Hello everyone, I had an outdoor grow that just got ruined by some deer who decided to eat my plants. The wife is letting me grow on the patio thankfully, better than nothing. I am currently germinating one seed and will be growing in soil using distilled water/rain water. I plan to plant the seeds on the 24th Have a great week. Update: Seed popped tap root in under 24 hours, I planted the seed and have the humidifier on. Then I will move outside once established.

Next week I will start the flowerphase

170419 week 12 flower week 6 - okay so I thought Zkittlez OG was ready in the next week but after examining trichomes again there are still a lot clear, because she is an Auto on 12/12 she is gonna take longer than usual and with less yield, she is still carrying a lot of dense looking nugs but I know under 18/6 she would of blown up!! my plan now is for this to be the final week of feeding nutrients and then the next 2 weeks will be just 7.0ph water. I want the girls to start taking in what they need from there fan leaves etc 🍁 It’s been hard gettting up close to the girls at the back to see how far they are from harvest and I can’t rely on breeder flower times as they aren’t that accurate, I think I will harvest laughing Buddha on week 15, cookies kush and zkittlez og on week 14. So far I have been very impressed with the quality of these strains, cookies kush has a baker type of smell reminds me of cookie dough, laughing Buddha has a very citrus like smell and Zkittlez OG smells of berries! Haven’t had any major issues throughout the whole grow cycle which is an achievement for me but I always find the last few weeks the hardest as I can never tell when to harvest 😂 Day 77 flower day 35

Well well she looks might fine and healthy so that extra dose of Nitrogen really helped. The trichomes production is crazy she is so frsoty already. Strong healthy plant and ready to flower nice and sweet.👊🙏🙏😍

I really didn’t have any problem with her, except maybe she got a little bigger (to close to the light) than I’d expected. I was expecting more like 390g from her, maybe she didn’t enjoy the light feeding as well as I thought. No matter she is some top grade smoke that I’m going to love sharing.0

Pretty much the same as last week. Just putting on weight bulking up. No leaves changing yet either. Should start seeing leaves changing any day now.....

4/7 Day 31 (AM) - Things have been going relatively well over the last several days, with the exception of the one plant that has been unhappy throughout the grow. I did some light pruning to remove brown/dying fan leaves from the struggling plant but have otherwise been focused on tucking leaves under future bud sites, and keeping an eye on the two that were topped late in week 4, both of which are sending out new shoots. All seem to want nutrients now. I've been very light-handed with the nutrients but started giving them small amounts at least every other watering. At week five it feels like a lot of things are on autopilot now, just normal maintenance like topping off the humidifier and occasionally poking my head in to check on things. Glad I didn't abandon the sickly plant. New growth looks healthy, and it just might pull through. Update (4/8- Day 32 AM): Feeding was very well received by all plants. It's taking some getting used to. I tend to use very little in the way of fertilizer (have read too many horror stories). Still, these guys are showing signs of being hungry on a regular basis, and their daily uptake of water is considerably more than when I started. For the time being, I have been using about 50% of the recommended amount of FF Grow Big, close to a normal recommended amount of CalMag, and about 50% of the recommended amount of P-K (due to deficiencies noted in some leaf margins). I've been testing the runoff and it's coming out between 6.5-6.6 consistently. No signs of drooping or overwatering. Right now, they appear to be happy if watered about every other day, and they're taking on about 1/2 gallon each pretty consistently. Next time I'll probably use nothing but pH adjusted water, just to avoid nutrient build-up.

The grow cycle went smoothly, I did not update this diary as much as before, because I realised that I enjoy more the whole growing process than the documentation part.

The summer really affected my outcome, three weeks of near 40 degrees made most of my buds fluffy and deformed, then the dry room was left open so the humidity was at 30 percent.. 3 days and all my buds were completely dried out. After 4 weeks of curing the taste came back a little but still not the best Up to the next one ❤️

Hello Growmies, Week 3 for our Watermelon Candy by Zamnesia is unfolding with promise as we observe their transition through pre-flower. Opting for low-stress training over topping, we're guiding their growth gently to maximize their potential. The plants have gracefully reached our SCROG, and with two already skillfully trained, they are demonstrating adaptability and robustness. Through the canopy, we see an even spread of foliage, indicating that our LST approach is on point. The structure of the plants is sturdy, showing that the careful maneuvering through the SCROG mesh has been well received. The greenery is lush, leaves are perked up, reaching for the light—signs that our Watermelon Candy plants are in their element and thriving. Our environmental management has mirrored the successful strategies implemented with our Epic Buzz and Red Banana Pudding strains. Daytime conditions are meticulously controlled, with the Tent-X system maintaining VPD within the ideal range for healthy plant activity. However, as we've noted with our other strains, our nighttime VPD control presents a challenge. The data indicate a discrepancy in maintaining optimal humidity levels when the lights are off, suggesting that our current setup is not fully regulating the environment during these crucial hours. The intention to integrate the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is a move towards rectifying this issue, with the aim to achieve a seamless 24-hour environmental control. The transition to this enhanced system will ensure that our Watermelon Candy plants receive the same level of consistent care throughout their entire growth cycle. Their current robust state and the proactive steps we are taking to fine-tune their environment have set a strong foundation for the weeks to come. On day 1 the reservoirs PH is 6.3. The rez is 483 ppm. The girls are looking good and nitrogen toxicity seems to have stopped. On day 2 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.1 to 6.3. The rez is 477 ppm. Trichomes seem to be 10% cloudy so I still have a bit to go i'm thinking 9 weeks should be a good bet! On day 3 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.4 to 6.1. The rez is 500 ppm. On day 4 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. The rez is 503 ppm. I lowered the ppfd so my tallest received 900 ppfd and an average of 543 ppfd. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. The rez is 519 ppm. I removed some of the extra fan leaves blocking bud sites. On day 6 I changed out the reservoir with only tap water and adjusted the PH from 6.7 to 6.1 with a ppm of 249. The trichomes are maturing and I plan on harvesting on week 8 day 4 of flower. On day 7 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.5 to 6.0. The rez ppm is 250.

Very healthy looking seedling, starting to grow very fast, she's got a great size for 14 days only and I think I'll transplant her in a couple of days more when she is 17 days or so like the other ones in this run, they grow extremely fast under the tsl2000 by mars hydro, very happy with the results I'm achieving in terms of growth, I hope the same in flower! I have Transplanted this lady into her definitive 11l pot on February 6th which is her day 17 since she was planted, she's 4 days younger than the rest of the plants in this 2x4 run, she's looking very healthy and strong, let's see how she keeps developing herself!

Another good week. She's filling out nicely now.. her citrusy smell is starting to come through. Had no issues this week.. planning on adding some boost to her next few feeds.

14-10-2021: Actually I have to start a next week by tomorrow but I have changed so much today I decided to start a new week today.It is still not easy to maintain a VPD of 0.7..... Well it is only an indication in my case because unfortunately I still do not measure the leaf temperature. Temperature was a bit on the high side last night because the temperature sensor of the PK125 has now ended up under the foliage. Of course it is a lot cooler there so it kept running at 10% I have adjusted that, so tomorrow I expect a completely different temperature trend. Also completely emptied the system today and replaced the Hy-Pro with Ata Awa MAX. I have exchanged the Calmag with the Green Sensation, so this will also be dosed (1 ml/L) from now on. I will add Calmag from now on with a pipette. Let's see how the PH is going, as the packaging of the ATA states that it is self-regulating. If that is the case I will put CALMAG in the reservoir of the PH- and reprogram the system. I have chosen not to scrog today. I drilled a hole in the middle and the container to the right of it and killed quite a few roots (unfortunately the drill went through) and that seems, in combination with other nutrition, a suddenly somewhat lower temperature and the torture between the leaves to to get the sensor in place is enough stress for 1 day to me. So they can now go to sleep and tonight we'll see if there is damage. I'm guessing it's not that bad because previous experiences have told me that they can take quite a bit. 17-10-2021: Flowers are starting to form. 18-10-2021: 2 hours of bondage ;) 139 tie-wraps. Damn.. this is a lot of work on a daily basis 20-10-2021: Finally some white hairs on them.. Damn... never took this long. Will it be because of the high temperature?
