Die erste Blütewoche ist nun vorbei. Die Pflanze geht auch ordentlich in den Stretch und hat in dieser Woche nochmal 17cm zugelegt Die Pflanze hat einen wundervoll geschwungenen Wuchs. Sie ist schön Breit und dennoch kompakt. Ihre Höhe schätze ich als Moderrat ein. Die Pflanze legt insgesamt eine top Performance hin. Bildet allerdings viel Blattwerk aus, daher habe ich nochmal ordentlich defoliert und die unteren Triebe Rausgeschnitten. Auch habe ich nun die oberen Triebe nochmal etwas runtergebunden um eine bessere Homogenität hinein zu bekommen. Day 50 400 ml plain rain - just drank up her nutes Day 51 400ml plain rain - prob need to thin her out for flower - instead going to lst the leading stems in the centre - try and get some 2dary growth and control that stretch and then see which other stems make it to the party by end of week Day 52 400ml plain rain Defoliated heavily for preflower stretch - took out all fans of strong established stems and fans of totally weak sites which I fimmed. Fimmed a few under branches. Pulled the leading mainlines out again - there is so much stretch so very soft, can't tie down so rolled them and the central stems that are leading - just to get them to toughen up. Exposed many who might be something - left their fans on if they wanna try. Then I decided I wanted to try the scrog idea I had and would you adam and eve it? It fit! I intensively fimmed everything at bottom including their fans - leaving stronger stems to get more air & light. Under leading meristems, I left a few nodes and their fans for the general wellbeing of plant. The mainlines are still tied to get more light to the remaining branches I hope will stretch. As per usual I have two sap sucker leading stems that are screwing everything up - these are tucked and hoping won't hold up the rest from stretching. Looks good, tastes better but the yield was poor and I put this down to the algae and the fact it’s my first time growing in flood and drain, first time using Canna Coco A&B & first time trying loads of small plants to try and achieve the same yield as a few big one. You live and you learn

Day 92: what’s happening guys! Week 14 is here. Temps have been okay and humidity has been okay. I’ve got the 400w hps set up and it’s dropped temps slightly and slightly raised humidity which is what I wanted. In my opinion she’s looking ready for the chop! I’m seeing plenty of cloudy trichomes and a few ambers and I’m going for less of a couch lock so I’m thinking around now she is ready. I started plain water 6 days ago and she’s recieved 2L,1L and then 1L again today. All leaves have started yellowing, I imagine this is the plant pulling the nitrogen from the leaves as there’s none at the roots. How much longer does she need to be fed plain water for before she is ready for the chop? Thanks! Stay safe and happy growing✌️🌱🍁 End of the day edit: I decided to harvest the majority of her. The bottoms just a bit under developed so I’ll leave it going a bit longer. After chopping and taking photos out of the hps light the nugs are looking a tinge purple although I can’t see it as strong with my eyes. Hopefully I’ll get a wet weight later so I can add it to the diary later on. Temp is around 24c and humidity is 45-55. How does that sound? I’ve got extractor at the top and a fan at the bottom. We’ll see how long it takes to dry, hoping to go for atleast 5 days. With the virus going around I’m really making use of what I have at home so hopefully the climate will hold up🤞 any tips and advice about drying and curing etc is hugely appreciated🙏 I’ll be back with the harvest update once she’s dried out✌️many thanks happy growing!🍁🌱 She weighed in wet at 110 grams. Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . Didn't have too many pictures before the flip, the other plant in the tent was being wild and stretchy. Still making good growth but is still kinda small.

Big round of defoliation. Very excited to see stretch, they seem to have entered it after a few days delay. Been clearing up larf in rounds as well, they're not quite lollipopped but I've developed my colas. Most smaller tertiary branches are gone, unless theyre sturdy and not going to crowd. instead of completely removing offending tertiary branches, i have left a single node with a single growth tip on each to yield bud. Trying to remove only the weak, malformed growth and stuff that crowds.... want long, thick colas. Recharge, fresh Actively Aerated Compost Tea w/ alfalfa meal, organic cal mag only, sometimes just spring water and cal mag ph'd.

i used a low dose because for my plants even half strength is often too much, this saves nutrients tho. Around 825ppm, 18 DLI, Ph 6-6,25 thanks to FastBuds and Terra Power!

Blue Sunset Sherbet Day 100# The plant was at the end of its fourteenth week two days ago... the crowns started to develop nicely yesterday, and I reckon that it has already entered early flowering, but from the next update I count it as flowering... the plant has not grown since the last update, probably because it focused on the formation of flowers, and I expect it to stretch out in the next 2 to 3 weeks, I hope not too much (it received half a dose of boost, so it shouldn't) Last night she got her first dose of bloom and boost Pictures and video are from yesterday Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

After 1 week of growing, the Blue Dream'Matic is doing well. I am going to slowly increase its nutrient solution strength and lower the lights to dial in some stronger growing conditions. It has been enjoying 1-2 times a day fertigation so I think the coco medium is draining well. I have included a time lapse of the first week of growth. I am working out the kinks of the setup, so the video is a bit messed up towards the end, but it shows potential that I am going to keep working on! Day 8: transplanted to a larger pot as a significant number of roots were growing out of the seedling bag. Day 9: It looks like there has been a cal-mag or root issue affecting the first set of leaves, which grew in while there was a lower nutrient EC. The new growth has not been showing the same issue, so hopefully the issue has been resolved. Thanks for reading, and happy growing!

Sticky Rice is looking good so far. The leaves are a nice dark green and it's growing at a steady pace. I'm excited to see it get a little bigger so I can start training the branches. This strain's supposed to stretch a lot, so I want to make sure it has plenty of room to grow.
