So it has begun... I've had to start utilizing string to hold up branches by tying them to the ceiling rods and surrounding equipment. These plants are healthier and happier than my first grow, so I wasn't quite expecting them to blow up like they did, therefore my single-layer screen was not enough to support the branches. Not to mention the net used was store-bought and kind of sucks. I prefer my double-layer from the first harvest. The Mimosa is packing on some major frost, followed closely by the Glookies. American Pie trichomes seem to appear and ripen much closer to the ending stages of flower.

This sweet seeds lady smells really good at this point. Some of the bigger fan leaves are starting to fade a bit so she must be starting to ripen up. I am finding the bud structure is not overly dense. It’s very foxtailish. But we will see if she fattens up as she swells up in her final weeks. 😎🍿🍻🌱

So I heard that matterhorn is an unstable plant but I never thought it was so unstable. One fenotype are doing well but plants from another mother are struggling. I checked the condition every day and every day the EC dropped and the pH rose. Which meant eating, but still showing problems on the leaves. During this period I made a mistake with the water temperature, namely when the water temperature is above 20 ° C the oxygen in the water drops drastically and these were the beginnings of my root problems. I didn't know it then, but later root rot appeared.

I didn't add anything for two weeks, so I added two today, with the fact that I edited what I forgot the last time, I have three plants, each one is different, they are fascinating, the height is 73, 81 and 100 cm, unfortunately I make mistakes as a beginner, that's why my plants are not they are like plants of other growers... These are just about done, I chopped the first grape god in the 1 gallon bag yesterday. I started the flush way too early because the 1 gal needed it and I didnt feel like mixing separate feeds so I just hit them all. So the leaves are crispy and crinkly but the nugs will be clean and smooth so it's all good just wont get the best pics out of it. I love these little autos they are frosty as hell and have some beautiful buds. The rest will come down this week doing the final flush today.

11/10 Week 7 Long week Maggie is responding well to treatment, will continue until I see something that says its gone far enough. I know she needs defoliation but I just hate to take health(ish) leaves when its already stressed. Maybe next week air flow is good. May add some sulfer to the mix but keeping it as is otherwise, 6.8 PH, 1-2% H2O2 and CalMag in a day or two as she drys. Brandy... not sure it did as much for her but see nothing that says stop so will continue as the pot drys. Layla ya got me on my knees... shes my girl. lovely not perfect but has handled things that left other plants stunted and yellowed. Were she a photo I would have cloned her. Continuing feeding as I have, may add Karo may not, defoliation continues as needed. May this continue God willing and the creek dont rise. Last note - Raised the lights up 4 inches to 22" for better dispersal across the canopy now that its getting used. Think this strain likes that. 11/11 Looking better. Did some defoliation on Maggie, nothing stressing and mostly damaged leaves though some were for blocking bud sites Same on Brandy though less so. Picking up some chemical bloom nuets so I can continue lightly feeding them through these treatments, the organics are getting blasted by the h2o2 Layla looking her usual lovely self, buds building, her and Maggie get fed today, Brandy still too wet. 11/12 Brandy still not dry enough, may adopt the feeding I set out for Maggie below when it is time. Changing the treatment on Maggie, for one feed only dropping the calmag and adding two TBS of Epson salts , fish sh!t and recharge to get the bug healthy, and continue the cocotek nuets for the time being, it the only mineral fert I have, to the water at 6.5 PH . Believe the H2O2 has done all its going to do repairing the roots and now I can address the sulfur (i hope) issue. Plant is huge BTW so if I get her producing, yield is going to be huge. IF Layla just continue as before, the Dr Earth is doing a marvelous job of covering all the bases. Will absolutely use this when I go back to organics. Had to reset the lights again... Maggie :) 11/13 New Pics of Maggie as she is the only one causing me concern, no feed today still too wet Defoliated bottom 1/3 of Maggie getting rid of all unwanted under growth. Day 64: It seems to go well. I am still keeping an eye on the "hanging" leaves. I think they tend to hang a little more when light on, and less with light off but its hard to say if it is normal. It might be as @GrowingGrannie mentioned, they might be under watered, as there is not much run-off at the last couple of watering's, maybe 1l each time and I will give them a 30% run-off next time to be sure UPDATE: I have noticed some more brown spots on the right plant caused by Calcium Deficiency. I think I should up the PH a bit more, going for 6.5 this time. I will also increase my CalMag supplement by 50%, and do 30% run-off today Day 66: Thank you all for the kind answers 🙏 You all have different opinions, and it is hard to pinpoint the exact problem. I am almost certain that I got some heat/light stress as mentioned by @GrowingGrannie and @Chow_13. I have therefore raised the lamp and are keeping the dimmer very low, using about 140W in total. I am still investigating if there might be other problems to it. @m0use, thank you for your answer. I do not think they are thirsty, at least not any more, as I am already on the subject for the last couple of days. About PH, It was difficult to get a good picture of the PH solution, but it was light-green to green (6.5-7.0) on the picture (And that was run-off PH) and what I put in was adjusted slowly from yellow to light-green aka 6.0-6.5 (I wrote 6.25 but it was auto adjusted) @gottagrowsometime, thank you for the answer. I do not think it is a nitrogen toxicity. My leaves aren't that dark green, although they are a bit to the dark side but not like what I see on other pictures with that problem. I also think the curling is caused by light/heat stress as I just got a new lamp and are experimenting with it. But I will keep your suggestion in the back of my head! @Chow_13, thank you very much for your answer. I think you are spot on, however I am not sure it is the only problem... It might be as you say, nutrients are not absorbed correctly due to the light-stress, but I will not put all my money on that @Nugsery and @GrowingGrannie, a big thank you for your answers. The deficiencies might not be the same, but the cure is very similar. I cannot make up who is right, but I do have a plan. I will follow your recommendation @GrowingGrannie and @Nugsery, and do a flush, but with a ph 5.8 as both nutrients should be able to be absorbed in that level. I will then give her a light nutrient mix and adding PK, also 5.8 ph. This is almost the same solution for both deficiencies. I will then slowly get the ph back to 6.2 @ernesttwwg, thank you for your answer. I have known for some time I have some Interveinal chlorosis, but I do not know what is causing it. There is multiple deficiencies giving those symptoms. The tacoing of leaves, and leaf tips curling down I think is caused by the light, and I have therefor raised the light. I will keep investigating the symptoms you mention OBS: I will not edit my nutrient schema as this is only temporarily, next watering will be as described UPDATE: After flushing with 15L~ ph 5.8~ and a small feed with 5.8~ ph I still get about 6.5~ ph in my run-off water. I am going to do another flush tomorrow to see I can bring it down to around 6.0~ ph Day 67: I think I see small improvements on the leaves. The new heat/light level seem to have done something. I did that second flush and are still getting about 6.5 ph in run-off.... I think I will let her dry for now, monitoring what happens, and do another flush in a couple of days

Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying position all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 A little worried today her birth Twin the BA I am growing out is looking great and is raised towards the light and this one is just slightly under.. Will keep an eye on Her. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 Walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. Also looking at the roots and she has some poking out the bottom but just not in the water yet.. Luckily we are set for 14 days before next water change so the system will stay stable and her sister already has roots in the water so she should only be a day or two behind.. we will just keep tracking but she is delayed. Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Roots in the Water!!! Huston, we have a successful launch. This grow is on! Humidity was a little low this morning so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that the temp looks great, the PH looks good, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning from over filling the cloning machine seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started. Everything for growth and environment is looking good and on track, there are a couple of mutations with this Lady will keep an eye on those leaves. IMO this grow is going A lot during this week 1 then week 1 of the last grow when I had them drowning. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Over the past week my plants have been growing a lot quicker. I'd say about an inch every night or so. They still have 0 signs of any pests. The only bug I've seen are a rainbow dragonfly, and above is a picture of a ladybird black/orange ladybug. Ladybugs in general are good, this one specifically is actually supposed to mean good fortune. Hopefully this means my plants. This past week I have been giving my plants longer to run their feed - giving them 48 or 72 hours to run through the watering mix - and almost fully dry it out before I feed them again. I also have added the nutrient 'terpinator' 0-0-4 ... This is giving aid to my plants potassium for it's later veg and leading into flowering stages. I will slowly increase the ml of this to around 30 for my three gallon watering pot I use. Slowly increasing the potassium as it begins to enter flowering should make sure the trichome production and buds are juicy and dank! That all for now, excited to come into the later stages!! WOO HOO!
