Day 66 : This lady continues fattening, faster now. Also crystal production increased. The breeder suggests 70-75 days. For now all crystals are almost milky with some cloudy. So she need 1 week for sure, maybe a bit more. That gum smell is so attractive, you want to eat it. Reduced bio grow and removed Calcium. Edit 70 : I saw the first ambers, very little. So i watered for last time with juices Next watering will be flush to reduce the juices in the soil. So if initially has 1200-1300ppm i want to reduce it to 350-500ppm. After flush continue pure water until chop chop. This is my approach for all ladies always.

Day 65, 14th of November 2020: Amazing week.... RQS Wedding Gelato does not strech a lot and pistils coming out nicely.... Original Sensible Seeds has amazing gentics they are so strechy except Black Ghost OG, rest of them crazyyyyyyy..... I also broke two of the sides from Gelato Original Sensible Seeds but fixed with tape and now all good lol 🤣🤣🤣 Pre flowers out and I really hope they stop growing lol. I also noticed that the Original Sensible Seeds strains have nice purple colours of the fan leave's stem. All the same fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix above and ratio. One more thing: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week....

New clones just arrived! Starting them off straight into coco coir this time. First transplant today into solo cups. They got a pretty heavy first watering with a PPM of about 425. Hoping to really start them off strong. I will be vegging them for much longer than usual. I typically veg my plants for 4 to 6 weeks and these girls will be vegging for 8 to 9. This grow will be a great chance for me to try some HEAVY plant training techniques.

Day 8 - Tuesday 23/10,18 , I have added the nutrients into the Reservoir , she is making roots like you wouldn’t believe , over a foot long and branches , I will post a pic later , as I want the light off , talking of lights , the cycle is now 20/4 that’s 20 hrs of sun to 4 hrs of darkness , colour is good , leaves are quite fat . KEEP AN EYE ON PH AND EC DAILY !!! Lux @ 15,000 EC = +0.7 or 350 ppm Ph = 6.3 Day 9 - Wednesday , I checked the ph and a EC this morning , both were fine , put in about 50 ml of water , leaves getting fatter , roots are getting more dense and intricate Day 10 - Thursday , I tested the ph and EC , all was good, took a root shot for you Day 11 - Friday , tested ph and EC , all good , water level ok , ive noticed that it has actually turned around, can you see that? the leaves have turned..... from 10 to 4 to 6 oclock...!!! or am i losing it? lol..... Day 12 - Saturday , tested EC and ph , no water needed or nutes, leaves are green and getting bigger , look how compact the plants are , there is no stretching ,I have put more pebbles in to stop light leaks to the roots . Day 13 - Sunday - Checked EC and ph nothing needed Day 14 - Monday - Checked EC and ph , nothing needed , water level ok IMPORTANT 👁️ To prolong the lives of EC tester and ph tester ( digital ones ) ALWAYS WASH THEM OFF WITH CLEAN WATER AFTER EACH TEST 💯 you need to check the roots , in these pots if there is 2 in a system , they will become entangled and matted if you don’t lift them , EVERYDAY . Please note the pots are 14 cm in diameter

Time for some light defoliation to allow more light penetration. Might gave gone a little overboard with the defoliation, I tend to do that.

Girls are about a week out or so! Girls are fattening up each day and trichomes are starting to go milky. Harriet (left) has been having trouble with pH dropping but she's still drinking. I ended up removing about 2 liters of solution and put pH'd water to lower the ppm. Seems to have helped bring the pH up to about 5.3 (up from 4.1) but will continue to monitor. I noticed the leaves are starting to discolor on the serrations, and got a slight tip burn, so thinking dropping the ppm a tad was good? Lol Haven't totally decided when and how long (if any) flushing I'll do. I see conflicting info and anecdotal evidence to it's effectiveness. Guess it's time for some soul searching 🤣 See y'all next week!!

+=+=+=+=EDIT=+=+=+=+ Found a bunch of mini pollen sacks on plant #3 [Yellow], only started looking for them after I saw what appeared to be a seed and in turn was a immature seed in plant #1 [Blue], I think I have #3 Yellow and #2 Red clones left so will have to kill off the yellow ones when I get to it. I left exotic seeds know their plant went off, will see what they say about it. +=+=+=+=EDIT=+=+=+=+ ok, not a lot is happening this week. Plants are doing well and bulking up. after checking this morning they are also much greener then yellow. So the top dressing and added calcium is helping. likely more so the immediate nitrgron from the calcium as its calcium nitrate. Hopefully it won't get to much from the other amendments as I added in more IF then before and less 2-8-4 I think they have about 3-4 weeks left now, so entering the end of its life soon. I definitely think I messed up this grow a bit, mainly when it was transitioning to flower I feel I needed to double the feed vs split it out over 4 weeks and add in some sulphur to the soil to keep the PH down when making it in veg, It does not matter how much PH down I am using they are still going high from the goal I am trying to hit. I just want it sitting more aorund 6.5 vs 7-7.5. Plant number 3 or "Yellow" is really the best out of them all. bigger plant, more buds, more frost and healthy looking. I think this might be because plant number 1 "Blue" was just a bit setback by some root issues but it still is not overly frosty its like 1 is worst 3 is best and 2 is a mix of them both. just bad to good left to right. I'm also curious to take some clones from the other plant back at my parents but I know I don't need em, just want to know if it smells any better then the current ones. I want to get strains that really smell and taste amazing. Having 2nd thoughts about making this all into bubble hash. Might save a oz or two for friends as buds to compare to the hash I want to make from this. Speaking of the the small plant I gave to my parents, it started to enter flower, they are going to have to transplant it into the backyard in full sun soon. so it will be going thought a weird reveg period then back into flower end of summer. If I go home and visit I will likely have to do this for them. They have it in the same pot that I sent it to them in and gave it a feeding of miracle grow 20-20-20 and that's great for some NPK, but it does not have any micros or secondary macros. Thank that's about it, last week had a bit more details involved and the music on the videos is a bit much but I am liking it. Video games soundtracks for the win. One of the seeds is not good, it grew poorly, I put a Gorilla Cookies to replace it, also from fadtbuds.
