-Sensi Seeds Research: The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #13, week 6 of flowering : Everything went well during the week, maybe except the fan falling down right in the ScrOG ... damaging some stems, but after tying them to some sticks it looks ok, I don’t really see any difference in the pictures by the way. Tough genetics, I’m really happy with all of them, I can’t complain on anything. There’s buds everywhere, all dense and hard, this is what I like. 👍 Reducing BIO Bloom ( not Organic Bloom ) just a bit for this week, it might be one of the last feeding with Alga-Max for some plants and probably the last feeding for a few of them, I don’t know yet all depends on how it turns during the following weeks. 👉Tip for new growers : you must stop adding any PK boosters 2 weeks before harvest ☝️ Mars-Hydro SP 250 is very effective. I’m growing 3 small plants between the ScrOG’s, was using my tubes for seedlings to give them a bit more light but nothing was really happening, they were having a hard life trying to grow some buds. But after just a lil bit more than a week under the SP 250 they started to make buds, getting fatter and denser, even the small nuggs in the bottom are getting some light which was impossible with the tubes ! (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞)

First of all sorry for not showing you all the transplant of this beauty, My phone freaking died and couldn't be able to film the process of this plant, I'm very sad about it, but anyways we gotta keep working, so this lady has been Transplanted on day 39 just like her sister and she will be fed with the complete biotabs organic line, I've prepared the 15L pot adding 25G for every 5L of soil of startrex then sprinkled a few mycotrex grams on the planting hole, and once the transplant was done I added 3 biotabs slow release tabs and then just watered with 1g of bactrex and 1ml of orgatrex per liter of water, the plant looks absolutely beautiful, let's see how she develops, one thing is sure, she won't be hungry at all!

Tester FBA2502 – 42 Fast Buds | Day 72 This autoflower has exceeded all expectations! The plant is compact yet very productive — the side branches almost rival the main one. The buds are dense, heavily coated in resin, and fully covered with trichomes. Flowering finished right around day 72, and trichomes are about 15% amber. 28-10-2018 Filling in quickly, nice blend with the Gorilla Glue, managed to make a few clones last week before changing to 12 cycle. hope they can stand the wait until this round finishes in 8 weeks if not i will just re clone again off the clones lol 31-10-2018 Halloween and the girls are wearing their best costumes. GG are really starting to beef up, There are quite a few buds under the screen, would have been a ton better had i started training earlier on. Some new pics of the progress. I raised her in a skull, but most of her life was spent in neglect. I left her outside in burning heat, then in sudden cold, dragged her indoors, then abandoned her again. She suffered thirst, darkness, and the bite of spidermites that stripped her leaves — though strangely, they spared the flowers, as if something in her bloom commanded a grim respect. When her time came, I did not cut her. Growing is usually a preparation for harvest — you nurture only to take, always before death arrives on its own. I chose the opposite. I carried her down into the cellar for her final weeks, set her skull in the stone-lit dark, and simply let her decline. There she stood, a crown of fading flowers above hollow bone, turning slowly from bloom to ruin. I left her to wither not by accident, but as proof. To show that a grow without harvest becomes its own message: that life, denied the cut, meets death as it is, unshaped, unclaimed. And in that cellar, in her vessel of bone, she embodied what I wanted to see — beauty not ended by hand, but surrendered to shadow.

We’re back! 💨 Finally was able to get some picks and do an update on these girls. Pushed them 11 weeks into flowering and we cut them down. Took 4 days for me to trim it all! She’s drying in my rack now so I will update the harvest info shortly. I pulled 1 of these already about a month ago that I was growing alongside my peyote cookies and it was some decent buds, not spectacular at first but after a few weeks cutting its coming along better. Ended up with about 11 oz off that one girl and we cut her at the 9 week flowering mark and she had about 2 weeks less veg time as well. So we pushed these 2 girls to the extreme the other way(partially because I just didn’t have the time to cut them…lol) and hopefully we will get some more intense highs from it. I kinda just let these girls do their own thing and really only bent them down over my screen once and tucked a little to fill the screen but other then that she was just blowing up all over and I had a hard time actually containing these 2 girls In my 4’x8’ tent. We also got a good heat wave again that pushed my temps way up in the 10th week of flowering and these girls grew closer to my light then I wanted or could keep from happening. Lol so we got some major foxtails in the center of my tent but we still ended up with some huge buds. Cheers 💨

Welcome to week 14 of my white truffle grow ? Last week went smooth. No signs of any lack of nutrients. Still nice green leafs. Don't know if I'm wrong but it seems that some parts of the plant turning purple-ish, especially at the top leafs. Buds are still bulking up and also the smaller lower buds are getting bigger.

26.07. Girl Scout Cookies Day 92# GSC is progressing well, it has slowly started to spread. Yesterday was the end of its thirteenth week. It is currently raining, there will be some storms in the next 2-3 days and rain in the next 4-5, so it will cool down a lot and the next 10 days will be quite normal weather, although the nights will not be very great. Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

The plant has recovered well from the last capping and defoliation🏻‍♀️ A few leaves have yellowed a little, but that's not so bad🏻‍♂️ It will get a compost tea🍵 in a few days when it is sent into flower and then everything will be fine again😊💪🏻🏻 The compost tea is brewed and was given to the Watermelon Runtz at day 49 of Veg🍉🏃‍♂️

6/30/26 This resilient little sweetie isn't done growing! Its a shame i didn't get my lil 3x5 outdoor tent sooner but alas better late than never. The capertillers (yeah thats how i say it lol) really did a number on her main stem and fan leaves. Honestly it shows how tough and resilient these girls are. Also the extreme conditions they are growing in cannot be underestimated or understated. Feels like 103 with level 11 Sun intensity! This baby is making a few nice stinky flowers too. It seems like when i make a note of some gearbo need in my diaries itd not long before it comes to fruition. Ive been working really hard being extra meticulous and I'm taking more detailed notes. I would love to compete and I would really love to win a Cannabis related grow contest or cup or award and get some recognition and sponsorships maybe even a career 🤔 😉 🤞Probably not off of this poor girl lol happy growing friends ✌️

Two of the LSD25’s are starting to show their colors, one is quite small but her flowers are densely packed. We will see if she starts to develop the purps soon! They have grown quite a bit since, I had to tie down the top cola on one of the girls because she was getting so tall and lanky. I have minimal room to grow in so I have to manage the height properly since LSD25 can be anywhere from 15-35in tall from what I’ve seen. I still haven’t fed them anything other than, volcanic spring water with Fish Sh!t and Bud Candy. I’m balancing the water out with TnB naturals since the volcanic spring water tends to be either base or slightly alkaline. The reason I use volcanic spring water here and there is to add, calcium, magnesium, potassium, silica and tons of other dissolved fulvic trace minerals from volcanic springs. I usually switch between Fiji and Waiakea spring water. It sounds a bit fancy but I alternate between this and distilled/reverse osmosis. I only use RO/D when mixing with nutrients or when I’m trying to flush nutrients from my mediums. I use volcanic spring water and local spring water from an artesian well when trying to feed a balanced water with minimal inputs.

Permanent Marker weed strain possesses the genetics for high anthocyanin production, which is responsible for its signature deep purple. While the genes are present, the expression of these colors is often enhanced by "thermal stress" (lower temperatures) during the final three weeks of flowering, which triggers the production of these pigments. 👋 Raising the Carbon-to-Nitrogen (C:N) ratio in the growing medium to avoid over-immobilizing nitrogen, on the flip side, being careful not to trigger early autophagy. Moderate, controlled increases in sugar support the energetic demands of flowering and act as a signal trigger, but excess sugar is more likely to inhibit flowering or damage the plant. Balance, like everything else. Visually, when the chloryphyll green gets darker, it is a subtle indicator that the concentration of nitrogen is increasing / more is being stored than is being used. I noticed when you push very high intensity lighting, it slowly fades the green as the plant degrades chloryphyll faster than it can be replenished. When the green of the leaf continually gets darker, it is an indication that the concentration levels of nitrogen are increasing, and I dont want to increase light intensity. Turn down the nitrogen faucet. C:N ratio dictates the rate at which nitrification occurs, if at all. The Carbon-to-Nitrogen (C:N) ratio acts as a critical biological "on/off switch" (or regulator) for nitrogen turnover by determining whether microbes immobilize (consume/tie up) or mineralize (release) nitrogen during the breakdown of organic matter. This ratio regulates microbial activity by defining the balance between available energy (carbon) and building materials (nitrogen). The C:N ratio in a medium acts as a critical regulator of nitrification, effectively functioning as an "on/off" switch for the dominance of either autotrophic nitrifying bacteria or heterotrophic bacteria. The shade of green in chlorophyll is subtly linked to the enzyme Rubisco through a co-evolutionary, functional relationship designed to optimize photosynthesis. Chlorophyll absorbs blue and red light for energy, reflecting green light, a process that ensures the "light-dependent" reactions provide the correct, controlled amount of energy (ATP and NADPH) needed by Rubisco to perform its "light-independent" carbon fixation. Because Rubisco is a relatively inefficient and slow enzyme—often considered the bottleneck of photosynthesis—chlorophyll and the overall structure of the leaf have evolved to manage energy distribution to prevent overwhelming the Calvin cycle. While chlorophyll absorbs mainly red and blue light, it is not perfectly efficient, and leaves appear green because some green light is reflected or transmitted. This reflection allows light to penetrate deeper into the leaf, preventing the surface chloroplasts from becoming overloaded and enabling a more efficient distribution of energy to the high volume of Rubisco located throughout the leaf's mesophyll. The rate of chlorophyll-driven electron transport (light reactions) is matched to the potential rate of carbon fixation (Rubisco activity). If Rubisco were faster, leaves might be darker; however, the "shade of green" represents a balance that prevents chlorophyll from producing more energy than the inefficient Rubisco can process. The green color itself is a byproduct of a photosynthetic system tailored to feed a slow, yet crucial, enzyme (Rubisco) just enough energy to maximize carbon assimilation without inducing excessive oxidative stress or inefficiency. The shade of green in leaves is directly linked to the concentration of chlorophyll, which is in turn strongly correlated with the amount of Rubisco (Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase) and, consequently, the rate of carbon fixation. Darker green leaves generally indicate a higher concentration of both chlorophyll and Rubisco, signifying greater capacity for photosynthesis. Increase output or reduce input. Subtle tells. While an excess of nitrogen (specifically ammonium) can cause an imbalance, nitrification—the microbial conversion of ammonia to nitrate—is highly sensitive to a variety of environmental, chemical, and physical factors. Because it depends on specific, slow-growing bacteria (Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter) and archaea, anything that stresses these organisms can disrupt the process.
