Just got done with trimming the 4x4 @greenhouseseedco Super Silver Haze / @blimburnseeds Silver Surfer Haze tent. The final yield is exactly 1000g plus some (kind of a lot)that I smoke in the last 2 weeks 😃 Also got 6, gallon size ziploc bags filled with good quality trim for concentrate. To be honest I was expecting a little more but keeping in mind that this grow I did not supplemented with bottled CO2 I think I’m good with the results. Definitely I enjoyed a lot this grow and I’ve learned even more.

The plants look really happy, with a rich and vibrant color. They are now growing taller more slowly, but the side branches are getting thicker. The buds are becoming really fat and are completely iced out with trichomes. The calyxes continue to swell, and more trichomes are visible, starting to turn slightly milky. Some of the white hairs are slowly turning brown. I estimate about 2-4 weeks until harvest. The scent is simply delicious, with a pleasant creamy berry aroma. The buds are also incredibly resinous, making your fingers sticky as soon as you touch them. The plants are only lightly defoliated, with dead leaves selectively removed and small shoots trimmed only at the bottom of the plant. The ladies are also extremely thirsty. Besides the regular fertilized watering, they also receive tap water from the bottom, which they usually absorb within a few minutes. I also made an extra video to better show the size of the buds, and using the flash at night highlights the trichomes even more.

11.10.2022 130 giorni dalla germinazione al raccolto 70 giorni fioritura in totale Pianta molto bella, sexy, 2 semi su 2 germinati con successo. di due piante, ho avuto 2 fenotipi leggermente diversi, entrambe le piante mostrano una struttura ibrida tendenzialmente sativa, con rami lunghi e boccioli densi e duri, ricoperti da tricomi. Ho laciato le piante crescere con un Lst applicato un po in ritardo, ma entrambe le piante hanno reagito benissimo e formato delle belle chiome a cespuglio. Profumo tendente al dolce, note di lavanda ed erbe aromatiche, una delle 2 in fase avanzata di fioritura profumava di ananas maturo, semplicemente uno spettacolo! La resa sembra buona, le cime sono di ottima qualita, aggiornerò con peso tra poche settimane!

No fertilizer this week. I harvested the Apricot and the Pound Cake. I will wait one more week for the Orange Sherbet because it doesn't seem ready even if it's in the Fast Buds harvest range. This week should be the last "flowering" week, next ones will be the harvests. I don't want to add another flowering week just for the Orange Sherbet, there will be nothing to see that will not be included in the harvest. During half of the grow, the weather was really bad, especially for the summer period. The worst weather was during the vegetative phase. The plants didn't receive enough light which resulted in poor roots and leaves development. Because of that, the plants didn't have the chance to grow nice buds even if the sun was there during most of the flowering phase. Last summer, I grew a Tropicana Cookies (also from Fast Buds) in a tiny pot at the exact same spot and had better results despite the smaller pot. I didn't record the sun for that year but the weather was better from what I remember. I'm disapointed by the weather but cannot blame the plants. You cannot expect beautiful plants and buds if they don't have light 😞 In the end, my summer grows are more like bonus grows (my main grows are under a light in the winter) and I make them just for fun and to be able to taste new weeds without too much investment. 12/11/2021 - held in a glass of filtered water for 24 hours and then used the paper towel method for 48 hours. Seeds planted today in 6 litre pots to germinate before being moved to 15 litre pots on week 3 of veg. high humidity this week - 70% - and 100ml of filtered water every other day. 16/11/21 - all 9 have broken the soil and are stretching slightly to the light 20/11/21 root juice
