girl. I'll be topping autoflowers from here on out only under the circumstance I have 4+ to grow at the same time. Seems like it could be used to speed up the autoflower grow cycle if done properly, like with right. Since I'm doing a perpetual cycle, it's still a viable option for me in the long run. A few tips I have for anyone growing this strain in organics: Start feeding bloom nutes a little bit prior to flower transition - this makes the transition more seemless. From weeks 1-3 flower, I slowly dropped the grow dosage until I cut off grow nutes week 3 flower. Starting the flush around week 6 flower seemed to really bring out this plant's potential. But I think you could get away with starting the flush around week 5. I hope this helps anyone trying this strain out. It's a good one, I hope to see more journals of it, eventually. Cheers everyone! Well after a miscalculation on the feeding weeks I am back on track. I gave them a drink of PH 6.2 water on the 15th I will feed them this week with another Bloom, Humic Acid and Big Fruits I will increase them by 2 ml per gallon. I am out of the PK booster and should have enough of the other Green Buzz Nutrients to last the grow. They seem to be responding well to the feedings. I might have a little nutrient burn on some of the sugar leaves. Over all autos that don't get very big, the PPM level I have been giving them might be a little high. so one more week of feeding after this 1/25 last food before the 2week flush with Clean Fruits from Green Buzz Nutrients. something similar to a flawless finish I am guessing. till next week Roll Bigger Joints.😺

The plants had been a little root-bound before transplanting them into the bigger pots, this showed in a yellowing of the leaves and a slowed growth. During week 5, now in the bigger pots, the plants are recovering quickly. The start to grow in a nice healthy green color and quickly get bigger in size. Since the light-mix has nutrients in it for appr. 2 weeks, I only add a little BIO NOVA Roots and BN-Zym to my 'FLEXITANK' reservoir. After adding the nutrients I measure the ph-value and see its 6,6. That is too high for cannabis-plant on soil, they cannot take up all nutrients at that ph-level. Therefore I use ph-min from BIO NOVA to decrease the value of the 100 liter nutrient solution in my reservoir to ph=6,0. At this ph-level the plants can take up all nutrients they need for a healthy growth. My two SANlight EVO4-120 LED-fixtures are hanging 75 cm above the plants and are tilted inwards by 11 degrees, following the recommendations of the lights manufacturer. The fixtures are dimmed to 60% of power (=1 green light ON on the dimmer) at this stage, so they plants get a nice stretch and grow into bigger plants fast.

Day 29 - Checked PPM 720. Water always seems to be low from here on. The plant uses so much daily. Late night PPM check 450. Day 30 - Checked PPM 420. ***WHITE HAIRS ARE SHOWING*** Added 10 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. Added 5 mL of each additive plus BIG BUD AND NIRVANA. I dont have bud ignitor and bud factor x or i would have added them as well. PPM is 1,600. Plant is 17 inches tall. Light is 12 inches away from top of plant. PAR/PPFD is around 600 at the tops of the plant. DLI is around 30. Day 31 - Checked PPM 1,080. Plant is 18 inches tall and 24 inches wide. I had to expand the grow area to accommodate the plant. Day 32 - Checked PPM 895. Water is low. Raised the light as some of the leaves was taco shaped. Light is now 18 inches above the plant. Plant is 19 inches tall. Day 33 - Checked PPM 570. Water is low. Added 5 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. PPM is 720. Plant is 22 inches tall. Day 34 - Checked PPM 620. Plant is 23 inches tall. Added 5 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. Added 2 mL of each additive. PPM is 1,020. Day 35 - Checked PPM 700. Plant is 25 inches tall. Roots are as thick as a pencil. The rootball is massive!.

Let the girls recover, did some heavy defoilatation and put my scrog netting in. I did cut 4 clones from each plant, I did notice some differences in their growth but only during flower or at harvest will I really be able to see if the two seeds have similar traits. Fed nutrients at 70% strength and I stopped giving flora micro. Tent is filling in nicely , going to wait another week or two before flipping to flower, I still see empty space in in the two corners so I want to fill it our first. I just bought some liquid koolbloom and floracious specifically to add during flower phase. Thinking of switching to hydro from soil, my and my girl are running our first dwc and it's taking off so fast vs soil.
