Growing beautifully, not much to add really,.. roll on next week

Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain. This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Gorilla Cookies continues to smell and is very sticky. It is a tall and lanky plant but look at the heavy buds weighing down the stems. It should be ready to take down in a couple of weeks. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use. did some well needed defoliation looking a lot better. Buds are starting to get thick and heavy and covered in trichome. First bit of hairs are starting to turn orange.

This is starting 9th wk. Not going to flip unit wk 12. Hoping seedinds will get bigger. Autos showing sex, but no buding. I got 2 plants from fastbuds going. I think may some of the genetics are a Little old. Run them before my GG4 Isnt growing like the first one did. Just waiting. Any advice would be well appreciated.

Gorilla zkittles occupy the middle back between the two nets. It's growing beautifully and roots have definitely established. Flip will occur soon in the coming days.

The ladies doin' great so far and Cookies Kush #1 is developin' so well. I guess I goin' to top the other ladies soon, too. Wedding Cake ain't gettin' that tall again which is pissin' me off a li'l bit. Never mind we will do the best out of it. So stay tuned guys 💚

5/28 I think she's about to go off. 6/2 she's been droopy leafed for a bit. I backed off on nutrients for over a week. I thought it may have been overwatering but at the same time I don't want to kill off the microbe life in my soil right now by letting it get overly dry. I'm more experienced with coco and the dry back is more aggressive and intense and with soil it's a little different and slower but it als9 cant dry back as

This plant is a beast.. she is massive and well into her stretch. Loads of bud sites and great spacing between nodes. I had to supercrop her as she was pushing twice the height of all othe girls in the room. She took it well and is fully recovered and just great. Love this plant. Very odd smell quite disgusting ATM tbh.. I started giving this girl a light misting with some fishmix and activera for a few days as she was looking like she was not getting enough food. 5 days on she is looking good Thanks for stopping by. no he podido actulizar la semana pasada ya he hecho muhas cosas pero estoy de vuelta. comenzando la semana solo hechaba agua nada mas ya q tenia pensasdo cosechar la mitad de la planta el viernes/sabado ya q estaba haciedno mucha humedad por el frio y estaba apareciendo botritis y hongo rn algunos cogollos.

What up family sorry for the late update, was out of town for the past week. Wow what a site when I opened the tent to plants that have tripled in size easily. They're just start the flower period so I'll switch the Nutrients over to Athena Bloom A & B as well as a P & K booster. They got a light defoliation before I left even though you can't tell, I'll be doing some more this week and doing a little lollipopping. All in all super excited for the flower period. Happy Growing

Defoliating more often than expected, plants just fill in the canopy so quick this run. Slurricane didn’t stretch much and stayed on the shorter side overall so I elevated them with a riser underneath the middle two pots. Royal Jelly and PKBR easily doubled in height during stretch bringing them to a little over 3 ft. Heavy water need during the stretch for those two so I made sure to avoid overwatering the Slurricanes which were gentler sippers. All phenos were successfully cloned (my first attempt at cloning). Kept them in the humidity dome sitting longer than I would’ve liked before up-potting but I realized most of my clones were cut too long and were getting strangled from growing by the dome. In the future, ill take my cuts shorter and be ready to up-pot after about 2 weeks

THURSDAY 12/20: Charlene is still popping pistils, but I went ahead and flushed her again today with 2 gallons of ph'd water, some bembe, and some terpinator. Her trichromes are only about 50-60% cloudy still..might've started flushing a little too soon... Charlotte looks pathetic...so sad about her demise. She'll end up in the trim bag for making e-liquid I guess.. One of my 2 x C4 seedlings is already purple in the middle??...really??? FRIDAY: The new evaporative cooler is working pretty well in the tent. High temp was 84f with it running on medium and with ice in the reservoir. That's a win. I suspect that when I need to run the other two 85w bar lights it will be pushing 90f again unless I run it on high. RH is is staying between 38% and 45%, which is another win! SATURDAY: I flushed Charlene again today with 2 gallons of ph'd water + bembe. Next time will just be plain water..Charlotte is super fugly but I'm trying to kickstart her again..she's just making leaves it seems. SUNDAY: Photo session today..Charlene posed well for me, but it was hard to take photos of poor Charlotte... Charlene's got a few ambers now...last flush will be on Tuesday.👌
