First week of flower , starting to stretch to the light and put in a scrog net this week after defoliating. Stretch to follow … * nearly two weeks into flower I decided to properly defoliate & it took a good 3 & 1/2 hours but my god it’ll be worth it ! Undid scrog & defoliated then placed all 5 big plants under a brand new net and really stretched them out and made sure we’re have no popcorn / larf so should be a nice easy trim once it’s all done

this should be the last week of vegetation. Flowering should be starting soon. Seems like no end to this drought we are suffering from in Southern Ontario.

Sooo another update : Week 4 This week starting with Mulch, using hay, first time for me. Plants Are looking very good and are growing Nice. Snapped a Branch on the Right one .. Sad. Very sad. Switch will be done at may 1st so in realtime we Are on day 45 of flower! Lets say they are still alive ✌️ See you soon Happy growing

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. Hello everyone, update for the 2 Frozen Bananas F1 Hybrids by Barney's Farm. Starting with the biggest plant, we are on day 28, starting week 4. I transplanted her yesterday from a 5 liter pot to a 21 liter AirPot.She is doing okay and already topped. I used 40% perlite with 60% coco. I tapped the pot off with pure coco to keep the perlite on the under because as soon as water touches it, it floats up. They are both fed 2 milliliters of Canna Coco A and B and 4 milliliters of Canna Rhizotonic to stimulate root growth. Light is on 24/7. Then, for her sibling, she is not doing so well. I'm going to give her 2 weeks to check the new growth if it shows normal signs. If not, I have to check this one out early—talk about a short fuse! Harvest time, the flowers seem ready. The seeds were given as gifts and this was my first scrog. Given the high summer temperatures I thought I wouldn't even finish, I'm satisfied in the end. a couple of weeks to dry everything and then the fun begins.

Well its another update from down under.. and things are getting better with the Caramelo. She got badly burnt from my mistake of using too strong lime sulfur spray to treat spider mites and mold issues before they could take hold. And its kinda worked. lols...the mites are still there but reduced alot in number but I was almost ready to chop her after I saw how badly burnt all her new shoots were. But Im glad I decided to wait a bit as she has recovered faster than expected and while im sure she still has issue at the root level from the rain drenching her for near on a week- she basically stunted after that and never showed much stretch at all when switching to flower-she grew maybe 15cms in height total after that so Im assuming some kind of root rot has her and any harvest will be a bonus. In saying that Im still not going to be suprised if she suddenly dies or gets badly infected with bud rot out of the blue as Im nursing her hard just to get her to this stage and in my experience a nursed plant may produce a yield but it will be weaker than its meant to be and reduced by around 50% of the yield you should have got. if she was indoor id have ripped her out after the sighs she was stunted presented and started over with a new plant. But out doors I dont have that luxury so I will nurse her thru and hope for the best but expect less than average results. Zkittles though is loving life and just LOOK at her!! When you realize she was the same size as the Caramelo when the rain hit and now look at the difference- thats why i say when you see obvious signs of stunting-rip the plant if you can and start over, it may recover but if it was serious then the plant will never show its true potential and you may think those genetics are shit. Ive never grown the Caramelo before now so if i judge it on this result I will say the genetics are shit when the plant likely had root rot from 3 weeks before even switching to flower. And the BC buds hash plant is FINALLY flowering too now. For a 90% indica it sure is taking the longest to flower. I wonder if its the old school genetics at play here-This strain been around since the 70's while the ZkittleZ is a modern hybrid so maybe the newer genetics really are all they are cracked up to be. Thats why I love doing side by side grows out doors with diff genetics and see what they can really do. You should see my mates BC hashys- lmao, he said he wanted bigger plants than last year as he got "bonsai" plants from someone else. Now he has to tie down trees that are growing over his 6ft fence!! And they only just went into flower last week. But on that note- Will update more now as things progress towards harvest. Howdy it is day 63 and in 2 days it is time to harvest. Since 2 weeks i feed clear Walter only. They get 16 hours darkness before harvest. All the plants are really🔥 My favourites are still 3G and Wedding Gelato. The smell and Look is crazy. You will see i guess Also North Thunderfuck and Hulkberry is good looking. Pave was ready, took the tops and let the rest swell, also took down the tops from pink pillow.Gush mintz were getting to the point of over ripe, took all the heavy tops. Some rot was found. Took down the tops from the original blueberry, they were rock solid and just to the apex of maturity, the flowers were pristine save a few holes from moth larvae- also left the lower branches to fill out. Many hours of trimming already and I have not made a dent in the garden. Sugar cane and gorilla glue have produced massive colas and I plan on taking the mature tops next week. I had some trouble with the centurion tabletop trimmer but it was just due to massive amounts of sticky resin on the brush roller and blade. This is the stickiest and healthiest crop yet, perhaps it is due to the elecroculture antennas I made and installed this year (see week 2.) Bugs did not want any part of the garden this year except for the moth larvae and spiders (which were beneficial.)

Last week was a pain in the @ss😪 batling high temps and super low humidity 😑 I used 2 intake vans to get temps down by 4°c in the tent, and pulled out my humidifier again to get above 43% RH. Sitting @ 55 now Rock on Growmies

They're all showing nice little white pistols.♀️ The little one def got a little wind burn from my box fan. 💨🍃 I moved it so it wasnt blowing directly on her anymore.🤷‍♂️🏽 Other than that lots of foliage growth and a little stretching over the last two weeks. Looking forward to watching these develop as the weeks progress. 🤓🌺
