Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Overall I’m happy with how the Blue Dream from Crop Kings came out, despite losing one plant to some odd characteristics likely brought on by being a new grower, but upon receiving input from others, the genetics of that particular plant may have been a little off. I picked a small bud 1 week prior to harvest, and let it dry for 5 days, the wife and I smoked it while camping and thoroughly enjoyed the high it produced. Obviously the on the scale weight is way off at 1338 G, lots of moisture and tons of stem weight. Will update with a total next week when drying is complete. After drying for a week I have now jarred and weighed the final result, and the final tally is 140.77 g or 4.969oz. A very energetic and long lasting high.

Meanwhile, our flowering cycle continues. In just one week, the plants have changed noticeably and are developing exactly as expected.

Hello. This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of flowering. This is the last week of food for these beautiful girls. I'll be flushing for the last 2 weeks. I find flushing makes the smoke taste less harsh. And curing in paper bags makes the pot taste great. More on that later... You can tell some of the plants are getting near the end of their lives, they are getting more yellow fan leaves, from the plant drawing back nutrients from them. I can see the clones are pollenated and I should have lots of seeds to share ... Want some free seeds? Just do a diary on them and I'll send you some. Give me your choice, send me a message in privet messaging. I use a international stamp and a Christmas card. Sent out 7 orders last year, all over the world. They all arrived. Some took 2 months though. This is the end of book #3 of Weirdo I'll find some other weird comics for the rest of this diary. Hope you like the old comics?? Some are a little strange though. No pest problems yet, and no White Powder Mildew problems yet either. I've got some WPM on some dandelion's leaves just outside of the greenhouse, but none in here yet. So work has been very busy - but plants look like they are doing well, last week we added the SCROG and top dressed, then just watering (De-chlorinated / PH 6.8) and 1 watering with Recharge. The tent is alive with flowers, tomorrow I am going to add a second SCROG net to help with the weight when these flowers become massive, also will clean out the plants a bit - and may try to create a compost tea. Remember last week I moved the little girl over to my grow cabinet she is doing well but weird phenomes produce such a short plant when her sisters are like triple her size. 02.06.20 - Today I defoliated the little girl - look at all the flowers I found, I topped dressed with Organically Done Bloom Boost with Recharge. 02.06.20 - This afternoon I defoliated and cleaned out all 4 of the girls, topped dressed with Organically Done Bloom Boost (De-chlorinated / PH 6.8) - along with a few doses of optics overgrow planned in the morning - I like to use optics overgrow for insect an inoculant and as a WPM prevention, the other amazing things this dose it just a bonus. 02.07.20 - Uploaded a few pics of the day after defoliation - all looks great! 02.07.20 - Just a few more pics from this evening - the plants are responding well to the cleanup - also pushed the light to 100% now just have to keep things watered and let the buds get fat and juicy!

Couple more weeks trichomes still white

She looks absolutely gorgeous, her flowers are all covered in trichomes, very stinky and strong aroma, one thing I'm starting to notice more and more is that is starting to develop purple flowers, such a wonderful strain to grow,let's see how she performs. Grown 100% organically and naturally.

Planties are getting bushier :3 This week we focused on LST, providing as much light so smaller tops could reach the size of bigger ones. We raised the light cause NL started showing signs it didnt like being close to the light, but also saw some other issues, tips of canna leafs started to yellow, about a week and a half ago we fed them some nutrience, home made organic and also a mix. So now im not really sure from what caused the yellowing tips. Nutriante deficiancy? Nutrient burn? Light? Taking now a closer look, to see upcoming signs that would make this situation clearer. Apart from yellowing leafs, the smell(rrrlll goood) becomes more noticable, its nice coming to the tent, feels like youre high from growing nature :=) We topped speedy chille and took of yellowing leafs, she really liked it and is now growing 4 tops

These week we see a big bud evolution, they're strong and healthy, i can not wait to tryout more strains from SweetseedS. The p.p.m is also a little more higher than the last week because we add 2 ml. Of biobizz biobloom on our weekly feeding and all ready for the 3 week of flowers

Everything going good.. Humidity was a little high so installed a dehumidifier through the wall. Much better now. I got rid of the Gelato it was just bad from jump and then started growing some weird stuff on leaves.. Wasn’t risking the others catching something. But they all seem to be growing good.

9/14 Week 9 and she is doing fine Little vid she is front left Nuets not changing for now 9/16 Doing well but some white tips are saying we gotta reduce the salts so will be dropping CT nuets 10% and upping PK to 2.5 Extra space is really doing them well Defoliation again tonight the war on stemmed leaves has begun 9/17 Held a meeting of the minds and decided the best course of action is to flip the light schedule so I can feed them more appropriately, twice a day. Leaving nuets as they are as this will drop pot EC. Setting the alarm for the AM before lights out at 7:30 and changing the sched to 6AM-6PM summer is done no need for current schedule. I defoliated a lot of the under canopy today so I could move the scrog net upwards. These girls just had to stretch and stretch their legs. And, yes, the smell on my fingers after handling them was intensely citrus. I only gave them a little water this week as the air has been very moist and the soil has been damp enough.

Germination: Started regular 10 seeds. 5- Sour 76 (sour diesel x 76 Afghani) 5- Platunum Yeti F3 (Platinum cookies x Yeti Og) These are "tester" seeds given to me free courtesy of Humboldt Seed Organization. They are testing to see what phenos and germ rates testers have before deciding to launch a line or not. Here we go! Of 10 started, 6 survived. 4 out of 5 sour 76 successfully germinated. 2 out of 5 Platinum yeti successfully germinated. 1 yeti never cracked and I probably could've taken scissors to rough the shell and get it to germ, but it didnt pop in root riot after days so I tossed it! one plat yeti germed and as it rise up got a white furry fungus of some kind. I tried to save it but it ended up dying off. despite it actually germinating initially. 6 lived in their rooter plugs and got transfered to 3.5 x 3.5 inch square pots with coco coir / perlite (70 /30 mix) at 4 days old. I start week 1 with germination which isn't truly veg for time sake, but with a short veg indoors (34 days before flip this run) I'm uploading these all one after another as I've just harvest. 19.1.25: I have watered all plants with 300ml of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3, with 1/3 jar of black strap molasses with Ecothrive Biosys-1g. I am looking to increase the sugars for microbial life and plant processes. It'll also add some extra Calcium, Magnesium and trace elements. I also, watered all plants with Bloom nutrients. Using dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with the following nutrients: (ml/l) ;- ♡ 2ml Cal-Mag ♡ 2ml Ecothrive Flourish ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 2ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Biobizz Top Max ♡ 1g of Ecothrive Biosys I watered around 1-3 litres per plant. Depending on size and requirements. I'm still spilling water containing the nutrient solution. 🙄 I am using this to rub into the leaves. I think a nice foliar massage won't do any harm, make the most of the situation. The plants have become very hungry and thirsty. Increased the water by double. I ran out of my TNC cal-mag. I decided to order the Xpert Nutrients brand, as I like their products. It isn't organic as far as I can tell, but I don't think it matters too much to me, to be honest. I also want to top dress this week, so I bought some Green Leaf PK bud Booster dry amendment from Amazon, too. I'll mix it with canna coco, perlite, worm castings, and Ecothrive Life Cycle. 24.1.25: I went ahead and top dressed all the plants with 4.5 gallons of my supersoil custom mix. This consists of the following substrate and dry amendments: ♡ 60% Canna coco ♡ 20% Worm castings ♡ 15 % Perlite The remaining 5% consists of the following dry amendments;- ♡ 10g Ecothrive Biosys ♡ 1 Tsp RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules ♡ 3 Tsp Vitalink Bat guano ♡ 4 Tsp Diatomaceous earth ♡ 8 Tsp Ground Cinnamon ♡ 10g Green Leaf Bud Booster PK booster. ♡ 3 Tsp Ecothrive Life Cycle. •Worm castings for some all round nutrition. •Cinnamon for mildew and bug repellent. •Canna coco base substrate. •Perlite for adding oxygen to the root and soil system. •Green Leaf Bud Booster PK Booster for blooming.
