Our Northern Lights is flourishing beyond expectations. The buds are incredibly dense and continue to swell daily. This remarkable growth is a testament to the resilience and genetic quality of the plant.The trichomes are predominantly cloudy now, with a few beginning to turn amber. This is a crucial indicator of maturity and potency, suggesting that harvest time is approaching. The tent's aroma is becoming increasingly potent, a sign of the buds' maturing profile. I'm keeping the tent closed more often now to manage the strong smell. This intense aroma is a clear indicator of the quality and health of our plant. Looking back at the initial issues we faced, it's incredible to see how beautifully our Northern Lights has turned out. Her resilience and our adaptive approach have led to this stunning result. The EC level is now stable at 1.3, and she seems to be responding well to it. Over the next two weeks, I plan to gradually decrease the nutrient levels and then start the flushing process. 👉Its week 11 and the plant is looking beautiful. Lots of bud sites all over the plant. The plant is looking healthy and seems to be thriving. The tips of the leaves on the new growth at the top of the plant show a brown. I had a day when the outflow of the fertigation was +30. I did a low EC fertigation right away and more regular EC. Since then Ive kept the run off within 10 by preceding ever other fertigation with a low EC feeding with just enough volume to get a few mls of run-off. On the GHE drain to waste feed chart Im on Mid-Bloom mixture. I am guessing it may be 2-3 weeks before its in 'late bloom' stage. Im still mixing full strength and the EC for a batch is 1.5ms. While I believe that by allowing the run-off of fertigation to reach +30 is what cause the brown tips. Im also mindful that I may need to dilute the batch a little. To see the effects of nutrient/media issues it can take a couple of days if its subtle. So if I continue to see the bright green tips of new leaves turn brown then Ill lower dilute the mix. Ive seen no other possible indicators of negative issues. 👉The plant is filling out nicely all over. Marble sized fuzzy pearls are scattered all over. There isnt much aroma besides the typical young cannabis plant smell. Ive squeeze a couple small buds, there are visible trichomes and its sticky to touch, but no notable aroma. The trichomes are coming out all over the place and it should make for a very fuzzy plant. 👉I have removed a couple more small branches and shaded leaves and will only take vegetation that is showing issues or totally shaded and showing lack of vigor. I have installed the bamboo steaks that I will use for support for the branches. I attach them to the metal posts attached to the hoop around the base of the pot. This keeps the steaks out of the media. The Plant is 36" and the early flower stretch seems to have slowed. I have 6 more inches of light adjustment height before I have to resort to spreading the light supports and angling the lights to allow for more height. 👉This coming week should be more of the same as 99 slowly matures. I have a new fan that I may install. Currently I have a 4" 190cfm exhaust fan (vented outside). I anticipate as temperatures drop outside my tent temps with rise like they did last spring. Im not using a cob light this time and surprisingly the temps have stayed steady at 78-80. The new fan is a 6" and 440cfm. I have a variable speed controller to use on it and will hopefully be able to have more control and success at maintaining cool temperatures better during the more mild weather (sounds convoluted I know).

Since last week she begun changing leaf colors (as finally some "cold" arrived). Still can only find very few amber trichs, and white pistils are still majority and erect, but dont know if it is lack of maturity or strain genetics at play... might hold the knife for a few days still... how long would you say she has ?

Hi there, this is the start of week 7 of flower. The MXOP has turned a rich burgundy/wine red the colors are really something else. As for the aroma, man is it complex there is the Orange smells but then you have a vary sharp gas smell (my favorite) along with some vapo rub smells These plants are telling me they are getting ready for the end of the season as they are not taking up as much water as the past few weeks, I would say at max I have 3 weeks to go but could be as early as next week. I’m going to try to wait it out as long as she can go. Every time I open the tent I’m greeted with some of the most beautiful plants I have ever seen, I will do justice to these girls when the time is right I’ll give her a good photo shoot. Smells like Rubber bands coated in a berry sugar or berry sryup very interesting on the nose! Harvested day 67 ish maybe a couple more hard ot tell outdoor Split the harvest into drying buds and some to made into fresh frozen hash. i can dry weigh the fresh frozen buds and put that weight in the wet section and i will put the to smoke buds in the dry weight section so total between the two will be the whole plant Drying was a big mishap got condensation around day 10 of drying and it caused some mold 🤦‍♂️ right around the time i was going to cure! Found a peroxide soak that ill post butt it seemed to take off all the mold without affecting tricomb heads! Had to re dry for another week afterward i feel like the re dry maybe messed with the terps because it definitely never got the smell back like i thought but who knows slmost 3 weeks into cure coukd get better but doubt it

Start of week 6! Increased the feeding this week, with an extra liter fed during day 5 of week 5. It definitely helped and will continue on with the extra feed, for the rest of this grow. She's a hungry girl! Bud sites are developing nicely and the smell and stickyness is amazing!

The two videos are from the same week but in different stages.

Week 8 for 9lb Hammer F2, This strain is really becoming the runt of the garden 😂 I don't like coming outside to see them whatsoever... Really hoping that will change when they get bigger but ATM that's my opinion towards them. They are starting to get a bit of a size difference since i started pulling them sideways. Didn't get fed whatsoever last week the pots are still very heavy from the rain, She's probably too wet actually. Trying my best to stay positive towards them😂

Okay, so this girl looks good and is starting to get stinky.In the best way possible... I really wish I knew what the genetics were... As long as she smokes as good as she looks, you will not hear me complain lol .. she's had a lot of stress probably being in veg for as long as she was in only a one gallon container and I screwed up because I should have transplanted her giving her a week to recoup and then flip the flower... but when somebody tells you it's an auto flower, it just takes a while to figure it out .. hope everyone is doing well.God bless and happy growings ✌️

I use with her top crop complete mix .... she grows outdoor ... without any relevant information ... only her vegetation is slow ... it's autumn ... and the sun is not very strong ...

I would believe this variety again ... I think it could be better ... and do not make some mistakes in it ... I recommend it to all growers ...

10/2 They made it to their forever pots. Next Saturday we'll be hitting 2 months from sprout and as a whole its been a pleasure to grow these plants. They all are a very healthy green and seem to be happy. Temperatures in the region may have unexpectedly slowed them down (I grow in a basement) because temps have plummeted from around 78 with the lights on to as low as 71! I don't think they like it either. Growth has slowed with it. Never fear, space heater is here. Everything thing needs to be dialed in for the next few weeks because I want explosive growth over the next 21 days. Going to try a SST somewhere in there. Parsing through all this bro science isn't easy but it sure is fun to experiment. It allegedly gives you good root growth and provides crucial enzymes. Almost sounds too good to be true but I'm going to see how it goes regardless. I heard you can use I wide variety of seeds but alpha alpha is the only one I have on hand. Wish me luck. As for the plants: Moby= beast. I'd be a fool not to attempt to clone her. Vigorous grower and responds well to training. Not a demanding eater either, at least so far. Loving this freebie from NASC. Highly recommend them if you're in the northeast US looking for a local seed bank. GZ 1 = steady. Probably the biggest back slide if you want to call it that. Spotted some yellowing on lower leaves but they are shaded by this ones thick canopy. May not even be an issue but we keep an eye on it. Probably the biggest critic of the lowering temperatures because she's slowed down in the past 2 days. Gz2= trooper. She had a rougher upbringing and she's got a far different shape than the other two because of it. But with a little work I'm sure soon both GZ will be indistinguishable from one another. Banana daddy= forgot to take pics of her. Man have I been growing autoflowers all wrong. I may have fed this plant once. Though it should be noted that the soil I put her in was amended with alpha alpha, fish bone meal, and guano. She seems to really enjoy it so far. Not a single yellow leaf. Droopy at times though which is odd. Also some tacoing on new growth that ends up correcting itself as the leaf gets bigger. Double odd. Next time I do an auto run I'm definitely doing much less in terms of feeding and maintenance. Loving your plants too much can be deadly. Starting to figure them out though so I'm happy I did at least one. I'll post in a few days when I water my photos again.
