Unfortunately only one made it, so I started one more and this third one made it at well 👌 This time I washed and buffered the coco with CalMag and mixed it with a good amount of Perlite for better drainage and aeration. So yet again it refuses too let me add images... In honesty I wont sit her and keep trying for another hour instead if it doesnt upload it is what it is... Luckily it allowed 1 video i say lucky this situation doesnt help as i find growdiaries so usefull in helping myself keep a track.... Not much done with these girls apart from i have removed select few that were bot upto scratch and left with these 5/6 that are themselves not showing great growth compared too my other diary. I may remove the testers that I notice no improvements as too better assist the others, Also I am lucky atleast 1 of each tester strain is still standing 🙏 hopefully this week shows me no others are worthy of the compost heap 🤞🌱 Let's hope a week of hst pushes them too grow this week coming (week 4)... Day 50 Flower: So far the last few cold nights have kept any 8 legged pests away: fears averted. A couple Hoverflies have been patrolling. After a quick google search I read they eat aphids so I think we're friends. Night time temps dipped as low as 5c while daytime temps were 22-24c with sunshine 95% of the time. I keep it indoor until 10am when it warms up so that morning photosynthesis isn't inhibited. I am aiming for 100g in 100 days so these last two weeks w may be tougher to keep her happy as temperature is rising into the high 20s(c). The one day i let her sit in the sun at 28c i noticed the top calyxs suffered UV damage and caused minor fox tailing. From then on if temperatures peaked above 26, my procedure is to shade it. I've made more frozen water bottles to circulate in and out of my reservoir every two hours. Root health has improved they are looking pretty good and the water is always kept cold to touch. I haven't used h202 in a few days. She smells more and more everyday! The smell drenches fabric and my darkroom smells for hours after taking her out for the day. Day 52: Temps hit 32c high today. I had to put the plant in the porch shade by 1230 when it peaked over 26c. Circulation fan on full blast keeps her happy and fox tail free (knocks on wood) She's drinking like a sailor close to 5 litres+/- in this heat. When i refresh the reservoir i give her a heavy dose 4ml/L. Then when topping up the reservoir I only use 2ml/L. Day 53: Trichrome inspection with a loupe confirmed its mostly cloudy with over 25% still clear as glass.

Looks like a sunny week this week, have taken the lowest branches off the ones that appeared at the first node. Rearranged greenhouse so plant gets direct sunlight’s from 8:30-18:30 each day

OMG, so much has happened since my last post, this is way overdue. My soil went totally hydrophobic, my PH pen was outta calibration so my soil ph was way of, combined with another gnat infestation. Things are much better know. the gnats are gone, transplanted into larger pots with newly bought soil, changed lighting to 18/6, vegged for a couple more weeks . One plant showed full male pollen sacs and one had suspicious looking male pre-flowers so I culled both. The last 2 showed what I think look like female pre-flowers. I just flipped lights to 12/12 on 4/4 so hopefully I have 2 females, started weaving thru scrog net, canopy looks fairly even, plants due look super healthy aside from couple tips have a bit of yellow But thats from early veg when I had the lights a tad too close. Wish me luck ;).

Ich habe die Royal Highness länger in der Wachstumsphase gelassenwie gedacht. Aber die Pflanzen sind recht empfindlich und erholen sich nur langsam von diversen Eingriffen. In 3 Tagen werden ich die 3 aber endlich in Blüte schicken, ich hoffe sie bilden im Laufe der Zeit nicht mehr soviel Verzweigungen aus. Meine Growbox ist nun halbwegs ausgefüllt mit Trieben.

Recap.. Medium: Coco and Leca mix in 1L grow bags transpl to 5L bag Lighting: Greenhouse light by day, 600W LED by night Nutrients: EHG Micro & Grow, Biodyne, CalMag pellets, Phytha tonic, diluted fish tank water Training: Starting early LST Plants are now entering Week 5 of veg and responding well to the environment. The roots are well established in the 1L bags, and new growth is looking lush and vibrant. Started light LST to encourage lateral branching and even canopy development. They're drinking more now, so I’m adjusting watering frequency accordingly and alternating between fish tank water + Biodyne and a mild EHG Grow mix. Sprayed Neudosan as a preventative measure against spider mites picked up on Blue Cheese. No signs of pests or stress so far on the Supercheese clones. CalMag pellets are helping maintain strong leaf development and overall vigor. Planning to up-pot soon if growth continues at this rate. She recovered from the adjustments and the soil being in better conditions for nutrients uptake she continued with her growth normally. I reintroduced the microbial system by watering with a compost tea I made. I then reintroduced nutes to her feed all while making sure all solutions given were at the ideal Ph and PPMs. I mostly use RO water with 5.2 Ph/ 32 PPM so after the flush I gave days to the soil to dry back then for the next watering I had to ph up around 5.8 to 6.3 to tackle the high ph issue in my medium. Gradually we came back to range with the last watering I checked and we were around 6.5 ph/ 1089 PPM which is ideal for where I want my soil to be. Around day 38 she started showing pistils on a few tops. By the end of the week I could tell she had officially entered her flowering stage. I didn’t defoliate this week, I wanted to give time to the plant to recover. I instead did some LST by the end of the week to open up the canopy a little more. I love how everything is going I’m grateful for the knowledge I’m learning along the way. Take care of your loved ones happy growing

Very Early flower about to some 50/50 284 dry amendments next week apart from that just been using my tap water not been pHing and shes been happy as rain

1st week 2nd day - Gelato popped through, removed water bottle. Swapped intake and exhaust fans about to get new fresh air from outside. Used diffuser to raise humidity and ice cubes to lower temp. Intake running on full, exhaust at 70%. Cookies popped through. Removed water bottle. Misted tent and lightly top watered. Intake at 70, exhaust at 50 for overnight. Diffuser to hold humidity. Day 5 - First watering - 1l ph water each. Misting tent throughout day. Day 6 - Added 180mm cyclone fan for air movement. Removed runoff. Both seedlings doing well. Slightly further development on cookies.

Pre-flowering stage, stretching phase. Today exactly 14.41 hours of light. Average week's temperatures 80°F High humidity, some stormy days, hew heat wave is coming. Afghan is a massive plant and is almost ready to flower. Branches are very thick and sticky. Great smell. Starting to defoliate the bottom canopy. No issues, no pests, no need 4 food.

Started Some LST by pulling down the main stem on day 15 coz they were doing nice and good and took well to their feed without any issue. Come day 16 and *!SNAP!* It's Like Hearing one of your own limbs breaking and number lll lost her top from coming on 5 nodes right down to the first node, It was a sad day in the box , hearing a branch crack is the loudest sound in the grow esp if they are so young. I tried some surgery with some duct tape and left it for a couple of hours hoping it would recover but nothing and I decided to let go and clean up the top nicely, Basically grew out 5 nodes to be topped at the first by mistake and I was considering topping the Autos just for a test but it seems like my hand was forced, Be very gentle with the LST is what I've learnt from this but atleast I still have something to work with and might even consider mainlining depending on the growth. Day 17 And They Are All Recovered nicely after thier feed and the bud sites are now pushing from number l and ll (I've Marked the bags l,ll,lll)
