Aug 17: Auto Overdose is a nice plant but it’s not an auto. I started this one late and only topped it once thinking it was an auto. Other growers have noticed it isn’t an auto too, so I forced it in the dark garage. Flowering has to be started by the end of July here or it won’t finish in the fall. The flowers are forming quickly and I suspect this is actually Overdose Fast. So far so good, and good genetics for a Fast plant. Aug 18: no UV light today unfortunately but it was decently sunny. Scrog net certainly seems like a good idea. This plant is asymmetrical because I broke one of the two main stems a couple weeks after topping. This changed the shape of the plant so it’s become one-sided as if I was growing it up against a wall. Lots of nice lower branches came up so she looks pretty good now.

Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Hola Primera semana se demoraron 4 días aproximadamente en salir de la tierra. Se han realizado 2 riegos: 200ml c/u 1ml calmag 100ml c/u 1ml Bio grow 1ml Bio heaven 0.5 calmag Raiza 🐈

Today is day 45 from germination and day 15 of flower. I am not sure if it's a 8 week strain or it may go a bit longer however the bud development I am thinking seems slow if indde she is an 8 week strain. I guess this is where I look at tric's and hairs to see when she is ready. So I will continue to feed in hopes of bigger denser nuggs.

3-11-2019 Into week 5 of flower and it's time for a change out of the Nutrients and add some Fresh RO water and Power To Bloom followed 4 days later with some UMP. She takes on a lot of feedings and running the RO water has been a daily task. She looks good and producing well. Buds have been close to the light with no burn so far, keep bending them down against their will every now and then.

—SETUP— .BOSSLED LED 1800W full spectrum, real power consumption is +-250W. .Grow space 60X100X200(a simple shower box. .AN nutes and other simple additives. .Grow medium is 60% peat, 30% perlite, 10% organic correction(worm castings), 5 gallon fabric pots(18l). —BRIEF— Hi there, I have tried already done this genetic outdoors, in poor lighting and a general purpose nute from Neudorff, yielded 25g dry, in 3gallon pots same medium. So this is a good experiment, lets see indoors how she will compare. —GERMINATION— My germination process always start by scarifying the seeds, i created a little tool for that. I just a little container with sandpaper walls. Shake gently for about 60 secs+, this allows for the water to penetrate better in the seed shell, once you soak. Then i soak overnight from 12 to 20 hours max. From there i either plant straight or use the paper towel method to see the tap root before. If you are a bit on the impatient side seen the tap root is advisable so you see some movement before planting. Lol! —ROYAL QUEEN SEEDS . QUICK ONE . INFO — Chose this strain because is basic and I have to travel for a month soon, and someone else is going to take care for this time. :) Most of our autoflowering feminized strains are easy to grow. This one, however, is so easy to grow that we had to call it Easy Bud. Easy Bud is very similar to the autoflowering strain White Dwarf. Seedlings look a bit odd, this one with a purple center, let's give her some days in and see what happens next.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. So amazing! She’s stretched healthily up to canopy and I feel she may still have a bit of stretch to go so I think I can take her off her raised block (4”) and let her just be where everything else is at 44” (top one) it’s going to be an amazing yield here! I think my best ever I’ve ever done! With the least supplements 😉 my way seems to get me more than if I used all of advanced nutrients line up! Lol been there done that!

Week 3 – Growth Explosion & Big Move! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the AC Infinity propagation tent after coming back from Munich — these girls exploded in size! Even without much water, they kept pushing. I’m starting to think the trick with Sonnenerde is keeping moisture on the lower side. Being away for 5 days, though, had its downsides — a few plants stretched into the SANlight Flex and got some light burn on their leaves. Still, they’re looking like some of the juiciest, darkest green plants I’ve ever seen. Papayton is still slightly ahead, but a few Lemon Cherry Runtz are catching up fast. Despite being kept in small pots under relatively low light (this setup is more for clones/seedlings than veg), they developed super tight internodal spacing — perfect for future training! I just repotted them into 7L pots with a solid layer of expanded clay pebbles and some Japanese bonsai substrate (clay-based) to help them stand above the moisture in the Autopot tray. The rest is filled with Dope Soil by Florganics, so now they’re rocking two awesome living soils in one pot. They’ve officially graduated to the 120x90 (4x3) Homebox under two SANlight EVO 4-120s. For now, they’ll be top-fed for about 10 days until the roots hit the bottom — can’t wait to see how the drainage system works out. Let the real show begin! 🌱🔥💚

Week 6 | Glookies Auto The stretch continues. From 50cm last week to 78cm this week — the outdoor environment is pushing her hard and she’s responding exactly as hoped. Structure remains solid, internodal spacing is consistent, and the canopy is filling out well in all directions. Looking closely at the top, the first signs of flower sites are beginning to show. The auto trigger has kicked in and she’s starting to transition. From here the focus shifts — veg growth will slow down and the energy goes into bud development. Feeding and environment holding steady: CANNA Aqua Vega at 3 ml/l, CalMag Agent 0.9 ml/l, Aptus Regulator 0.1 ml/l. pH 6.2, EC 1.2 mS/cm, 1L per plant per 24h. Temperatures settled at 28°C day, 18°C night, humidity 60%. Updates every Sunday. Stay tuned.
